I absolutely love my surgeon. So professional and his staff is amazing, especially Angelica. She's his prior auth clerk. She goes above and beyond.

Dr. Dean treated my locking knee for two years with hyaluronic acid (Euflexxa). I received injections at 6 month intervals for three week intervals. My knee continued to lock and no matter how hard I tried to have a conversation about an alternative fix, it felt like he couldn't hear me. I felt like I was on the knee injection assembly line with no way off. The last straw was when he asked me if I had been there before. Yes, I've been your patient for two years. I am grateful we did not go to the next step, which would have been arthroscopic surgery. Six months ago, I did have the surgery that gave me my life back. It was performed by a surgeon that reviews my file before my appointments, remembers my name, and continues the gel injections. Instead of three injections and insurance headaches, my new doctor's staff handles it all and I receive a single injection. I have seen him for six months. He hears me. Glad Dr. Dean did not perform my surgery.

Dr. Dean & his partner, Dr. Kanz are two of the finest physicians I have known. Wonderful bedside manner, great explanation of procedures and more than willing to listen. Surgical procedures went without a flaw. I highly recommend them.

Great clinic, great doctor! Doctor Dean gave me peace about my surgery and I trusted he was going to do excellent, as he did. Staff is very helpful and responsive as well. Thank you to all who helped me.

While I'm sure Dr Dean is an adequate surgeon, I left my surgery consult feeling uncertain about his decisions. I scheduled a second opinion surgery consult with a different doctor. That's when I learned all the things Dr. Dean DIDN'T tell me. He DIDN'T take x-rays. He DIDN'T tell me I had hip dysplasia. He DIDN'T tell me to stop doing high impact activities to preserve what's left of my hip cartilage. He DIDN'T mention shaving off a bone spur the other doctor pointed out. And Dr. Dean talked about releasing a tendon, that the other doctor didn't even bring up. All to say, I'm glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. There was a lot of information missing from my visit with Dr. Dean.

Great doctor! Listens, knowledgeable and explains things well. All employees have been amazing. You can't go wrong! Dr. Dean has helped me and truly cares.

Very caring doctor, took the time to explain everything and knew exactly what the cause of my pain was. Seeing much progress already following his recommendations. Thanks Dr. Dean!

Dr. Dean has performed successful surgeries on both my shoulder and my knee. I couldn't be more pleased. And I will freely admit to being a somewhat high-maintenance patient. However Dr. Dean and his staff were all kind and listened to my concerns, only releasing me from care when the injuries were completely resolved.

Dr Dean was wonderful. Between my PCP reviewing my MRI and my first appointment with Dr Dean was less than a week. I somehow managed to tear the cartilage in my right shoulder, and he repaired it. Recovery was easy, and he did a wonderful job of explaining what happened, why, and how he would fix it. If I tear something else up, I’ll definitely go back to see him.

The dr is ok, the office staff is horrible. Kathy the “office manager” is extremely rude. I saw them in September 24 and needed a follow up appointment. They stated they would call me in 2 weeks with my apt details. Fast forward till October 23, still no word on my appointment. Mind you my knee is killing me. I call to check and they inform me that some one will be calling me back later that day. Next day no call and the following day still no call. I called and I asked what was going on and I spoke with Kathy. She completely dismissed my concerns and told me to find an other dr if I wasn’t happy. Awesome Dr. he really cares about you . I haven’t been to him since I moved. But better believe I’ll be back to do my shoulder surgery . I wouldn’t trust anyone else . And to me trust is everything !!

Dr. Dean has been great. He always listens and explains everything thoroughly. I recently had knee surgery and am very pleased. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Dean took time to explain my daughters injury thoroughly. His beside manor was great, and after surgery he took time to explain the entire surgery and what we should expect.

I am completely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Dean. He explains medical procedures and recovery in details. Wonderful staff, no long waiting periods once I arrived at his office.

My son broke his arm so I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Jefferey. The staff are super kind and he's very friendly. We were first time patients and were in an out with in an hour and a half and my son got a cast. Needless to say if for any reason we need to see a bone doctor again we will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Dean is an intelligent and compassionate surgeon who cares about his patients. He is very human and listens to his patients. His medical staff are in this same category of outstanding care. Thank You to everyone at Dr. Dean’s office for truly caring!

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Dean to me to assess my knee pain/problems. She has been under his care for her knee issues and has had positive results while under his care. Let me start off by saying that the staff was very sweet and understanding. I was running late because there were 2 accidents on 151 which is the route that I took to get there. I immediately called them to inform them to see if I would have to reschedule my appointment but after checking with Dr. Dean, the staff informed me that I could still come in as long as I wasn't more than 30 minutes late. Upon arriving at Dr. Dean's office, I was immediately greeted by his friendly staff. After providing them with my ID and Insurance card, I was asked to fill out some paperwork via a tablet. I thought that it was pretty cool and eco friendly that they had completely eliminated the physical form of paperwork. As I looked around, I quickly realized that I was the youngest patient in the waiting room. I felt kind of bad because I saw an elderly gentleman staring at his tablet with confusion. Before I could get up and offer him assistance, one of the staff members took a seat right next to the gentleman and helped him out. I can totally see how the less tech savvy patients could become a bit intimidated by the tablets. I ended up waiting only about 10 to 15 minutes before being called to the exam room. Honestly, I didn't expect to be seen that quickly but I'm not complaining! Dr. Jeffery Dean had excellent bedside manners. He was very thorough in his assessment and really took the time to address all of my concerns. The entire staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. This was a very pleasant experience and I'm releived to know that Dr. Dean isn't one to rush into surgery without exploring other options such as physical therapy. I look forward to having him be apart of my medical treatment for my knee issues. P.S. Bonnie is a sweetheart! I have been seeing Dr Dean for a couple of years now and would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing knee problems. He listens to patient needs and has excellent treatment plans. Whenever I have needed an appointment he has fit me in his schedule without hesitation. His staff is very friendly and is very helpful with any questions. My husband fractured his wrist and has been here twice and both visits have been so great!!!! The nurses/MA’s and front desk are so good to us, they did his FMLA within 2 days of the visit. The doctor (Jeffrey Dean) is really nice and knowledgeable, gives detail on what’s going on and what is going to happen!

While the Doctor is fantastic at his craft. Don't expect to get an appointment if something goes wrong, even if you are an existing patient. The office staff is horrible. They will make no effort to help you. They will ask for your DOB and Name then they will tell you there are no appointments available until a month away. You have to plan on when you will tear a meniscus or ligament. If something goes wrong don't expect to be seen within that week.

Dr. Dean is a phenomenal Doctor if you can get an appointment to see him. The office staff is horrible. I callon on Tuesday February 27 to schedule an appointment and was told that the nurse would call me back. Well it is March 8 and a couple of phone calls later, still no return call from Barbara the nurse. If I hadn't already established myself with Dr. Dean as a patient, I would have not bothered to call. Now I am considering leaving this practice and going somewhere else!

Dr. Dean is great, his staff on the other hand....well that's another story. Needed FMLA paperwork completed for surgery, and its been faxed many times with confirm's received, however Jayson says he is a VET and seems to not know whats going on. I may have to cancel my surgery because the office can't get it together!

Dr. Dean has been amazing, and has never made me feel like I'm being rushed through my appointments. Additionally, he's always been very patient with the many questions I've had for him regarding my shoulder injury.

He did amazing on my shoulder surgery. I had an ac seperation and complete ligament separations that he repaired. He explained everything very well at the initial visit and before surgery. Overall the best doctor I've seen. The only thing that was a problem was getting an appointment . I had my doctor fax over my papers that were needed several times and they said they never got them. Eventually I just went myself to take the papers since they were in the same building but again overall he is hands down the best doctor . He did amazing on my shoulder surgery. Did a wonderful job repairing my injured ankle! I had orthoscopic and open ankle work done, and he explained everything. His office staff is so friendly and kind, even when we had to deal with a problematic insurance issue, and Nick and Jayson are terrific! Also, Dr. Dean took my extensive allergy history into consideration and had contingency plans in case I reacted to meds under anesthesia, which made me feel much more comfortable going under full anesthesia. The whole office staff lacks empathy and is not personable whatsoever (including Dr. Dean). I am still waiting on a important call that I sent to the male nurse SIX days ago regarding surgery. Needless to say I have found a better place to go that cares, returns calls and doesn't just look at you as another person in the door with $$$. I am not sure how this office had so many stars?? Perhaps the time in the waiting room and how fast they get you back? That is the only positive thing I can say.

Staff will not return your call on urgent follow up procedures.
