Dr Sayeed is one of the kindest doctors we have ever met. He has done many procedures on my husband when he practiced in Illinois and Texas and since we winter in Texas we stop and see him when we are in the area. I trust his opinion and respect his skills and he treats us like family.
I love Dr. Sayeed. Howevef, I have issues with his office staff. I recently had heart surgery and I have been without the meds he ordered when I was released for over a week. I called, left messages, no one would call me back. I finally got through to someone and they said Dr. Shared approved my refills. It's been three days and no one from his office has sent the approvals for the refills to the pharmacy. I'm ready to find a new cardiologist just because of his office staff. I don't think his staff told him I was calling to request these refills or he would have responded imma and I seriously doubt he is aware that no one has bothered to send the request to the pharmacy!!! This leaves the patient in a real bind. I even asked my PVP if he would fill them for me but he said had to go through my cardiologist ??
