Thank you, Dr. Wardlow, for all you do to keep me healthy!

Cons: -Long wait times (at least 45 min each visit) -Poor beside manner (does not knock before entering, and is very quiet) -Does not explain things unless you ask. You have to pry information from her. -HER NURSE KRIS. Not friendly or helpful. Pros: -Will get you in for an appointment if an emergency -Doesn’t rush you

At an annual exam I asked questions about a disorder and gave her some medical info from my rheumatologist also. We had two way dialogue. Thought it went fine. I have BCBS insurance, no copay, one free annual exam.. annually. She had it turned into ins as a sick visit, so copay is $50. Not huge, but still, I pay for insurance and an annual is $0. I called three times and they refused to resubmit it with the correct "code". I brought this up directly with her. Apparently she gets offended when you try to have a discussion in which she should correct something, so she has her nurse call and fire you as a patient two days before she is scheduled to see you. Then she send a a letter saying due to a breakdown of the patient-physician relationship. Don't ever question her. I should have listened to other people who left her. Probably a blessing in disguise.

Poor...waited 1 hour in the exam room before she saw me. Not even an apology...poor bedside manner. I’ll go elsewhere.

Dr Wardlow has been my Doctor for several years & is now my husband's Dr too. She always spends as much time with us as is necessary & is kind, compassionate & very competent. I'm constantly pleasantly surprised at the range & depth of her knowledge! I would highly recommend her!
