I feel the doctor with arrogant and didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns. He’s talking about let’s figure out pain management I’ve been in pain for 30 years and he wants to do nothing about it. At least that’s the way I feel. I don’t want to be an e lab rat. I have been dealing with this pain for 30 years. I don’t want to exalt every other option before fixing the problem. I disagreed with what the doctor told me. And I think he needs to be a little more passionate and compassionate about what he does and the people he does it for. Got right in and they took care of my problems

Dr. Dieterle's calm, professional demeanor was appreciated to get threw the knee injury process. He took the time to listen and answer questions, and his support team are excellent as well. When you call with questions they called back promptly with answers or addressing concerns. The surgery process and recovery went smoothly. A compliment also needs to go the PT team, Sara and Branden at the Stillwater location. I highly recommend Dr. Dieterle and understand he is also gifted in shoulder repairs. I was happy that I was able to find Twin Cities Orthopedics at its new location. I received a phone call piorr to my appointment explaining the location. I arrived early and checked in for my appointment with Dr, Dieterle. I waited a short time and then was taken to a room. Next I was taken to another room for three X rays. Then I waited for Dr, Dieterle to come. He did and looked at the X rays. He said they looked fine and I wouldn't have to come back again until 2024,(2 years from now) I was very happy I was happy that I was able to find Twin Cities Orthopedics at its new location. Dr Dieterle and his team are so awesome! I would recommend him to anyone. He listens to your concerns and addresses the course of action for you. He’s great.

Dr. Dieterle was very knowledgeble and helpful

I had both shoulders replaced within a year. Experience and the results were over the top fabulous. People would never know I had a problem at all. Totally would recommend Dr Dieterle. You are in good hands. Very happy!

Dr. Dieterle wasn't able to do anything , except generally perscribe exercises for Tim . due to a surgery .But we will be seeing him in the future for more care .

Dr. Dieter, answered all my questions regarding my injury and rehab. I felt good that he was so thoughtful and thorough.

Dr. Dieterle and his staff at TCO are the best of the best! After the MRI we met and discussed all my option for my left shoulder. Dr. recommended P.T. I went down this path for 4 months. With no progress we evaluated my position and decided the best route would be surgery. Two weeks out doing PT every day. It's early but the path forward is way better then the pain I was in. Whenever there is a need to be informed about a medical situation that arises for myself concerning a shoulder surgery I had in January of 2017 , I come to his office at T C O and consult with him about the immediate need that arises . The resulting x-rays and MRI ordered showed no lack of rotator cup instability since it was anchored by Dr. Dieterle almost 3 years earlier . He even did me the courtesy of listening to me about a concern I have had about my right arm and who would be best to talk with on that matter. Always a pleasure to meet with and thoroughly discuss those concerns of mine with the doctor . I recommend his expert manner and kind attitude toward his patients if that is something you have concerns about yourself. Dr. Dieterle has been my doctor for over 5 years, I trust his judgments and treats me with care, he' the best doctor for my needs and I plan on keeping him for all my orthopedic needs.

Had a meniscal tear that made me feel like I couldn't do anything. I felt hesitant/cautious in lots of activities. Dr. Dieterle performed a meniscal tear repair on me with really no down time. I am now back at the gym doing anything I want with zero pain! I have had no further issues.

Dr Dieterle performed a reverse shoulder replacement on me three weeks ago. He must have done an amazing job because my recovery has been very good. I’m very pleased.

I am very very happy with Dr. Dieterle. My knee surgery went very well and the experience at High Point Surgery Center was fabulous. I chose Dr. Dieterle because last year my husband received a new knee from him and the results were wonderful.

I accidentally showed up at the wrong location for our appointment and he was gracious enough to talk results over the phone with me as I live further and am not able to get time off work much. It was greatly appreciated.

About a year ago, I visited Dr. Dieterle for help with my knee pain and he gave me a cortisone injection. I returned this month and we discussed options. I chose a series of 3 "gel shots". I felt some relief after the first injection and today I went for the second in a series of 3. Next week I will receive the 3rd injection.

My experience with Dr Dieterle was good from pre-surgery consultation through my final follow-up visit. He repaired a rotator cuff for me and my shoulder feels great. I would highly recommend Dr Dieterle.

We really liked Dr Dieterle at 1st but learned that his listening skills were awful! Mine was a Work. Comp case and he totally screwed it up for me then showed his lack of concern to get it corrected! He turned from Dr Jeckyl to Mr Hyde. He was actually upset with me for having a different Dr (same office) do wrist surgery on me! ER sent me to him because he was on call. Should’ve gone with him for my shoulder surgery as well. Surgery was fine but poor communicator afterwards as well.

To this point not a good experience. While he does seem knowledgeable, he performed a surgery on my left shoulder and followed up after with a family member that all went well. I found out two weeks later from his PA that he didn’t actually repair my shoulder during the surgery and no one felt in would be needed to inform me before this point. Very unhappy.

Horrific. Dr. Dieterle made me get an x-ray at my 1st office consult before he’d even see me in the exam room to discuss why I was there. When he reviewed my x-ray, he said there was absolutely nothing wrong then proceeded to look me in they eye & condescendingly said, “I can’t help you”. He never provided any form of direction nor suggested a different doctor within their group who COULD help me. Unprofessional at best & wasted money. No wonder medial costs are high with Dr’s like him.

Dr Dieterle has performed 2 surgeries on me in the last 16 months, rotator cuff and tool knee replacement. He is extremely knowledgeable, to the point and let's you know exactly what you need. He and his staff have great follow up, work well with physical therapy people, give you clear and realistic expectations.
