Wonderful doctors and staff.

Sadly this doctor isn't patient friendly but for those who are POC. I received nasty, short visits, he never knew my name, nor could he stay in the room longer than 2 minutes for me to ask questions about my care. I was shuttled in like sheep and it happened over and over until I complained. I was also told that medications prescribed by him, from a referral from my PCP, were to be monitored by my PCP. That's not why my PCP sent me to a specialist who could help with my issues. I have not been this uninformed about my own care until I met Dr Krempic. He was mean to me, didn't like any challenging questions and was entirely dismissive of my concerns. They could never remember to order 90 day prescriptions 3X before I complained and I was ultimately cancelled by this firm. They don't care for POC like they do others there. Look around at the waiting area. How many people look like you? The PA didn't know what an ice burn was on a POC. Deplorable.

Before having total joint knee replacement I asked a lot of health care professionals who they would go to, Dr. Krempec's name kept coming up. He is professional, yet friendly and honest. He does a great job explaining and answering questions. His staff and PA are knowledgeable and friendly as well. You have to do your part as a patient to get better and follow directions provided but it is worth it! Six months post-op, my only question was why did I wait to long to return to a better quality of life!

At 52 yrs found I was in need of total hip replacement. Had never underwent surgery and was amazed at the knowledge and care I received. Now I'm needing my l hip done and glad I know that I won't feel so anxious.

This is an absolutely fantastic surgeon with an absolutely fantastic staff. I had a full hip replacement a month ago. I was terrified of having surgery with a complicated medical history and was misdiagnosed by two other orthopedic surgeons before a friend recommended Dr Krempec. I am so grateful. A hip replacement surgery is not fun, but if you have to have one, this is the place to go. I have absolutely zero complaints and would highly, highly recommend this doctor, his wonderful nurse and his P.A. to anyone. Thank you for the new hip! Love Dr. Krempec! He fixed my knees when no one else would be they said I was too young but I was bone on bone. He did them both at the same time and I had no problems! They look and feel great!

Wrong diagnosis. Continued pain after my hip procedure. Then he just cast me aside like some expired meat. He and his PA are pompous! Only positive experience was having his spine partner discover the problem and solve it. Thankfully. Otherwise, I would try and give 0 stars. Shocking difference between the two doctors in the same group.

His rude. My hip replacement was May 2017 and here we are again December 2020 dealing with his mistakes. I was on pain management so I did not need nothing from him. Also my leg was much shorter. So on my follow up visit talk down to me. My finally visit he sent his nurse practitioner in and I never saw him and when I was down I came out of the room I saw my X-rays them talking and him asking if I asked for pills. Like I said never received none from him due to pain management. And am 43 having to redox this leg before I can my other. I have Birth defect that caused them to have to be done at my age. Just not 2 years on the same leg.

Dr. Krempec recently performed revision knee replacement surgery on me. He’s an amazing, thorough and caring surgeon. I highly recommend him!

Dr Krempec did my total knee revision a little over 5 weeks ago. I am able to do more now then I was with the first surgeon I went to. I had so much pain still at 8 months with the first surgeon. Not satisfied with this dr very rode and proud man I had a visit on December 3rd 2019 I waited more then one hour for him but he didn’t check me at all and one of his students came and checked me . I will not recommend this doctor to any one.

My husband had to have 2 revision surgeries for his hip replacement Dr. Krempek did. Due to that fact that he used recalled parts and took out to much soft tissue. He also left bone fragments that left him in constant pain. He did not want to fix or admit his mistake and we gladly used a diffrent doctor. Dr Saline did his best to fix what had been done. My mother had a knee replacement from this MD.... He reassured her that he could help her and alleviate her pain. Well... he is all lip service and would be better served as a used car salesman. He WILL NOT return her calls or texts as he gave her his work cell and encouraged her to call or text with any problems. He made her situation worse. Just as soon as he gets paid for his services he is totally done with you and doesn't stand behind his work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I'm not sure how you can trust an orthopedic surgeon who DOES NOT exam your joint at the appointment. The (very rude) physician's assistant examined my knee, but NOT the doctor. The doctor agreed that I need a knee replacement, but then he informed me that he would NOT do the surgery because my BMI was "too high." He did NOT take my entire health history into account, ONLY my BMI. If you are overweight, DO NOT waste your time. It really doesn't matter how "highly recommended" a physician is if he won't take the 5 minutes to actually exam your joint OR look at your health history.

Put in wrong hip prosthesis and I was in pain for 2 years .. most likely because it did not fit properly. It became infected and had to be removed and a medicated spacer put in. In 6-12 months that will be removed and another hip prosthesis put in .. one that fits properly.

I WOULD GIVE HIM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! My 76 yr old mother in law broke her leg . She saw him in the emergency room but he never once checked back in with her even though her primary doctor emailed him half a dozen times!! On her 1st visit he wanted to amputate her leg!! SERIOUSLY!!! He is rude, arrogant, and extremely inconsiderate. Had an xray and the bone is 95% fused. Wouldn't you think he would be smart enough to send her home in some sort of boot or brace to give her a little more support??? NOPE! In our experience this is not the doctor we would ever recommend to ANYONE!!!!

Dr. Krempec replaced both of my knees and always very professional with information and care. I have recommended at least 10 others to him and they have all been very pleased with him and the results.

Difficult to find a surgeon who does hip revisions (after a hip replacement). Performed my husband's surgery a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Excellent physician.

Had my left knee done at age 54 last Monday. 5 days later I’m doing great. Getting Right knee done on Dec 11. So far, so good. I love him and the staff. Will let you know if that changes but I think I’m good to go and so is he!

Outstanding. Dr. Krempec is very professional. He took time to listen and answer all my questions. Everything went exactly as he said it would. I am a larger person but Dr. Kremprec was very respectful and kind about explaining the risk that being overweight causes with hip replacement. I was totally pain free within two days of the surgery other than feeling a little sore.

He is a wonderful surgeon. After 3 previous surgeries 2 total knees on my right. Dr. Krempec was able to fix my knee. I could barely walk before surgery. Day of I walked to the door with a lot less pain.

Bad news I fractured my hip good news I was in Kansas City and Dr Krempec was my surgeon I am a 69 yr old female who runs 5-6 miles a day but Dr Krempec did full hip replacement I’m only 3 weeks out but I have no pain and great mobility I was out of the hospital the day after surgery. If you are planning hip surgery if you live close to Kansas City Missourii contact Dr Krempec I am expecting a complete & total recovery and to resume my prior activities. Thank you Dr Krempec

Krempec is the best for knee replacements. His PA is a delight and a great teacher.

Excellent physician all the way around. My wife had a hip replacement and he was excellent. All went great and the recovery was relatively easy due to his skill as a surgeon.

Dr. Krempec performed a total hip replacement on my right hip. I was very lucky to be referred to him following serious complications after a previous hip surgery performed in a different city. I am now able to walk up to a mile a day. Thank you Dr. Krempec and your staff for the excellent professionalism and having the patient's functional ability as your upmost priority.

I have had two knee replacement by Dr. Krempec and I am so pleased with them. I would recommend him to any one because he is the best. He once told me there are two things he does and it is knee and hips and he is fam good at what he does he never lied. Thank you Dr. Krempec

Dr Krempec did a hip revision that was totally great. Very little pain. Walked up stairs the. Day after surgery. I have recommended Dr Krempec to two patients that hip,replacement and a friend who had bith hips done. All were thrilled with their results.m the staff was totally responsive and dependable. Gracious folks!
