I have been going to Dr. Crabtree for several years now and he is wonderful. Dr. Crabtree along with his staff, will make you feel like family. I recently had a very great experience at Lake Worth Premier eye care. The facilities are very clean and everyone is very friendly and respectful. Sara was very helpful and ensuring that I was comfortable with my glasses and the fit and wearability as well as helping me understand the warranty and the durability of the products that I purchased. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The eye exam was very thorough. I have never had such great service at an eye care center. I would recommend this business for anyone who needs an eye exam and new glasses.

I had a great experience all around. From getting an appointment, exam, to picking out frames. Costs, was less than half of Eagle Mountain Eye Care. I am actually excited to get glass again!

I believe that I get a more thorough eye exam by Dr. Crabtree than I could get anywhere else. Very nice office staff. Very professional as a whole experience @ Lake Worth Premier Eye Care. Thanks & see y'all for my next exam !

Walking in this just makes you feel so at home. The ladies there are amazing, very friendly and know what they are doing. Dr was very nice, kinda quiet but informative. After the exam Sara helped me pick out new glasses. She knew exactly what would look good on me. I love the look of the new glasses and Dr did an excellent job, I can see!! I had an amazing experience the doctor and staff are so friendly and kind and very knowledgeable plus tons of high quality glasses and great pricing I can't say enough good things about premier. GO SEE FOR YOURSELF YOU WILL BE PLEASED YOU DID.

Such a great place! The staff here are really…I mean really nice and knowledgeable. I felt right at home. Dr Crabtree was very meticulous with his exam and made sure to explain everything along the way. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Dr Crabtree for several years. Each year Dr Crabtree and his staff make me feel welcome and address my concerns and explain exam results. The optical staff is great. I had lenses replaced in my favorite frame. Fit and vision are perfect. Because of underlying conditions my primary care physician requests the exam results. I walked into a very clean and welcoming building and environment. The front desk was polite and courteous. Dr. Crabtree is top notch, making the whole process comfortable, smooth and efficient.

Highly recommend! My friend recommend them to me,, and I'm so glad I went. My eyes are a very difficult prescription and they were able to get my contacts that I can barely feel! Love them! Everyone there is so sweet.

Everyone here was so friendly and very professional. I went in today for my contact fitting and to pick up my glasses, even short staffed they got me in and out quickly and all worked as a team very well. You can definitely tell that they all love what they do and helping people on a daily basis.

Wow. They took such good care of my 87 yo mom. They answered her multitude of questions. Dr Crabtree listened to her concerns and constant speaking as he was testing her and was able to gather so much info from just listening. But most importantly he spoke with her as if she was a person not over technical, but explaining to her her condition how to treat without talking down to her as if she was some senile old lady poohpooing her concerns and pushing them under the rug. The tech Angel was so patient and nice nice nice. The receptionist was sweet and made sure mom had water to drink and made comfortable. The Glasses Lady was awesome. She patiently fit a very very hard to fit elderly woman with a great pair of frames, saw what was wrong from the previous big glasses place, so I am hoping when moms glasses come in, they will be wonderful. And fixed her current pair for a better fit with new ear pieces and nose pads at no charge. If you know what I mean by old school treatment of professionalism, courtesy, respectfulness, and genuine concern that is what you will find at Lake Worth Premire Eye Care in Dr Crabtree and all his staff. Every part of my experience was 5/5! The front staff is very friendly and helpful when choosing eyeglasses. I appreciated their honest feedback and effort to make sure my daughter and I were happy with our purchases. We will always come back when it’s time for glasses!

The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and has excellent equipment and up to date methods for a thorough and accurate eye examination. He was also positive and patient, taking time to explain my vision problems. His staff is also positive and friendly, they made me feel they had known me for a long time even though we just met...that takes compassion. They are all also up to date with skills and education, willing to learn whatever is needed to be the best at what they do ...and THEY ARE! Angel is awesome and Dr. Crabtree is great. I had not been able to put in contacts before and Angel was able to help me, they are very honest and kind.

All staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have gone here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Prices are good in relation to other clinics and staff always does thier best to work with you when trying to schedule.

They did a great job! It is a nice facility, the optometrist is very professional, caring, and listened to me. The folks working the desk were also very nice and SUPER helpful in my search of glasses and actually made the experience fun. I would highly reccomend Lake Worth Premier Eye to anyone.

Great place! Employees are knowlegdable and friendly. One of the techs, Sara, helped me pick out a few different types and found 2 that are perfect. Planned on buying a single pair, left with 2. I won't buy glasses/sun glasses anywhere else after stopping here.

This office is so friendly and welcoming. All the staff is wonderful. My daughter is a first time contact wearer and they really treated her good and made her comfortable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone that loves to laugh.

I had a tough time finding an Optometrist near me for my yearly exam! When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! It was so easy to schedule an appointment, do the new patient paperwork, get an appointment! Then, when I went there I was truly WOWED!! The staff is amazing! Dr. Crabtree knows what he is doing! In and out and seriously ALL my questions andwered!! Then when it was time to shop: it was so easy! Their prices are better than the Big Box Stores! I was able to get a name brand frame using my insurance that would have cost me twice as much at a Big Box Store!! Then my dream sunglasses too for a very reasonable price when the BIg Box Store told me my prescription would not work! Don’t take my word for it: Check them out for yourselves!!Best decision ever!!! They turn away customers to go to a lunchtime staff meeting. Of course if you want to inconvenience yourself as a customer you can come back later. I'll pass, thanks.

I’ve never had to deal with people not wanting to submit paperwork so bad that they submit it months late and never call to let their patient know their trial contacts are in. The manager is unprofessional, lazy, and childish. She refuses to speak with me about insurance matters because she doesn’t want to do paperwork. When I go into the office, I get avoided and ignored. They promise eyewear in 7 buiseness dsys, but it takes about a month to get your glasses. The do not call back or follow up. The doctor is great but the office staff leave a lot to be desired. I had to deal with Abby all she had was excuses and smiles, but no answers nor a date when I would receive eyewear.

Very pleased. I try to be low maintenance, but am having problems with my reading glasses. Dr. Crabtree took all the time it needed.
