Dr. Jeffrey Frederic is the best dermatologist. He has actually listens to the patient and goes the extra mile to ensure your care.

Doctor Jefferey Frederic was punctual, efficient, explained everything he was doing and continued to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain as he performed the surgery on my wrist. I am grateful for his personal attention to me as a patient and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was seen very timely but the doctor did not listen to me at all. I literally told him about my sun exposure and working conditions and within 15-20 seconds he asked me the exact questions I had just talked about with no indication he had heard anything I said. He was very dry and impersonal. Overall, I was not satisfied and I won’t go back to this doctor nor would I recommend him to anyone else. I was very disappointed with the service I received. The Dr. I had seen for many years left BR Clinic about a year ago and I was worried about finding another doctor that would take the time to get to know me and my many unusual skin issues. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Frederic. I love the doctor and the staff. They listen to your concerns and genuinely care about helping you resolve your skin issues. I highly recommend him.

Got more than I expected. Thought I would have to make another appointment.

Terrible experience and a wasted $100 to be told he does not believe in cream treatment for mulloscum and refused to prescribe an ointment that helps my daughters condition.

Dr Frederic is the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. Years ago, he diagnosed a painful skin problem I had been suffering with for a couple of years. Other doctors couldn’t tell me what was wrong. He gave me the correct meds and I got relief. I have a long history of skin cancer and see him every 3 months. He takes care of any lesions before they become cancer. He is very competent, kind, and listens to your every concern. I highly recommend him for all skin or hair issues.

Professional, prompt and excellent service

The Dr's at the BRC always take care of me in every way. I appreciate the fact that everything is in one place and my Doctor's know what I need and when I need it. Thanks for being there.

Very professional and detail oriented. I would recommend anyone I know to see him if you need his expertise. His staff is friendly and helpful. They worked me in on a Monday which was great.

Dr.Frederic was very very kind very thorough knew exactly what my problem was exam me gave me the correct medication snd answer I had needed for many many years I received the medication and in 2 Days thank you Jesus the health issues was almost completely clear this day Hallelujah the medical problem is GONE . Thorough, communicates with patient, resolved my issues

I will never return to Dr. Frederic. Over the years, he has treated my scalp psoriasis and has become less concerned with my issues and more concerned with getting me in and out quickly. I see him every few months for topical scalp treatment, he seems annoyed often with staff and me also. Today he would not see me for my appointment that I unfortunately was 12 mins late for. I tried to call to inform and was unable to get thru to a nurse. All traffic lights for a busy street I was using as my main mode of transit to the clinic we’re down. When I arrived for checkin I was told I had been no-showed and they would check with the nurse. The nurse loudly addressed me in the lobby, shaming me for tardiness. I asked the no show policy and she said 15 mins and I was only 12 mins late. I informed her I tried to call and could wait to be seen. Moments later another nurse said I would not be seen. I had waited weeks for treatment and no opening were for another month. They weren’t professional.

Very thorough, pleased with service provided. Entire staff is prompt and efficient. Highly recommend.

A pleasant experience. Dr. Frederic was very cordial & professional, my wait time was short & I got my issue taken care of.

On time, courteous, answered my questions.

I have been under Dr. Frederic’s care several years now. Due to my occupation, I have had long term exposure to the sun and Dr. Frederic has surgically removed several areas of skin cancer. He explains what he is doing and is very gentle. I highly recommend him and his staff for such treatments.

Dr. Fredric did a very through evaluation of my skin, I was relieved I don’t have any suspicious growths.

Minor procedure was super quick and the staff made me feel very comfortable, can't ask for much more in a specialist visit.
