I was seen right away by a caring and compassionate team. Dr. Cole was very thorough and I appreciate her professionalism.

Dr. Cole and her staff are amazing. I've been coming here for several years. I've never had any issues. I now bring my teenage daughter here. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Dr. Cole is a incredible doctor. She's very attentive to her patients and has great bedside manner. I had a pretty traumatic birth previously. So for my second child I was very nervous the same things would happen again. I honestly have never had a doctor sit down and talk to me and create a plan so detailed from the start. Dr P (Dr.Cole) as I call her still b/c I was a patient before she updated her name officially is the most kind empathetic person. I just read another review that was saying she was not showing empathy towards a patient and I personally have been a patient for over 7 years through both of my pregnancies. Stephanie her nurse is amazing and kind as well! They are helpful and very efficient. Even though her practice has grown since I first became a patient they still treat me warmly and with care! She took me on as a patient during an incredibly stressful and awful period of my pregnancy and prayed for me and was there for me during the loss of my identical twin and the delivery of the living and deceased baby. She helped me through my postpartum depression and asks how my husbands is by name, she remembers Wes and cares. We discuss our family and my healthy living children every time I see her. I look forward to my visits b/c it’s almost like seeing friends/family. I believe the care I received from them is one of the reasons my precious Arabella was born so healthy at 37w1even at 4lbs 15oz. This was really amazing b/c of the circumstances of my pregnancy and Ara is absolutely a miracle baby. There are so many things that we all deal with especially through Covid and these last few stressful years and I’m sorry for the feelings of that poster but I believe we just have off days sometimes and although I know nothing of that experience I just know my own has been so very different. I had so much anxiety with my second pregnancy as well as profound grief during my first and every time they saw me they were kind. Dr.Cole prayed with me the very first time she called me personally after taking me as a patient and to this day I remember everything about that knowing God put me where I needed to be to survive that experience. The worst experience I’ve had with a gynecologist! Would not recommend!

Dr. Cole was the OB that was on call during my latest stay at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. I was admitted due to postpartum preeclampsia and a spike on my blood pressure. After having a very negative previous experience at this hospital with the treatment for my blood pressure, I was obviously scared and reluctant for undergoing the same treatment protocol. Dr. Cole came into the room and started saying how she would not be held responsible if I died because I wanted to refuse the treatment. She was extremely condescending in her tone, proceeded to put her knee up on my bed and wouldn’t let me speak. I explained how I felt unheard and felt like my concerns were not being addressed and she got even more condescending and angry, saying in a sarcastic tone “fine, I’m listening” my husband was trying to help and explain the situation and she kept ignoring him. My blood pressure kept rising because of how aggravated she made me feel and I had a horrible migraine. I said: ok fine let’s just start the treatment, I trust your knowledge and she started laughing repeating: “trust me? This is trusting me?” I just wanted this whole episode to be over. I was crying inconsolably for being away from my newborn and stuck in a hospital bed and I pleaded I just needed some empathy. She then said in a very unpleasant tone “ok, I’m being empathic and this is me apologizing” She never let me speak. When I did she got upset and talked down on us. She never came to discharge me or did not change my medication whatsoever, so I continued having issues. Dr. Cole is the rudest, most insensitive doctor with the worst bedside manners I have ever encountered and I wish I had never been under her care. Just had a great visit with Dr. Cole! She is an amazing doctor and very timely. The staff at Cedar Park OB/Gyn Associates is awesome! I have had 1 of my babies with her and could not have had a better experience. I have also recommended her to so many of my family and friends. I drive 2 hours one way to keep her as my on/gym. Dr. Cole is extremely rude, condescending, sarcastic and has the worst bedside manners I’ve ever encountered. I wish I had never been under her care. She never followed up or actually discharged me properly from the hospital.

I would like to formally change my previous post about Dr. Jean Cole and it has been bothering me for 2 years now. I blamed the wrong person and I hope you read this Jean...The medication she prescribed me was absolutely toxic to me but i dont believe she knew I would react that way. I was sick and was taking it out on a extremely amazing doctor. Who I have yet to find a better obgyn. Unfortunately when I called for help I didn't receive the help I needed from her office so I took it out on her. Dr. Cole I sincerely apologize for my angry words and a truly hope you except it. Dr. Cole is really sweet and patient. She was extremely thorough about letting me know what's to expect in the future, how things will be handled and she was extremely professional about it all. My experience with Dr. Cole and her office was okay. The two biggest issues I had with them were the administrative staff, and planning my pregnancy. The staff was not very communicative and even when they were, it was inefficient communication. In regards to my care, I felt I was given one option to start with and when it wasn't helping, the next step was suggesting that I go to a fertility doctor. My new OB/GYN from the first meeting is running me through all the options I have and reassured me there are so many things to try for healthier living, and getting pregnant. It really made me feel like I was on the back burner for her and that the bare minimum was being done. My experience with Dr. Cole and her office was okay. The office wasn’t busy when I got there but was packed when I left. I sat in the exam room for at least 30 minutes before the dr came In to see me. I love this office! Dr. Cole takes her time and is very thorough!

She is a great caring gentle doctor couldn’t ask for any better as well as understanding and helpful in many ways and resources too!

Have been seeing Dr. Paicurich-Cole for a few years. She’s a great doctor, smart, attentive and takes her time with you. I’d refer her to any of my friends.

Very positive and comfortable. As a 76 year old who had not been to a gynecologist in a long time, I was a little nervous. Am now completely at ease doing so, especially with Dr. Cole and her staff.

I had all good experiences with Dr.Cole. She did my hysteroscopy and Nova Sure procedure in 2018 and did my hysterectomy this week. She is very knowledgeable. I was given choices to try and the chance to make my own decisions, which helped me to be comfortable knowing she didn't rush or push any decisions on me. Dr.Cole came up to see me the day after my surgery to check on me. This office is very friendly, I have never had trouble getting appointments when needed. I have had to wait at a few appointments, but delivering babies can't be rushed and neither can emergencies. I definitely recommend Dr. Cole and her office. Dr Cole is the best Gynecologist I’ve ever had. She is kind and caring while being very professional! She listens carefully and patiently to what you have to say. Her office staff are always friendly too. I’m glad I was referred to her practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cole's for over two years now and my experience has not been anything but pleasant. Her entire staff is very welcoming including her nurse, Stephanie, and her ultrasound technician. Dr. Cole delivered my son in August via emergency C-section due to my son turning to breech position and the whole process before, during, and after went very smoothly. Dr. Cole and her staff genuinely seem to care about all of my questions and concerns, whether big or small, and are always quick to respond and get me and appointment when needed. I also had a wonderful experience with all of my nurses post C-section at the hospital as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cole and her staff! Seen Dr Jean now for a pap smear and replacement IUD and she has handled it all. She was able to get my migrated IUD out right at the same visit. I can always get in at my preferred time. Waiting isint long at all. Shes more on the serious end but I feel confident having her as gynecologist.

Dr. Cole is so nice! I always feel so taken care of when I’m seen by her. She is incredibly devoted to her patients and always makes sure not to rush consultations. The ladies at the reception are friendly and welcoming which MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE!

Dr Cole has delivered both of my boys my first one 3 years ago and my second one 2 months ago my whole pregnancy dr Cole was amazing she has helped me through a miscarriage she has been there for advice she really cares about her patients . She made the labor part very very easy . I felt no pain with her and she is super quick. And makes u feel very comfortable ! Loved my OB and everyone was always very nice and caring. The only thing is sometimes the wait is long, but that comes with the popularity of the office. I used this office for my entire pregnancy and delivery and will be using it again for my second baby!

I have worked for CHS for over 10 years and with Dr. Jean Paicurich Cole specifically for over four years. I can say with 100% honesty that Dr. Cole is one of the most competent, dedicated and compassionate doctors I’ve ever worked with. She embraces the power of information to support people with the best available information, while respecting their individual values and preferences. She gives unbiased advice, let people participate actively in all decisions related to their health and health care and assess each situation carefully. She works with patients to make sure their treatment plan is right for them. She will go above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of. She would never willingly do something that would negatively affect one of her patients. She is very knowledgeable and always keeps up with the constant changing and new medicine. I not only trust Dr. Cole with my own life, but I trusted her with my daughter’s. I had to deliver my daughter one month early due to pregnancy complications. My labor turned into an emergency c section and I would not have wanted to go through that with any other doctor. During a very scary time I was put at ease knowing Dr. Cole was the one taking care of us. I am lucky to have the opportunity to work with someone who cares as much as she does. The entire staff at our clinic is just as caring as Dr. Cole. We never go to lunch or leave for the day until every patient is taken care of. That includes all missed calls, no matter the urgency. There have been countless times we have all worked through lunch or stayed late to make sure everyone was taken care of. We are a very busy office and we are not always able to catch every single phone call, but we always call every single person back that leaves a voicemail. This place sucks, they really screwed Us oher, my wife was pregnant and left her without any help and no option to re schedule for weeks. All of us in the waiting area were talking about how bad our experience was and agreed we need to tell everyone how bad this place is.

The WORST office I have ever been to! The office staff and management are terrible and do not care about a single person that walks into that office! I had an appointment at 11am, told to be there 15min early, arrived at 10:35am and was told immediately that I needed to reschedule since i was apparently late! After a lot of crying because I had waited a month for my first prenatal appointment and also showed them my confirmation text message they still turned me away and told me they were overbooked and could not help me in any way! Anyone considering coming here DON’T! There are so many other OB’s around who will actually care about you as a person and as a patient! The WORST office I have ever been to! Dr. Collins helped deliver my healthy baby. My check ups and follow ups were always great and she answered all questions. Everyone there was so friendly.

Dr. Cole and her staff are amazing. They are right on time and don’t make you wait. I saw some of the other reviews. I did have to wait a few weeks to be seen but when I arrived I could tell this is a very popular office. I was told prior to my appointment to arrive early and with paperwork or I would be rescheduled. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr Cole was amazing. She was very down to earth and eased my anxiety of seeing a new obgyn. I had to have a painful procedure the same day I was there. Dr Cole and her nurse, Stephanie, were very compassionate about the situation. The nurse even held my hand and talked me through it to distract me. I left with all my questions answered and even got a phone call the very next day from Stephanie with my lab results.
