I have been seeing Dr. Dann for more than three years and I am completely happy with his performance and his clinic's staff.

I wish this had 0 stars. Rude, disrespectful doctor. Does not put orders in for his patients.

Love Doctor Dann best urologist ever

Very arrogant won’t be going back.

Inexcusable and unprofessional behavior. I was an admitted patient for a large diameter Kidney stone and advised that a Urologist would be coming to evaluate my symptoms and discuss options. All 5 ER physicians I had seen prior touched on several procedures that can be discussed. Dr. Dann came into my room turned on my lights, waking me up and instantly approached me with a condescending attitude and gave me an ultimatum of passive treatment or self treatment. When I questioned alternative treatments, as I need to return to work, he got defensive and said that this was my problem and not his problem. As I tried to explain my pain level, he interrupted me and said that he wasn’t going to argue with me!?! I replied that this did not feel professional and he stormed out of my room saying “good luck”. He is a bully plain and simple. He should not be allowed to practice medicine on people he considers beneath him.

Excellant doctor gives you options so that you can understand what he is doing

Never seen the doctor at all. Had went to the hospital and was discharged and was instructed to follow up with this urologist. Had call in the morning but no one answered so ended going in person. Unfortunately when i arrived I was outside with one of the workers and a line just to speak with someone. I explain my situation which was uncomfortable since it was outside in public and long story short wasn't able to see the urologist without a appointment so they took down my info and would call with a update. Its been two weeks from that visit with no response and was dealing with my condition ever since. Ended up feeling better since then and use the internet for any answers i had. I would never recommend this office to any family or friends and are better off going to a urologist in Daytona beach. Never seen the doctor at all. Excellent care for prostate cancer and the treatment. Would recommend them with high honors. A special thanks to the team at AUI treatment facility. Great team all around from appointments to the actual treatment. Dr. Jeffrey Dann's staff excellent; with Dr. Dann leading the way. Thanks again to all.

AUI: St. Augustine: LONG OVERDUE REVIEW (UNSURE IF I DID ONE YEARS AGO) So, a few years back I went to Advanced Urology Inst. in St. Augustine,Fl/Dr. Howard Epstein. My first visit was great. Everyone seemed nice. I did a test where they filled up my bladder. I was diagnosed with a bladder that doesn't fully empty. They told me there wasn't an actually name for this. Anyways, after trying a few meds from them,I went back to my follow up. Everyone I dealt with was awful. They talked down to me like I was stupid and acted as if I diagnosed myself. They did they test on me,they diagnosed me,and attempted to treat me with meds,but acted like none of this was notated. It was an awful experience. I was just trying to get help and I'm not a rude patient,so I certainly didn't deserve such treatment. At the time no other local urologist took ,my insurance,so I just dealt with it. Side note: I used to me the referral coordinator for FM Medical & The Pain Releif Center (when the businesses were combined) and had patients telling me that I could send their referral to Jacksonville or Daytona,anywhere,but AUI! This,sadly,was after my experience,otherwise it would have been a heads up. --------------------------- AUI-Palm Coast: After the experience above with the St. Augustine AUI location, a few years passed and I am living in Palm Coast, so thought to try the Palm Coast location this year. After all,it is different doctors. What a waste of time! Despite them having my records from their St. Augustine location stating the issue in detail, instead of further testing me, trying a medication,or trying a procedure, the physian, Dr. Terrence C. Regan ,just said "try to go every 2 hours and relax." Wow, gee, all that medical education really taught you how to search for the answer and help patients... (I'm being sarcastic). I waited months for that appointment and got no help! No improvements necessary. I received excellent care from Dr. Dann and his staff. Very personable and professional.

It has been very rare in my relocation to FL that I go to doctors office and I feel 100% confident in my doctor & respected as a African American woman. Dr. Dann and his safe are welcoming, professional and just amazing! I would recommend anyone to go there.

Rushed, ignored made to feel like my problem wasn't a problem. Dont go to this guy his bedside manner sucks. He did not want to find out why I was having the issues that I was. I went elsewhere and learned a ton about my condition. There is so much more than the basics tests. Don't settle for meds meds meds. My condition was a nerve problem.

Well, the Doc was fine, for a while. I had a biopsy, and wanted the results to get a second opinion. They refused, because my second opinion was before my appointment with him to explain the results. Hey, it's my body, my health -- I'm entitled to get the results. Anyway, I;m going somewhere else for treatment.

Great. Have been going to him for over a decade, when I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. This doctor was recommended by my primary physician, I found Dr. Dann to be very personable. Takes his time explaining my conditions and offers solution, offering the best case and worst scenarios with each solution. Great doctor.

Dr Dann has been successfully treating me and my bladder cancer since 2008. He is compassionate and very caring.

Under prescribes antibiotics, which In turn leads to a resistance to the drug. Does not listen to his patients. Another doctor who thinks he knows best. I’d stay far away from this group. Ive been a patient of advanced urology 17 years at then Daytona office and the level of care has just went down hill. So I figured I’d switch to dr dann. In the palm coast office. Wow. Unbelievable waiting 3 weeks for them to get an appoint with infection disease . The doctor don’t even have the respect to call me amd talk to me directly. Time for this doctor to retire. Dr. Dann and his staff were very professional and polite. I did not feel rushed and he really listened to what I had to say and seemed to care. The same for his assistant. I'm happy to have these folks on my team as I get older.

Dr. Dan I have found to be a top notch specialist in the field of urology. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. I have been to many urologist but I found Dr. Dann to be at the top and when I have urology problems I will return to Dr. Dann

I visited many doctors in my 89 years, My experience with Dr Dann and his staff was amazing. The staff was professional and personable and obviously enjoyed their work and their patients. Dr. Dann explained my problems clearly, conducted three tests with prompt results, and was friendly, thorough and professional. Of my visits to five different doctors in threee months in Palm Coast, this office visit was the most enjoyable (if such visits are supposed to be satisfying and enjoyable). Thanks to you all.

Poor . Paid for professional advice got dumb advice! Referred to general surgeon for adrenal adenoma . Smart advice endocrinologist.

Terrible doctor with very rude personality. Never in my adult life I have met with medical professionals with such disrespectful manner.

Went to Dr Dann for a few procedures.all went well.UNTIL I decided to go to another Dr within the system.They waited until I showed up for my appt then said it was canceled.To say I was upset would be an understatement.I am an over the road truck driver .making appts can be a complicated effort.but I made it. Now -no Drs in the palm coast or surrounding areas will see me.”spiteful blacklist” maybe. Wonderful and caring doctor and staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Dann for 6 years for annual checkups. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Dann is also very professional, no nonsense and takes the time to explain the test results and to answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Dann!

A pompous ass (IMO) of the highest order and one who is more interested in using obsolete tests to sell expensive diagnostic ones. He is arrogant and has a horrendous bedside manner IMO. If you don't believe my review, check his other ratings online. You'll be horrified.

Dr. Dann is a very good doctor ~ I saw him in the past for my own issues, and now he's my father's urologist. I'm pleased with the level of care, and have had no issues with his bedside manner as others have mentioned.

Dr. Dann operated on me while I was in Flagler Hospital I had severe bleeding from my bladder,but since I was on a blood thinner I believe they were just going to watch me bleed to you know what. Dr Dann performed surgery on me. He removed a baseball sized blood clot in my bladder and cauterized the area that was bleeding. I am 77 years old and I truly believe he saved my life. I live in St. Augustine, Dr. Dann is in Palm Coast He has still become my urologist I trust his decision making.

Pompous miserable condescending disrespectful with a horrendous bedside manner. His diagnostic skills are questionable and his recommendations are out of date. Easily the worst doctor I have ever been to.

Never got to see the doctor , they called and cancelled my appointment and stated my primary doctor could handle it.

Never saw the doctor. had a scheduled apt but left the office after waiting over an hour to be seen and was never communicated why it was taking so long to see the doctor. each time I asked was told they were busy. Will never go there again!! no way to treat a patient
