Both Dr. Iannarelli ( Dr. "I" ) as well as his staff are #1 professionals. My husband and I are patients for several years and are extremely pleased with the care they provide for contacts and glasses. Beautiful office and glasses selection. Highly recommend!

Both Dr. Iannarelli (Husband and wife) are excellent doctors! The problem I had was with the front desk staff. I went in for an eye exam (contact lenses). After the exam I was told that I needed to try the contact lenses to make sure that the formula was correct and I was assured that the trial will get there before Christmas. Apparently they ran into some delays and couldn’t get the trial in time before they closed for a week due to the holidays. I had to leave the state and was unable to pick up the trial lenses. After calling them and asking them to send the contact lenses formula through email so that I could buy them myself they totally refused. The only option was to pay them extra to have them send the trial contacts and then finalize the prescription. Ended up having to go to another ophthalmologist. I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately.

My favorite eye doctor! I enjoy both the Port Orange and Ormond locations. I recently went to the OB location to look into get contacts after having some issue years ago with them. Dr Iannarelli recommended a more new brand, and gave me some trial days and they were amazing! They listened to my concerns and now, I am going to place a order for those contacts! I saw Dr. I saw Iannarelli at his Port Orange office today and I was impressed by his staff members Tilly and Beth and Dr. Iannarelli himself. The prices were reasonable. Everyone was very nice and professional. I needed to get new glasses and heard of him but chose to get new glasses at a nationally known place in Daytona because that's the optometrist office I went to in another state before I moved to FL. I made a HUGE mistake. The optometrist tested my eyes and said I didn't have cataract. I do. While adjusting my new glasses the women who did that caused lines in the lenses from putting the lenses in the heat machine she used. I had to get a new pair. The prescription was not strong enough, the progressive lenses were not positioned correctly. I ended up getting a refund and booked an appointment with Dr. Iannarelli. What a difference! He explained every part of the examine. He took his time and wasn't rushed like the other Dr. was. He saw that I indeed have cataracts. I felt very much at ease with him. Tilly helped me pick out frames that were just right for me. Beth was very helpful. They were great. I highly recommend Dr Iannarelli and wish I went to see him in the first place. What an amazing experience. We are from out of town and my daughters contact lens tore. She was 3 hours away from a gymnastics competition and no contact lens. Called the office and Dr. Iannarelli answered the phone. Told him our story and he told me he’d call me right back. Thought I wouldn’t hear from them and 5 minutes later his staff member called. She went above and beyond to help us from calling out optometrist back home, getting the script sent over and finding the lens at their other office. So grateful for your assistance and says a lot about the amazing culture of this establishment. I am a medical professional as well and this is how we handle our affairs as well. I have been using this office for five years and the staff are always exceptionally friendly and timely, the office is always clean. The doctor takes the time to answer all my questions. My dad recently asked me to find him an eye doctor so of course I made an appointment for him here and he was happy with the care he recieved as well. Since he gets confused easily and i am not always able to attend appointments with him, i was able to talk to his doctor afterwards and she was very thourough. This has been a WONDERFUL experience with completing my eye exam and getting my glasses and contacts. From the moment I called, Mark was extremely professional and welcoming. 10 Stars if I could!! I have been wearing glasses since I was a small child and after 45 years, my eye doctor retired. I was referred to Dr. Iannarelli from my neighbor and without a doubt this is the best Rx, set of eye wear and service that I have EVER had!!! Fast eye glass return on my order as well!!! It only took a week as everyone else is 3-4! I am hooked. I never give reviews but I had too with this office after being referred to the wrong place and a waste of $1,000 last year!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Iannarelli for over 12 years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. There is usually no wait but they do have a comfortable waiting room with WIFI if needed. I would recommend his practice to anyone. New location on Nova is awesome and custom built by Dr Eye.

Dr. Iannarelli is the best eye doctor that I have ever seen! I have been a contact/glasses wearer for 20 years... Last year I began to have severe eye problems. The year before I had a minor irritation in my eyes from allergies. A prescription eye drop cleared it right up. But a renewed prescription was not helping the issue this year.. It continued to progress and the pain and discomfort in my eyes was horrible. My corneas were swollen and my vision became worse. "Dr.Eye" was so helpful throughout my whole treatment and we were both so happy when my swelling finally went away and my vision restored to what is "normal" for me. He never rushed anything, and made sure that I was 100% healed before testing my vision for my new contact prescripton. Aside from the doc himself, his receptionist/assistant is absolutely amazing! This was my very first experience with an optometrist, and while it wasn’t your typical reason for an office visit, I’m so grateful that Dr. Eye was recommended to me! I was a new patient and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience! From my original phone call to set up an appointment to the minute I walked out the door from my first visit, I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The office is clean and very interesting, filled with lovely artwork and Dr Iannarelli's own handmade wood furniture. Dr Iannarelli took his time and I received a very thorough eye exam filled with information as he moved through the exam. I would highly recommend this practice.

We needed a new Optometrist for the family and by chance I was having issues with my contacts. I removed the contacts for the preliminary exam and when I got in to see the Dr I told him I was having issues with my left contact after swapping them out. Dr Iannarelli discovered that I had a second contact on the eye. The first one would come out and the one underneath would stay stuck to my eye. I remember removing both lenses when I went to new lenses, the only thing we can think of is that I got a package with two lenses in one case. Dr.Iannarelli was very knowledgeable and provided several suggestions for new lenses. His staff was very friendly and even adjusted my current frames while I was in the office.

Mary Beth is a gem, and Dr. I makes certain that each patient receives the attention he or she needs -- we never feel rushed, all our questions are answered, and we leave assured of our eye health for another year. Dr. Iannarelli has been my eye doctor for years. He is very helpful when you need to find out more about different contact/lense options and is generous with the samples. He always has the patients' best interests in mind and wants to help everyone have the best vision possible. I’ve been going to Dr.Iannarelli for YEARS! He is the only eye doctor I have put complete trust in to deal with my very “special” eyes. Dr Iannarelli and his staff are excellent! I have never been a fan of having a eye exam but, Dr Iannarelli immediately put me at ease. Everyone in the office explains what they are doing and why. They answer all questions you have in a way that is easy to understand. I am so thankful to have found them!!
