I'm a long time patient of Dr. Keen (10 plus years) . When he moved his practice and when I also moved, it became more difficult to see him because of the distance, but I stuck with him because of the quality of his care. He did my total knee replacement during the pandemic earlier this year, and I did so well I needed few to no pain meds in about a month. It wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I have no complaints. He knows what he is doing and is very thorough. I trust him so much he's just replaced my other knee, eight months after doing the first one. I recommend him every single chance I get. The only gripe I really have is with Flagler Health Plus , the umbrella organization(NOT THE DOCTOR, HE'S GREAT!!) because I've been overbilled by Flagler Health several times at this point. I've had to call Flagler Health Plus multiple times and they still can't get their act together. But that is not Dr. Keen's fault. His office typically is top notch. I recommend Dr. Keen very highly. You won't find a more competent surgeon for knee and hip replacement. His new-ish PA, Connor, is competent as well. I’ve received excellent follow up care from Connor, too. I saw Dr Keen in October of 2015, I was totally impressed with his approach to my knee issue, I followed his recommendation thorougly, and I haven't had a knee issue since then. Dr. Keen doesn't recommend unnecessary surgeries if the patient can improve via PT or modifying routines activities that may cause stress on the knee. I highly recommend Dr. Keen to friends who need consultation about heir knee problems.

From the first appointment Treated extremely well. Dr Keen listened to the problems with my knees. Checked my med list and he came up with a treatment plan. He felt I would make the correct decision once he raveled the plan and alternative plans. At first injections in my knee. After a year I was ready for surgery. Very excellent team. Well cared for. I like how he has followed up for a couple of years after my surgery. So confident a physician I followed up with having Dr Keen do the right knee. He is an excellent physician. I am very pleased with his manner, service and excellent service. Recommend him very highly. He is a 10, as is his staff. Jason does beautiful work as well as Jennifer. I'm so fortunate to have worked with Dr Keen.

Simply the BEST surgeon in Florida!

My husband had a knee replacement by Dr Keene. Amazed at how quickly he recovered! Dr Keene did an amazing job!

Dr Keen performed my partial knee replacement. I am very happy with the results. When he gives me the all-clear, he will take care of my other knee.

Dr.Keen is wonderful but his PA Jason not so much. He always uses his own problems he has experienced when you mention yours. I’m not there to hear his problems.

I was referred to Dr Keen because of problems that I was having with my knees. Dr Keen appeared to listen intently to my description of the problem, and then referred me for x-rays which were conducted promptly. Dr Keen explained in detail the results of the x-rays, and recommended a procedure to address the issues. He treated my right knee with cortisone and recommended a follow up in 2 months, suggesting that if the cortisone didn't address the problem, I should consider partial knee replac

Dr. Keen did Maco robotic surgery on my left knee which was bone-on-bone. He did an outstanding job, I had very little pain, I had no infection, and I healed up within six weeks. I am so pleased with his performance that I plan to have my right knee replaced within five months. He's a very caring and compassionate doctor and very easy to talk to. His nurse practitioner Jason is also outstanding. I believe that Dr. KEEN and his surgical group is probably the best in northern Florida.

When I saw Dr. Keen for knee pain in Sep 2018, he diagnosed it as arthritis based on x-rays alone. He administered a shot into the joint which had no affect. By Nov. the pain was constant and extreme. I called his office on the Mon. after Thanksgiving and was told that the earliest available appt. was Jan. 17 - seven weeks away! With the help of my PCP, I was referred to a better Orthopedic surgeon who saw me in 3 days and immediately ordered an MRI. The pain was from dual meniscus tears - not

Love this Dr. He's very good at his field of medicine. He's also a very compassionate Doctor. I am looking forward to having the knee surgery in the future.

Dr. Keen is an outstanding surgeon and always has a smile on his face despite his hectic patient schedule. He did total knee replacements on me with a quick recovery and wonderful results !
