Would not recommend. Staff is rude and they are not accommodating. Also made me get a panoramic X-ray there (even tho I had one recently done at my dentist) and then billed me for it. Just go somewhere else even if it’s a bit of a drive.

I recently had all four my wisdom teeth extracted here, and my experience was pleasant. They were kind and understanding of my issues. Surprisingly, I have had zero pain after the surgery. (I didn't even need to take the painkillers they prescribed me.) Dr. Byram did a fantastic job.

I was seen 12 years ago while I was pregnant and he decided he could not do anything for me as I was pregnant and planning to nurse and it was not an emergency. Yesterday I took my 15 year old daughter as she was referred by her dentist for her wisdom teeth. They saw her and scheduled her for surgery after charging me for my consultation from 12 years ago! I just received a phone call informing me that he has decided he will not do my daughter's teeth and that they plan to charge me for her visit. Apparently they won't charge the insurance since he is not following through with the surgery! Had full mouth extraction. IV went good no problems. First dentist that actually seemed like they cared about the patient being comfortable. Was quick and over in no time. Pain is pretty descent but to be expected with my procedure. Would recommend to anyone that needs to have any kind of surgery involving teeth. Good Job Doc.

I just want to give Thanks to Dr. Byrams and his Staff. I travel from West Memphis, Ar to his office in Searcy, Ar to get two of my Wisdom Tooth remove. Ask me do I regret it? No!!! It was all worth it. The Nurses and Staff was so nice and the office is so clean! I was so nervous and scare I most say. But Dr. Byrams answer all my questions and made me very comfortable. I got numb up he explain everything he was bout to do and out they came. When I say he know his Job and how to work it too. I would recommend anyone I know that need oral surgery to him. Dr. Jeff himself is a professional man his staff was rude and unwelcoming. They saw me in the parking lot and asked if I had an appointment I said yes she then told me I was late and my appointment was at 9 but my card says 945 .I felt out of place and wanted to leave as soon as I got there. Highly disappointed. Ran through like cattle. Very rude staff.

Took son in to have 2 teeth removed. After breaking half of his tooth off ,was told we had to come back and be sedated two weeks later and didn't want to give any pain medication after all that. What kind of dentist does that?was charged $167, $504,& now another $420 when it's finally done for 2 teeth. Will never go back and will tell everyone not to go to him. Just left Dr. Byrams office form getting a tooth pulled. His staff is so friendly and had no trouble at all. It was a very pleasant experience. I see some reviews of people saying they would never go back and how his staff is rude. Those people must have been having a bad day to think that because he is so nice and I had not one concern about anything. I will definitely bring my kids when they need wisdom teeth taken out and I definitely recommend him to anyone. Excellent place to go for any tooth removal!! I was referred by my regular dentist (Wise) that I have been very happy with to Jeff Bryam D.D.S. because I needed 5 teeth removed , two of which were going to have to be surgically removed . I had been putting this off for a couple of years because I was just dreading it. The staff that I interacted with set an example for me to try to follow with the customers I come in contact with on a daily basis , I was very nervous about what I was about to have done , their ability to keep me calm and assured me it was going to all be ok was very calming, they displayed great compassion , Jeff Bryam DDS you did a great job of making me feel comfortable , and explaining what was going to be done , I must say I had my doubts , but it turned out just like you explained , you did a great job in my messed up mouth and did a great job staffing your practice , my hat is off to all that was involved with my visit . Front desk lady’s could use a laugh but the staff patient oriented and the dr was fun and surely got my broke tooth pulled out perfectly . Beautiful office !
