Dr. Jason Jeong Hwan Song

First office visit in January. Long wait, ineffective explanations given by Dr Song, no detailed procedural followup info given or arranged for... February, called for pain meds refill, told another doctor appointment needed to even get a refill! Set up appointment. They cancelled it due to not getting PCP referral. Got referral, paid co-pay, saw NURSE not doctor! She said she reordered pain meds (at Thursday visit), but was not filled till MONDAY at pharmacy. Doctor Song is spread too thin with too many patients and an ineffective staff. Doesn't have enough competent staff to maintain thorough, satisfactory patient treatment! He needs to hire new Office Manager who is not rude and condescending to patients. Take a number if you choose this practice!!! We would NOT recommend!!!!

I take my dad to different specialist every week this is the only doctor that we have waited over two hours to see him. They over book completely every time they have about 20 chairs in the lobby and all of them are always full and you have people who can barely walk standing for an hour.. it is absolutely ridiculous to spend over half your day to one doctor!!! Several times I have seen people say they had to leave because they had to get back to work or go pick up their grandson, so now they have to wait again for a different appointment. During spring break we were literally the only ones in there the lights were off because it’s on a sensor I asked what happened and they said they did not overbook because they knew staff was going to be short because they went on vacation… This tells you they do not care about our time at all !! I scheduled my appointment weeks in advanced. However, I ended up being late due to the long drive and traffic. Knowing I would be late I called to let someone know that I would be lat . I was told to s come come. I get there and the waiting area is full, people outside, no air conditioning and very poor communication. I wouldn't recommend this office. I’m not even sure where to start. I’ve never given a review before but felt this one was necessary, I had to give a least 1 star to be able to give a review but even that’s to high, I’ve been going to pain management for some time now & this office was the WORST..... after 2nd visit & the dr never even introduced himself & acted as if I was there just for medication, his bedside manner is AWEFUL, the wait time is always 1 to 1/2 hrs after your appt time. You wait soo long the patients start fighting with each other!!!!!!!! Keep looking & move on past this office.........it’s like a cattle call I’m not even sure where to start. A caring person and knowledgeable Doctor. Helped with my pain right away And can finally sleep at night.

The staff is great, but no communication and always a very long wait. Unless you're there for the first appointment of the day, you wait at least an hour to an hour and a half past your appointment time. The longest I've had to wait, was 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time.

Sometimes appointments take a long time. But that is due to the dedication and compassion afforded by the staff. Very skilled and they listen to what you need to be of optimal help.

Dr. Song and Nurses is very Nice and except Dr Song is understand me help a lot when have pain chronic. Office very clean and perfect attending with patients.

Dr. Song is a very caring and sympathetic doctor. He sits and really listens to you! He offers alternative procedures to help with your problem. I consider myself fortunate to have found him!

He pays attention to what is important to you and comes up with a solution that works. He pays attention to details and that’s very important to me. I have loved this doctor and his staff since the first day I saw them, they are all caring people who take the time to explain what’s happening to your body. I’ve never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor like I do with Dr. Song and Karen his assistant. Would highly recommend him.

I was experiencing terrible hip pain which radiated from the left hip and affected the right hip in addition . I was contemplating have the left hip replaced however, Dr Song gave me an injection in the left hip which I had dislocated twice. Following the injection I am free of pain in the hip area and no longer have the unbearable hip pain which radiated across the entire lower back. Thanks to Dr. Song my overall pain issues have gotten so much better.

Dr. Songs office is very small and he has a lot of patients to see but he is every bit worth the wait. He was the first doctor to actually figure out what was causing my pain and gave me options to help deal with the pain. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed with the amount of people in there but have always been pleasant and kind. I would highly recommend Dr.Song

Schedule management is horrible. Just horrible. Wait time with appointment is over 2 hours.

After numerous visits I have not received any pain management at all. I was receiving injections from my previous doctor which I was hoping to follow up with but this doctor can't get it together they are too busy taking notes with I believe in turns and not providing proper care

it's been several months several visits I have yet to receive any treatment or any relief to my pain. I am left with over an hour each visit. My pain is being neglected willfully by this doctor. their communication is not the best I called three or four times just to try to get through sometimes I do sometimes they put me on hold and forget. I do not recommend this establishment for pain relief as it is not effective I am in a lot of pain it is affecting the way I live my life and this doctor is willfully neglecting my needs.

always have to wait an hour or more after the appointment time, windows to the receptionist are very dark tinted and you are not allowed to knock on the glass to get their attention.

He is a very kind doctor works with you to come up with the best solution to your pain.

Dr Song is unique. I am a new patient but he handled my issues right away. He doesn't listen well sometimes as he does have patients who are rude to him. However a little patience with him and he gets right back on track. I hope he doesn't turn out to be one of those doctors who treats all his patients like pill heads but like people with pain issues. So far so good.

I love being a patient of Dr. Song. He is very compassionate and caring. I'm so sorry he is leaving PRC pain management... I would follow him if I knew where he was going. He has been a God send. He makes my husband and I feel relaxed that he knows what he is doing. I am not on narcotics.

When I first had a consultation with Dr. Song he was very compassionate and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions and didn't rush through my appointment. I had an epidural injection this week and my pain has been reduced to 6-7 from a 9-10. I am very thankful I have found him and will return to him for future treatment as needed.

This ? Doctor has the worst bedside manner ever experienced by me in my lifetime. He has no empathy, nor compassion, nor wants to listen to anything I had to say. Within a 10 minute period of me sobbing out of control in pain, and ZERO examination of my body, and zero review of my chart/patient packet? He was ready to offer me surgery and nothing else. He had a flat affect, if not caring at all about me and my pain level. I am a chronic pain client. All has been done for me after 10 years.

Dr. Song is very professional, yet friendly and easy going. I was quite impressed with his ability to immediately see what my condition was and to suggest the best option for treatment. I'm happy to say that after 2 epidural injections, I am now able to enjoy increased mobility and am no longer in pain everyday all day long. Thank You so much, Dr. Song!!

After living with very bad low back pain for 15 years and after have seen several dotors, Dr Song was the first PM Doctor to listen to me and actually give me substantial relief

I was injured in a auto accident in June of 2014. Dr. Song is professional, compassionate and an excellent pain management specialist. His knowledge base is exceptional with regards to anatomy / physiology and with designing the best plan of care for me. He explained how my injection procedure would be performed and showed me diagrams so that I would better understand and be well informed. The result was excellent. I travel 1000 miles to see Dr. Song. Thank you Dr. Song for helping me.

I was seeing another doctor who told me there was nothing he could do for me. When I went for a regular visit Dr. Song was filling in for the other doctor and looked at my record and had a couple of options he felt could work. He was great at explaining them and we went with the MyStim. Thanks to Dr.Song my life has seen much improvement. After years of pain which kept my flat on my back most of the day I'm now getting some my life back.

Excellent High Grade Pain Management Doctor. This is an excellent high grade medical professional pain management doctor who will work with you if you are trying to manage and control pain. I have had excellent experiences with this doctor and highly recommend him to others who are seeking to stay out of pain. If you want Pain Management I suggest this is the One of the Best.

Dr Song listened to my concerns & Medical issues on my list about the problems I've been dealing with. He looked up information for me and explained everything to me when I asked what it meant in regards to me. He appeared to be sincere with helping me with my issues. So I would say he is compassionate ! I will go back to him the next time I need a Pain Management Dr.

Dr Song is a phenomenal physician and a true asset to PRC Associates. With his calm demeanor and professional bedside manor, Dr Song has treated me for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in my left arm and has drastically improved my quality of life in a few visits. Dr Song takes his time and educated me as to why I was feeling the pain I was. Each time I leave his office, I know I gave gotten the best care and advice possible. I speak very highly of Dr Song and will continue to do so.

Did not review my file before seeing me for first time and made a different diagnosis than 3 other doctors. His company has instituted new procedures and removed a very good doctor from this location and centralized insurance referrals for procedures which now causes a big time lag. Not good changes.
