Dr. Dragoo is an amazing doctor. He is compassionate, listens and will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. I see many specialists and he is one of the best!

The best experience one could ever imagine when in pain! So very professional.

Dr. Dragoo and his colleagues, Mia and Dr. Jahn, were super awesome. They took their time listening to my medical history and asking for clarifications. They conducted thorough exams and answered all of my questions. I was extremely impressed. In addition, I basically had no wait time. I would highly recommend Dr. Dragoo.

Dr. Dragoo was spectacular!!! I just did my first surgery ever 7/7/2020. I had a torn meniscus and ACL. This guy is a magician. Very respectful, and listens to your concerns. Jamie Weiss his PA is a god send, she made me feel so comfortable from the get go, my ACL was torn for 7 years and I was just scared to do it. I’m so glad I did. You could say that Dr. Dragoo has been my surgeon for the last 4.5 years working with me and my patellar instability problems. I first worked with him in 2016 where they performed a less invasive surgery to try and correct my problem and although it helped, it ended up needing some more work done this last year. With all that being said, I could not ask for better care, performance, or dedication to my case and I’m sincerely thankful from the bottom of my heart that I have been able to work with him. Not only that, but his colleagues Jamie Weiss, Maria, and my PT Brianna have been the best and most sincere people to work with I almost feel like they are my family! Jamie and I keep in contact through my recovery period right now and she is the most efficient and effective PA I could ever ask for. If you have any Ortho needs I highly recommend going to the best!! This team has completely changed my life and I can already see the improvements in my knee only 5 weeks post op. They work like clock work and they’re abilities are out of this world. Upon arriving, parking was easy, with just a short walk to the door. The building on Inverness is absolutely beautiful, not in a fancy way, but more of a familiar, inviting way. Check in is to the right, which seems a little out of place, just tucked into a dark corner. But to the left after walking in, is a high-ceiling expansive waiting area, with a large floor to ceiling window. There's another check in after getting upstairs. The waiting area for the doctor is an open lounge area, again with the view of the big window, very relaxing. The staff, specifically Caitlyn, was very polite and kind, explaining everything as I was guided through the office. Right on time, the doctor arrived. Dr Dragoo was polite, sensitive and extremely professional. I've experienced the American medical system for years so I can tell almost immediately the skill and expertise of the physician. After a detailed exam, the radiology reports were reviewed. Based on the exam alone, Dr Dragoo's hands have many years of experience and precision. The doctor explained the plan of action in a very detailed but non-technical way so that I could easily understand. After the doctor left, I felt a strong sense of confidence in him. Then I met with Jennie, the medical assistant and scheduler, and she was very kind and helpful, patiently explaining the details of the follow up. I had many questions and she was very understanding. Despite the big medical corporation and 'fractured care' of modern medicine, I really felt like this team cared and wanted to help me. Overall great experience and highly recommended. Excellent surgeon and exceptional bedside manner. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable with the surgery and post op care. Would highly recommend Dr Dragoo to anyone with surgical knee issues.
