Incredibly friendly staff(Jennifer), the Boykin Spaniels just add to the comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Chadwick is the best. Professional and thorough.

Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Chadwicks office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was also wonderful. Their selection of glasses was exceptional and Stepanie helped me pick out the perfect pair!!.

Recently saw Dr Chadwick and his staff for the 3rd time and I love them! They are so kind and good to me. I totally trust them with taking care of my eyes. Go " see" them :)

Because of you Dr Chadwick my son is alive. You sent him to the eye institute in Saginaw and they in turn did many tests on him, Dr Amanda Williams told David if he started vomiting with headaches to go immediately to the ER, which we did, he was hours away from complete kidney failure. We've been to many Dr's. In the past 5 years for different problems David has had and nobody believed him. Because of you he will recover! Thank you so much from us and everyone that loves David!! Horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, condescending. Lacks ability to perform duties in the medical profession beyond the very basic. Would advise to avoid.

Really couldn't ask for a better Optometrist. I go to him every year and every year he's very kind and considerate. Wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my vision.

Erratic, condescending Doctor. Has very little regard for patient rights and speaks unkindly.

Couldn't ask for a better experience when I purchased my first set of glasses. The staff and doctor made you feel at ease the minute you walked in the door. I would recommend Jeffrey and his staff too anyone reading this post. Bradley Saunders.
