I had a tummy tuck in November of 2020. The staff was kind but was really shocked at the lack patient care. I was completely dissatisfied with how the surgical staff rushed me out the door following my procedure. I could barely keep my eyes open as I was pushed out in a wheelchair to my car. I wasn’t asked to try and use the restroom following my departure. Within 24 hours, I had urinary retention. I became very lightheaded and pale which prompted my spouse to call the office. I was told to come into the office for a visit and Dr. Hall didn’t seem to believe I was having a difficult time urinating. He kept asking me to provide a certain word or feeling that describes urine retention. He asked my spouse multiple times if I had doubled up on my pain medication all because I was so flushed and lightheaded (I actually hadn’t taken any pain medication 6 hours prior to the office visit). My husband decided to take me to the emergency room. There were at least 4 nurses that had a difficult time putting in a catheter. Once the last nurse was successful, they drained over 1 liter of urine. I was told by the attending physician that 1 liter of urine is double the amount the bladder can hold. I ended up having to keep the catheter in for a few days. Once my surgical drain was removed, I never went back for a follow up. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so uncomfortable and out of place. It’s been two years since my procedure and I still have issues with urinary retention and need further testing to find the best treatment. I do not recommend this office.

Megan was the best! Everyone at Trillium is so inviting. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My hydra facial was amazing and can’t wait to go again!

I posted a picture showing off dr.halls genius and beautiful work. After years of feeling like people saw my nose and chin and not me, I finally feel free. I remember at six or seven years old, being in a dressing room at a local department store with my mom and seeing my reflection from three different angles and thinking “I’m so weird looking.” At 24, I decided to change it. Dr. Hall removed 3-4 mm from my nose AND chin, a total of nearly 8mm! However, my nose is still shaped the same, it’s just smaller and more delicate. I have always said “I’m not ugly, but if I got a nose job, just imagine how unstoppable I’d be.” AND THAT’S WHAT I AM! Dr.hall helped me become the woman I was destined to be. He is a fantastic, brilliant and understanding human that changed not only my nose and chin, but my self confidence and life. From the consultation to post surgery, Dr. Hall and his entire team are very compassionate and professional. Everything was clearly explained and I was comfortable throughout the process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr. Hall strives for you to be confident and feel natural when the operation is completed. I would highly recommend him and his team for any procedure.

Dr. Hall & his staff are incredibly professional and kind. However, I cannot recommend choosing Dr. Hall for a rhinoplasty. I am now requiring a revision with rib grafting after my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Hall. Please do your research and be willing to travel if you want a rhinoplasty done correctly. So happy I went to Dr. Hall! He and his staff were so wonderful. I really appreciated how gentle and informative Dr. Hall was, especially since this was my first time ever getting injections. My forehead wrinkles are gone and my new lips look great!

I called to make an appointment for Botox after having a baby. I had done a lot of research on Botox and breastfeeding, and most research states that pumping and dumping for 3 days after Botox was injected was perfectly safe! I had told the office that I had just recently had a baby and that is why it had been so long since I had come in. They said nothing about breastfeeding or a policy. The office is a 45 minute drive from my house, and with a newborn this is extremely difficult. They then proceeded to tell me after I had already driven there and had a fussy newborn in the car that they would not give me Botox due to policy. I understand having a policy and of course I want to do what is safest for my baby; however, this policy should have been addressed on the front end before I made an extremely difficult trip to the office for nothing. Dr. Hall performed a mommy makeover (tummy tuck and a re-do breast lift with implants) on me in April and I LOVE my results. After having children, I did not like the way that my stomach looked regardless of how much time I spent exercising and eating healthy. Dr. Hall was able to tighten my muscles, repair a hernia, and ultimately return my stomach to a look I had before pregnancy. I also needed to change out my implants as they were over 15 years old. I love that my breasts are now lifted with new implants, but are still classy and appropriate for a business woman/mom of 2. I was most worried about my recovery as I don't like taking "down time" away from work, but it was seamless! The staff at Dr. Hall's office was amazing... they took the time to answer all of my endless questions and were kind every step of the way. I also loved the surgery center staff. Being a business owner myself I strive to make sure the client is fully aware of the risks and reality of their decision before the service is ever done. When asked by Dr. Hall to send him photos of what my expectations were for my surgery his response was that the photos seemed realistic and so therefore I was excited to get my surgery. Post op though, I am not very impressed. I knew from my one week post op that I was going to be disappointed but Dr. Hall attempted to reassure me that everything was going to be ok. Again at the six week check up he tried to reassure me that once swelling went down everything was going to be ok. At about four months, I tried to reach out but I guess the woman (Taylor) who I was in contact with the most had quit or been let go. Six month check up came up and I expressed my disappointments. His response, "you know how many of these photos I see on a daily basis? Hundreds. With your body, the fact that you've had kids, it's just unrealistic." That's when I reminded him that these were the same photos that he requested me to send to him prior to surgery as photos to go off of, aka my expectations of surgery. He stated that I could spend more money (almost as much as the first surgery) to hopefully fix it but other than that there really wasn't anything else he could do. Simply put, if you want a surgery that meets only some of your expectations but costs all of what you agreed upon then this is your surgeon. I'd like to note how there was literally not a single person who still worked there (besides Dr. Hall) who was there 6 months ago. Like he must clean house every six months or less... kinda weird if ya ask me. I’d also like to note that a bunch of the reviews for this office are for the women who do the injections not actually reviews for Dr. Hall’s surgeries. I would not recommend Dr. Jason Hall. Just finished a session with new injector Molly. Was a little nervous seeing someone new… my face is naturally wonky and a major challenge to get everything symmetrical. While I was in the waiting room, two other patients came out RAVING about the new injector and how she’s the best they’d ever had and that she should be teaching classes. I said, “That’s who I’m here to see… so she’s like, legit good??” And they said, “OH HONEY. She’s amazing.” And sure enough, she is awesome. I’ve been to several cosmetic injectors over the years and this was easily the most even and well-placed filler I’ve ever had. Seriously. The woman is an artist. And she totally looks like Amanda Seyfried, which is rad because Amanda Seyfried is smokin’ and you should never trust an injector that isn’t hot—it’s like how they say don’t trust the talents of a skinny chef. I was very disappointed in the results of my neck lift. I would not recommend Dr. Hall for this procedure. I did not receive a proper neck lift and the results show. I will be going to a different surgeon for revision surgery.

I decided after a very detailed search to go with Dr. Hall for my BA. I have to say it was the best choice I could have made! Dr. Hall did an amazing job and needless to say I am extremely pleased with the results. He listened to what I wanted and he gave me better than I expected. He was very clear and answered all questions and concerns. His office personnel was amazing. Everyone was very involved and thorough from the time the consultation was made, to the surgery and with the simplicity of the follow ups. Surgery can be stressful and scary but Dr. Hall and his associates made me feel at ease, excited and important from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Hall. I recently had different procedures done at Dr. Hall's office. Molly was the nurse who did my procedures. I really can't say enough nice things about her. Dr. Hall is a kind and compassionate doctor. He agreed to see my 9 year old daughter after a terrible tragedy where her face was torn. His beside manor is impeccable. He has made us all feel comfortable by closely monitoring her progress of healing. He is generous with his time and very patient. I would recommend him for any procedure. Dr Hall and his staff are amazing. I recently had a Extended Thigh Lift that Dr Hall performed and I am super thrilled with the results. He was obviously knowledgeable which I determined during the consultation. He was also kind and compassionate. He backed up his confidence in his ability when he performed the surgery. I have had other plastic surgeries by another doctor and I must admit I wish I had chosen Dr Hall for those surgeries. I am amazed at his technique and again pleased with results. Dr. Hall, I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks and appreciation to you and your team. Thank you for taking care of me, thank you for all of the work that you put in to develop your surgical skills, and thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns. You are changing the lives of the people you work with, and you have changed my life as well. To those reading this review, Nearly six months ago, I underwent an open surgical revision of a severely deviated septum. The main goal of the surgery was to re-establish an open and unobstructed airway to improve my breathing during sleep and sports. Before surgery, I had been suffering with breathing problems for nearly a decade following multiple fractures to my nose in middle and high school from various sports. The fractures were severe enough to nearly completely close my left sinus with what remained of my severely deformed septum. My occluded airway effected my performance with the various sports I was participating in and made sleeping difficult. Towards the end of college my breathing was so bad that I started seeking professional advice. Before finding Doctor Hall and his team, I went to two Ear Nose and Throat doctors that identified the obstruction in my left sinus that was blocking the air and recommended various surgical procedures that would re-open the blocked airway to improve breathing. After several weeks of researching accomplished surgeons in the Southeast, my family and I found Dr Hall and his team through testimonials from some of his previous patients. When Dr. Hall finished his surgery, I took the first breath through my nose that I can remember in years. It’s hard to explain what it feels like to suddenly be able to breathe again. I am no longer having difficulty falling asleep, and I wake up every morning feeling well-rested. I have also noticed a major improvement in my breathing when I am running. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If you are considering surgery, I can wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Hall and his team.

Character is the upmost importance to me, this is why I feel the need to write this review. I went in for a neck lift over 2 years ago with Dr. Jason Hall. Within a few months I noticed there was still banding. I went to see Dr. Hall a few months after surgery and He assured me everything looked good. Dr. Hall said it was from sun exposure. Hmmm....this did not sound right, but I let it go. Now 2 years later I go back to explain my dissatisfaction with my neck. Believe me, this was not an easy surgery. I still have numbness around the jawline, but that's another story. Dr. Hall is charging me 1 1/2 times what I initially paid for 2 years ago, to correct his mistake. This would make my neck lift $13,000. There has been absolutely no accountability. I respect people who can own up to their mistakes. I am certainly not looking for perfection. Dr. Halls dismissiveness to my concerns was quite telling of his character. I recommend you do your homework before searching for a cosmetic Dr.

Kind of long but please read. I recently have come out as transgendered.One of the biggest things about being transgendered is how to determine who, when and where is the proper time to disclose this information. Who can you trust? I read the reviews on the Doctor and chose him just for that reason. My first visit I was seated in what was apparently a consultation room with him in front of me and his office manager standing behind me over my left should with arms crossed just out of my vision. It was kind of unnerving because they kept stealing glances at each other and to be honest I was feeling a little uncomfortable with the whole situation. I never did relate all the information I wanted in that consultation because I was just uncomfortable. It felt like what a criminal may go through during an interrogation. Round 2. I decided that of all people I should at least come out to my doctor, so I made another appointment. Mustering all my courage I called back and first disclosed my gender and then made the appointment. When I walked in for the second appointment I first noticed employees coming from the back to take a peek at me which at the time I did not associate it with me confessing my gender to the office manager. I then was brought into the same consultation room as before and waited for the doctor. He walks in a few minutes later with a nurse, smiles and then proceeds to scold me about trust and honesty and did this for a good 5 minutes...with a condescending smile on his face the entire time that never reached his eyes. After that I was told in one breath how he could not do what I wanted because it would look worse than it does now and then in the next breath told me that he thinks he could do it. The next 15 minutes was him telling me that I should not do things half way and should just go ahead and get all the surgeries for male to female. This time with an actual attitude. The last five minutes or so was actually unbelievable because I just sat there in shock as he then waffled between good doctor and bad doctor telling me yes and no. I left thoroughly confused and actually cried later on after replaying the whole situation and realizing it was my gender to have the whole office act like that. This was the first time I have been ridiculed, albeit an indirect way but still ridiculed for being transgendered and it sucked. I hope no one else has to go through this. After all this the office sent me a questionnaire and I gave them this same story to which they sent me a check for $40. Really? $40? Just keep your money, it is insulting enough. Everyone in this office is very nice and attentive. The environment is very nice and welcoming. And I absolutely love Dr. Hall's nurse Lacy. She is amazing and very quick to answer any questions I have. However, my surgery did not have the results anticipated. I have been going to all my Post-op appointments stating these concerns and always seem that my concerns get pushed aside. I finally scheduled another consultation to speak to Dr. Hall about my outcome. After expressing my concerns for the 4th time he agreed to correct his mistake, except with that correction he wants to charge me for another procedure. As a provider myself, I find it very unethical to charge someone to correct your mistake. If you are looking for a surgeon just know that if you need revisions, you will have to pay for it. Other surgeons in the area do not charge a surgeon fee on revisions for a procedure that they performed. Everyone in this office is very nice and attentive. Dr. Hall is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person as well. I went to him for a revision rhinoplasty. He knew what I wanted before I even told him what I was looking for. Every aspect of the process was comfortable and easy. The front desk people as well as the nurses were as nice as they could be. The surgery itself was easy and their facilities are amazing. I love my new nose and it fits my face perfectly. It was a very complicated surgery and Dr. Hall made it seem easy. He has extensive knowledge in every aspect of nose surgery! The only hiccup I experienced was in the paying process. After I paid my fee for the surgery center, they could not find my receipt and tried to make me pay twice. Luckily I saved the paper receipt, because it could have been disastrous. That being said, I highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone. Dr. Hall is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person as well.
