Dr. Baylor and the staff at ENT Orlando has been so professional. My issue is complicated and, even though we haven't come up with a total fix, they continue to show concern. I've been going to Winter Park ENT since I when they were in their old building and dr. Coleman was there in the gang and I can honestly say this there's not one single doctor in this facility that I would ever see except for Jeffrey Baylor the rest of gone right down the toilet I'm so sorry some of you may not like that but the truth is the trip so if you want a really good doctor that doesn't drug you up and he's really into what's going on and listens Jeffrey Baylor would be it Marie Milone

Dr. Baylor both helped diagnose my son and I separately over the last decade. My son and I are forever grateful. If I need an ENT, he is my family's first choice every time.

Fantastic Dr. I have only had to see him twice (thankfully!) but will absolutely continue to see him in the future should the need ever arise. He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients.

I really like Dr. Baylor. He's always taken care of me with any issues I've had, including diagnosing and helping me treat sleep apnea.

So trusting and knowledgeable

I was there to get ear wax taken care of so it wasn't a big problem. However, I am in the office for that reason at least once a year and have always been treated very well by everyone involved. I have recommended this office to numerous friends. Thank you to everyone.

The office was welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was COVID safe, (masks, social distancing, and clean). The techs were understanding and professional. The questions were asked and they really listened. When the doctor walked in, he also asked questions and listened to me. The diagnosis was correct the first time and treatment options were discussed. The decision was left to me, I was not pressured to go one way or the other. The follow up was just as professional and understanding. We had to move on to another treatment. Everything was explained clearly to me, and every step of the treatment was just as explained. I am doing better, but am going to go back next month for another follow-up to make sure all is well. I highly recommend Dr Baylor.

He fixed my son’s issue with his nosebleed. My son is really happy that his nose stop bleeding just with one visit to the doctor. Why we didn’t do it early? My son asked me.

Doctor Baylor was attentive to my needs. He is down to earth and you can tell that he wants to help his patients. I found the experiences to be effortless.

Short waiting period. Very through hearing tests and well documented by the testing technician. Doctor presented to me a clear interpretation of the test results and the recommendation to obtain hearing aids to remedy my hearing deficiencies.

Dr. Baylor is very professional while still being kind and caring. He provided me with three options including surgery to fix my deviated septum; I chose surgery. He answered all of my questions and made sure I didn’t have any other concerns leading up to my procedure. He visited me before surgery to check in and reassure me that things would be just fine. Dr. Baylor was able to squeeze me for an earlier appointment to remove my splints as they were causing me pain. I had absolutely no issues with my surgery or anything following and I would recommend Dr. Baylor and his team for anyone who needs an Ear Nose and Throat specialist or surgeon.

Good experience, starting from the front office, meeting the nurse and doctor, consultation, to billing clerk. A suggestion though, pls try to avoid pages of paperwork when the time to check in. Some questions are repeatable.

The visit was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately I was to get a call for a followup appointment concerning my allergies but never received one.

I'd been seen by another doctor at the practice, less than 2 weeks prior. My hear aid provider recognized the heavy wax build-up in my ears. Since I'd been there specifically for my ears/eustacian (sp?) problems, at the recommendation of my Primary Care doctor, I was disappointed at the time that doctor didn't clean my ears. THAT definitely contributed primarily to my difficulty in hearing. Thank you again, Dr. Baylor!

The doctor is very caring and understands your concern

I have been seeing Dr. Baylor for many years and he is someone that I trust and rely on. He always takes great care and now my mother sees him also.

He always answers my questions clearly, knows what he is doing and guides me through the visit with no issues. He also dressed really sharp.

No real solution as to how to end my problem. Either Allergies or Sinus problem. Recommended flushing sinus's which I do and using Blackcurrant gummy throat drops. Otherwise experience was excellent.

Dr. Baylor has good bedside manner. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Baylor's confidence was comforting in a potentially very stressful situation. He performed a parotidectomy on me and I had the absolute best outcome scenario. On surgery day, the anesthesiologist told me that Dr. Baylor is his surgeon as well as the surgeon that other surgeons go to. He is very competent and I thank God for guiding me to him.

I Have been a patient of Dr. Baylor for many years he is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I was referred to Dr Baylor by my PCP because of ringing in the ears (Tinnitus). After waitting 90 minutes past my appointment in the waitting area and 45 minutes in a treatment room Dr Baylor came in looked in my ears and nose, checked a CT scan that had been done by my PCP and then told me to learn to live with it. He then referred me to Florida Hospital for retraining therapy. I called FL Hospital and was told I would have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment.
