I have been seeing Dr Folk for almost a year now. As per the other review: yes the Mt P office is a little off to the wayside. He does offer services in North Charleston as well; right by Trident Medical Center. He always gives good advice and instead of pushing to cover your pain all the time, he also wants to find the root cause. Yes he is in jeans and casual. But in my opinion, that makes him easy to talk to. I've always had a great experience with his office and recommend anyone in pain to consider Dr. Folk. SCARY! Run-down facility on a dead-end road. I was ushered directly into the room with the fluoroscopic machine and Dr. Folk came out in jeans, t-shirt and sneakers.

I was very anxious before my cervical spine epidural Steroid ahot. From. Folk gave me. WONDERFUL explanations of the procedure and my injury. The procedure was quick and PAINLESS!! AWESOME!!
