Dr. Jay B Madhure

The worst! Dr and staff. It may be because I have medi-cal and the people that give good reviews probably have great insurance. Or they pay out of pocket. He never examined me and I had him for 5 years maybe even more. Never checked my eyes, ears, throat, breathing. Just asked me if my children all had the same father. Which was none of his business and had nothing to do with my health. He looked his nose down at me which is hard to do because he's not very tall. His staff drew up paperwork for a blood test and the name on there said "Laura" my name is certainly. Not Laura. And when I called her attention to this mistake, which could have been bad, she laughed. Since I left, I've been cured from a devastating disease that I contacted way before I even started seeing Madhure, no help from him. I also found out that the reason why my legs and back hurt so much and now I had the two surgeries necessary to help me walk normally and my quality of life has gone way up, again no thanks to him. I'm happy and way better off without this person handling my health care not that he ever did handle it. Thank you God!.,, And if any of you are not happy where you are, do not wait, run don't walk, run in the opposite direction.. you will just waste years of your life like I did. The worst! Dr. And staff are nice and professional.

Knowledgeable doctor with well experienced staff punctuality time wise.

I’m very happy with this Dr’s office. Very friendly and helpful staff specially Crystal she is just Amazing Awesome and knowledgeable and that makes me comfortable!

Dr.Madhure is a doctor who is attentive and efficient in his practice. Crystal (his medical assistant/secretary) is always helpful and pleasant to talk to. She has gone out her way to answer my questions and is always there to guide me when I need assistance with choosing specific doctors that I need to be referred to. Dr. Madure has been my GP for over 14 yrs. My office visits are regular and he always takes the time to examine and listen to my feedback regarding my symptoms when I am not feeling well. The staff is also awesome. Very professional, courteous and thorough when it comes to ordering meds, supplies, referrals and just following up. Now during the Covid19 situation, the office takes special precautions to keep patients safe. I appreciate all ttat Dr. and his staff do for me and mom. We Thank them for your dedication and courage! Dr Madure has been my physician for many years now. I am very satisfied with his professional services. He has helped me through many difficult times in the past few years. Whatever medical attention I needed I received with Good results. When I needed immediate medical attention his assistant Crystal would always work me into the schedule somehow. I have been a patient of Dr. Madhure for several years. He is the most kind and competent physician I have had the good fortune to know. His fund of knowledge is great and yet he is always willing to refer me to another specialist if need be. I consider myself lucky to be his patient.

This place is awful the doctor is cool.The nurses are the worse.They took over a month to get my a number for a dermatologist.I'm callin right now cause i have a food compliant.I was told if i feel bad call the doctor.They literally transferred me to 3 different rude nurses.Who all ask the same thing who am I.Don't go here the nurses are awfully rude and disrespectful. Very nice doctor, is on point with his questions and knows what to do. I'm a nurse myself, for 22 years, and I know that he's very experienced and knowledged.

Completely incompetent and indignant office staff. Can't complete the simplest tasks and will actively work AGAINST you on things like scheduling appts, getting prescriptions, and getting tests results. On multiple occasions the arrogant staff answering phone will say NO to requesting an appt and suggest going to the ER for antibiotics instead... for a virus... Dr. won't listen or stay with you for more than a couple minutes. Forget any hope of med care here.

Absolutely THE WORST. I went to see him for first time to basically have my prescription of 10 years renewed and he didn't even examine me. I told him last dr saw a cyst on my thyroid. He didn't even touch it. Just looked and said it looked fine. But he managed to tell me how much he jogs every morning. His office help are anything but helpful . NOT FRIENDLY. NOT HELPFUL. weeks to track down my blood results They don't return calls. Don't try to be accommodating and can't be simply more RUDE. I think he is close to retirement and practices accordingly. My neighbor likes him; he says he talks with him about many things. When he was my doctor, he talked with me for a minute or two (about my medical condition) then acted like I was there too long. He did very little for me; he did not even ask me if I had a nebulizer so he never prescribed asthma medication (albuterol) for use in a nebulizer. He was my first "Obamacare" doctor. I transferred to another doctor and she has referred me to many, many specialists for many things. So Doctor Madhure could have done more for me but just did not. His Clinic time is 9:00 Am and has been consistently opening at 9:300-10:Am. The nurses are very rude and uncooperative. They lost my blood report twice. And even if you make an appointment they still make you wait for a good hour before you even make it in the examination room and another 30-45 mins waiting in the exam room. The staff is just awful. I would never recommend t his clinic to anyone.

On my first visit I wore a T-shirt saying Fix my sinuses. He was my doctor for more than a year and did nothing for my sinuses. He never prescribed anti-biotics or anything for my sinuses. I usually had to wait a half hour or more and then I got only a few minutes with him. I had sinus headaches but he never discussed with me what medication to use for sinus headaches. Urgent care doctors took a CT-scan that confirmed sinus congestion but Dr. Madhure did nothing about it.
