Dr. Getzinger and his office are very professional. What I have a issue with you have to go to a nother part of the building to have your blood taken. Only 1 person to do the paper work and draw the blood. People had to wait longer then normal. Needs more staff in that area.

Dr. Jef has been my primary care physician for years. I trust him completely. He doesn’t beat around the bush and tells me what I need to hear, not necessarily what I want to hear. In times when I was really ill or struggling, he has shown the compassion and care I needed desperately.

I feel like Dr. Getzinger always takes the time to help with my issue and never rushes through my appointments.

Dr. Getzinger is a wonderful doctor. He takes wonderful care of my family & myself. When I need something medically Im able to get an appointment and get the treatment I need.

Called and same day visit. Thorough check and very pleasant.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Getzinger and his group to family and friends. He is a thoughtful physician who actively listens, is thorough, and explains the plan of care. He does not rush through the visit. He is professional and his staff are friendly and professional.

Dr. Getzinger has been my PCP for over 20 years. He's so down to earth and easy to talk to. Great doctor!

Excellent care with Dr Jef Getzinger. He takes time to discuss reason for visit listens and answers questions regarding all medical concerns. Thoroughly trust his opinions & treatment

Wait time is way too long arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment and then wait for an hour and a half

Dr Getzinger is an awesome primary care physician. I’ve been seeing him for nearly 25 yrs.

Dr Getzinger compassionately and thoroughly addresses my issues no matter how small. He takes the time to answer all my questions and offers advice and different options when appropriate. He takes the time I need to talk about my health. He doesn’t hurry me through my appointment.

The virtual appointment went well. Dr. Getzinger is a great doctor. We have been going to him for well over 10 years. He is pleasant and listens to you.

Easy to make appt with Dr Getzinger at Ascension Cornerstone Medical Group. Waited only a short time. We covered my issues and provided excellent guidance. Have been seeing Dr Getzinger for 15 years. Always listens to me, evaluates and provides support and suggestions.

Doctor Jef without a doubt is definitely the best. He is kind, caring and takes genuine concern in your well being.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Getzinger. He has been our family doctor for years. He is easy to talk to and truly cares about his patients!

Dr. G is a great doctor! He is very friendly and listens to your concerns and has great bedside manner. He makes sure you understand everything in your visit and all your questions are answered. He truly is a highly intelligent doctor and very trustworthy to have your health in his hands. He actually pays attention and doesn’t rush you. His communication skills are great as well because he has a scribe so he actually makes eye contact and doesn’t miss anything. You can tell he truly has a passion for what he does. He’s got a good sense of humor as well! Medical assistants and receptionists also deserve a shoutout. Everyone is friendly and professional and the office is very clean. No complaints! We have been going to Dr. Getzinger for over 20 years he has taken care of us, our 4 children, and now our grand children. He has always gone above and behind to help you feel or get better . He has always treated us like a person and not just like another number. We just love him he is awesome . Thank you Dr. Getzinger for all you do.

Dr Getzinger is a good doctor but his connection with his patients is very poor. I was a patient at this office for more then 20 years. One day I had an issue with how the office staff was handling my patient information. When I raised my concerns I was told get out if I refuse the follow there procedures. At which point I left the office without seeing the doctor for my scheduled appointment. I tried to reach Dr Getzinger through the computer portal email system. But my communication was ignored and I was black balled from the office. Since all communication is handled through the office staff I feel they are not allowing me to address my issue with Dr Getzinger. I was forced to find a new doctor and now have a much better relationship with my new doctor. The end result is it doesn't matter how good the doctor is if he doesn't manage the business for the best possible experience for the customer. There seems to be a problem with the medical establishment with there god like metality. I can only assume the people you surround yourself with are a reflection of your personal attitude and they adopt that attitude when dealing with the customers. I'm not a person who it going to blindly follow orders. If you are a person who wants more detail about your medical issues and a method to address those issues I would not recommend this office. He's been my physician since he was a little baby doctor (just starting out) and got me to trust him when no one else could make me trust doctors at all. If it wasn't for his deep intelligence, understanding, crazy sense of humor and love of Star trek, I would not be here now! He doesn't talk down to you, he makes you understand. Unless he doesn't understand, then you have to make him understand. HE PAYS ATTENTION. It's weird now with them having to take constant notes, but it's important, to get things right. And so Doc can maybe get home before midnight. Never seen him crabby, and I've pestered him a LOT! I know he will do all he can for you. A man in the hall told me, while I was waiting for my cab (he's such a good doc, I come here from Detroit, a $100 trip, worth it!) A man told me how Doc saved his very life one night. The man had been in for tests earlier in the day, and was about to go out to a party when Doc called and said "get to the hospital NOW". Saved his life!!!!!!!
