Had a pleasant visit with Dr. Zimmerman. He is fast and efficient but took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I felt confident in his abilities and trust his assessment. Easy to talk to and made me very comfortable.

Dr. Zimmerman has a great personality, is efficient and is thorough in his exams. I have been seeing dermatologists for over forty years and am very impressed with his professionalism and practicality.

Dr Jay is a very competent & efficient practitioner. I feel fortunate to have him as my dermatologist. He has great support staff, too. Quick check in, short wait & fast treatment. Thank you GSD !

Dr. Zimmerman made me feel calm and confident in him when he took a biopsy from the top of my head I had no pain and I was very relaxed I'm glad I went to him today I feel lucky that I found a good doctor someone I can trust

Every staff member is so polite!

Pros: Well qualified, personable, excellent patient rapport, listens carefully, thorough examination, communicates clearly, outstanding follow-up. For example, driving back from first appointment received call from Alta pharmacy prescriptions received from Dr. Zimmerman, ready for free delivery. Cons: Long lead-time getting an appointment. The staff was extremely nice and had me checked in within minutes. Dr. Zimmerman was very nice and had me feeling very comfortable he dx me right away and as of today i am feeling so much better. Thank you all and your COVID protocol was excellent.

Dr. Zimmerman knew exactly where and how to please my anti aging injections I am so happy she’s been in practice for 17 years and knows exactly what you need without having to tell her. I am so happy I feel beautiful after leaving her office.

Dr Z’s approach / style is refreshing especially in these current times with so much daily stress and focus on COVID-19. He keeps the mood light and upbeat while also providing the relevant medical information I need to answer my questions and calm any concerns.

I had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Zimmerman. My appointment was to have an annual skin check for suspicious growths. I have had this done over several years at this practice. In previous years at the health professional scanning my skin was extremely thorough. This year the skin check was only a couple of minutes. Areas like the scalp were only done after I requested the scan. Sensitive and more private areas were completely ignored. I explained my high risk lifestyle yet this explanation did not result in more attention. I felt that the appointment was so inadequate that I will cover the cost to be seen by another dermatologist in another practice.

The ladies at the front desk were cheerful, professional, kind and warm. Dr. Zimmerman was the same. He made the appointment a breeze and I'll request him everytime!

Staff is courteous and professional, scheduing is easy, Jay is knowledgeable, courteous, and listens well.

I have been treated by Dr. Zimmerman on several occasions and he has been both professional and effective.

Front desk ladies, all 3 of them, were nice, respectful, professional. Dr. Zimmerman was knowledgeable, showed care, told me my options. I had a good experience.

Horrible! Rushed me through and made several really rude comments. Will NOT go back!
