Very great doctor and person! I have nothing bad to say here and felt very happy and relieved after my appointment. Staff is amazing and so friendly. Dr. Spring took his time, explained everything, didn't hesitate for prescriptions, double checked if I needed anything else, and didn't rush the appointment at all! Little waiting time as well. Highly recommend!

Good doctor, understanding and treats patients well

One of the best doctors appointments I've ever had. He's very easy to talk to and open to changes in my medical routine.

Dr. Spring is an excellent family physician. He has treated me on a variety of issues. He’s skillful, communicates well and has a very very empathic manner. I highly recommend him.

I didn’t like his medical approach style. Unfortunately my primary was out so i had to ask for another dr to go over my labs and order me something can help me i let this exact note when I asked to be contacted by any available physician. I did the lab tests so i can i can be helped because i am tired of being tired all the time full time working mom with 2 kids and medical follow ups .. I shared with this dr my concern about my lab results he said all normal but i had an increase in my cholesterol level and it’s been months i am feeling really tired not able to preform normally i have fatigue 95% of the day & my labs shows my B12 less than 30!!! i need some thing to help with that like B12 vitamin or anything. He stated he can’t he is not my primary I asked then i am tired what should i do he said wait its not an emergency wait so I should be worse then i will be worthy of your medical attention!!!! Ok then why you called me & i left a notice regarding why i need to speak to a physician & it was clear it’s not your stander emergency status(((because u need to be in urgent or bad shape then u can be seen or advised))) or you guys just want to charge us for useless medical service ??? seriously Sharp what is this level of service??? Rude, arrogant and condescending. These words best describe my experience with Dr. Spring today. Treating a patient as though they are a subordinate to him and making it perfectly clear that he couldn't care less about any other doctor's advice or recommendatation. He said he will not be "trumped" by anyone. He said an endocrinologist knows no more than he does about testosterone therapy and will not approve biweekly injections but rather 1 every 30 days. I certainly don't know what is best here and accepted his decision even though he delivered it in an arrogant and extremely condescending manner! My last visit with Dr. Spring was horrible. I left the office crying because he was rude and did not care to pay attention and was in a bad mood. Dr. Spring has always been great. During covid we have had to keep most things digital and things have been scheduled promptly and efficiently. He has always responded to my messages in a timely manner and always professionally.

As usual, Dr. Spring and his nurse assistant Sabrina, were prompt, gracious and very sincere working with me. Dr. Spring is an excellent doctor. He is patient and interested in my reactions, thoughts and hopes. In this visit using osteopathy to relieve my pain and discomfort from a fall. I am grateful.

Dr. Spring is wonderful at what he does. He is caring and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and provide guidance. I am very happy to have him as my doctor and would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Spring is by far the best Dr I have ever had! He’s twenty levels above the rest. He’s caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He is the first Dr I’ve ever seen who takes the time to explain everything that you need to know as a patient and even gives you additional information to help you rest as ease that all is well. I have also been recently having terrible neck and shoulder pain which I was seeing a Chiropractor for, so I decided to try Dr. Springs manipulation and it works 10x better and lasts longer than the Chiropractor. His assistant Dorothea is phenomenal as well. She’s also extremely caring and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Spring above all other Dr.’s. He’s simply the best !!! I have referred many patients to Dr. Spring. He is my husband's, my daughters, and my primary physician. We will be following him to his new practice. He's always thorough with offering options, all of my treatments have been successful.

My son and my husband just started going to Dr. Spring and both like him. He took the time to talk with both myself and my son at our new patient visit and answered all questions. I'm really bummed he moved his office to Escondido but we will continue to see him as my husband and son both really like him.

My huband and are are both relatively new patients of Dr. Spring and Arch Health. Dr. Spring is very patient an caring and his staff are very pleasant and helpful. Although everyone is busy, I've never felt too rushed, nor have I experienced long waits and poor follow-up like we had aboth Scripps and Sharp. It turned out that having new Health Insurance that pushed us in the direction of Dr Spring and Arch Health was a healthy blessing!

I was 13 minutes late for my appointment according to the receipt for my co-pay and the office cancelled my appointment and I had to go sit at urgent care for 2 hours. Completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with Dr. Spring. I had without a doubt the most cursory physical exam ever - essentially a brief review of some blood test results and minimal actual examination of my physical condition. He also always wants to see me before I go to any specialist even thought I am on a PPO insurance plan and he would likely add little value, i.e. I would have to see him before having a stress test even through the cardiac surgeon at the hospital recommended the opposite.

I selected Dr. Spring out of necessity as I had to have a"primary care physician". I found that he was easy to schedule an appointment. He's friendly but doesn't waste my time. I needed a couple of referrals and he accommodated my requests quickly. But the best part is that he is a DO, meaning he does spinal manipulation. My back had been giving me a hard for about 3 weeks. I scheduled an appointment for manipulation. I prefer manipulation over chiropractic. Manipulation is more gentle

Dr. Spring is a very caring intelligent Doctor Who looks at not just prescriptions yet natural ways to heal yourself through exercise, proper diet and taking care of your body. I appreciate his time and patience he spends listening to his patients.

Shockingly, Dr. Spring said IN FRONT OF OUR CHILD that she wasn't "right" & asked if she had a learning disability. (She was nervous and wanted to know the names of the instruments he used.) After I held her hand & reassured her, the examination completed w/ zero problem. Such intolerable conduct by a professional, especially a doctor treating a child. We (including our daughter) felt distressed after the abrupt appt. We hope this review helps other families save their children undue anguish.
