I have been going to this practice for more than 15 years. The staff is very friendly and doctors are professional and knowledgeable and make you feel secure and comfortable. Dr James deliver my son and since then he has been my primary OBGYN. He is always willing to answer questions and makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jason James for around 15 years. He is compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. I trust him completely with my care. His office staff is fabulous. With very rare exception i am seen within minutes of appointment time. I have recommended him to many people including my daughter.

Dr. James has been my gynecologist for about 15 years. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have always felt that I mattered to him. He gives me attention when I have concerns or questions and takes time to explain the answers or solutions. I have recommended him to my friends and family, even my daughter. His staff is lovely. Everyone is friendly and warm. I know emergencies happen, but for the most part over the many years I have been seen within a few minutes of my appointment. I strongly recommend Dr. Jason James.

Staff members are kind and polite. My first time meeting Dr. James he was great.

I’ve been going to Dr. Jason James for over 15 years and he is the best! His team is super professional and helpful. Dr. James is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and takes his time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend.

I decided to leave this practice mid pregnancy, after become violently ill one evening (while 5 months pregnant) and not being able to get ahold of or ever hear back from an on call doctor. Their doctors could not be bothered to return an urgent voicemail left by a pregnant woman in tears nor did anyone from the office call back the next day. I ended up at the OB center at baptist in Kendall for emergency care. When I explained to Dr. James what happened, he proceeded to tell me that he understood, because had been sick enough to go to the ER for an IV once himself. So callous, very poor bedside manners. AFTER all of this… they billed my insurance 1,300 for absolutely no reason what so ever, other than the fact that I left the practice and they will no longer be getting that huge delivery bill out of me! You can absolutely bet I will be fighting out this claim, and will not be paying one more dollar to this negligent office.

Jason James is an amazing doctor. Truly a wonderful experience.

Very professional and kind. First time with Dr James and his Assistant Jessica. They were both very professional. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend them

Barely had to wait more than 7 minutes to get called in to see doctor!! Both doctor and his nurse are always extremely friendly and answer every question I have. Dr. Jason James is the best ????

I've been coming to this office for almost 25 years. I recommend it to my friends and family. The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. The facility is well maintained and welcoming. I can't say enough about Dr. Jason James. He is welcoming, and makes the experience comfortable. I can tell him anything and he listens intently. He is very non-judgmental and is very professional.

Dr. James is a true professional but yet manages to make you completely at ease.

I have only the best things to say about Dr. Jason James, his staff and all the doctors at the practice. The office is very organized, there was no wait, I was seeing immediately after completing to fill out the paper work. Dr. James is as always, caring, and courteous. He provides enough time to listen and discuss all concerns. I highly recommend him.

Been going to Dr. James for years. Incredible bed side manner. Always felt comfortable during exams. Truly a wonderful dr. Plan to have him for life. If you’re looking to find a dr he’s an excellent choice and highly recommended

Dr.James is an empathic and caring individual . He shows willingness to listen and is attentive to your health problems .His service delivery is awesome and the patient / doctor relationship is easy- going. Dr. James recommendations regarding your medical diagnosis and prognosis are open and straightforward .

I like this place a lot. From the moment one goes in until the very end. Dr. James is also wonderful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to other medical issues and physical problems, I am unable to follow Dr James' advice at this time. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. James and his staff. Dr. James is caring, takes the time to listen, to support you as a patient, to inform you, and to be empathetic. His staff expresses the same level of care and compassion towards everyone they come in contact with. This is a fantastic office.

I have been seeing Dr. James for 15 years and am so thankful to him and his staff for their care and service over the years. 2 babies born with their help and I have always felt safe and comfortable. I will continue seeing him as long as he practices.

Dr James has been the absolute best. Extremely professional and excellent bedside manners. He delivered my son and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend.

Quick entry, friendly staff! Both Dr. Geoffrey and Dr. Jason James are awesome Doctors. Welcoming and open to conversation that some would normally avoid. I am fully comfortable and open to their service and assistance at all times!

Today’s visit was different I don’t know if it’s because of the pandemic but I felt very rushed out of the doctors office I felt no sympathy and more like here ya go I came in with pain and left feeling the same way no suggestions as to why I felt how I felt it was me that gave the maybe I felt like this because of… n he was like yeah maybe we’ll maybe you should run labs on me! after being there for few years I didn’t expect to be treated like this, I understand we have good & bad days but once I stepped out of the office I noticed he had a more pleasant attitude with his next patient dr jj not cool

Dr. James made the time to see me even though he didn't have any available appointments for the day. His clerks and receptionists relayed my concerns to him right away and I was able to go into the office within an hour of my call. By that night, I was already feeling better. He's a great doctor who truly cares about his patients!

Dr. Jason James is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He has been my doctor since delivering my first baby seven years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. James is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He always enter the exam room knowing your previous and current medical conditions and/or issues. He listens and gives suggestions and advice in a way that is comforting and comprehensible. I never feel rushed and the staff in general is just amazing. I have never had an issue at this practice and I have been a patient for 18 years. I live 35 minutes away and pass many other ob/gyn offices that are closer to me but I never consider switching!

Dr James listens to me and explains everything I need to know in a genuine way that is easy to understand. He doesn't make me feel rushed which is rare to find. The staff are also very nice and down to earth. I only waited 5 minutes on my last visit and most time it's between 5 to 15. On the single occasion in the last 3 years that I waited longer (about 45 minutes) everyone, included Dr James, sincerely apologized for the delay. I highly recommend Dr James.
