All the staff members are nice and friendly. Dr Vicky Nguyen is Amazing and very Attentive. I'm highly satisfied with the doctor.

Dr. Vicky and the staff put my comfort and wellbeing as the number one priority as soon as I had my first evaluation appointment, and the following root canal appointments. After concerns of me being as comfortable as possible, Dr. Vicky and her staff worked with the upmost professionalism, efficiency and were completely thorough. They even followed up a couple days later to ask how the tooth was feeling. Honestly the best dental experience I ever had, that is weird to hear myself say about a root canal.

The entire process was painless and the doctor and staff was very professional. Dr. Krupp keeps the conversation interesting. His staff followed up the next day to see how things were going. The procedure started after little or no wait from the appointed time. The office is very efficient. For the procedure they offered me headphones for music or you can listen to your own music, although I did not use either. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Dr. Krupp and his staff.

I was so nervous to have my first root canal, and I head heard so many awful stories. Dr. Krupp was referred to me by a friend, and I knew he would be good, but he and his team were outstanding. I felt heard. I asked a lot of questions. I felt fully informed of what was going to happen and any costs associated with it. I appreciated they had a treatment plan in place for before, during, and after. I had zero pain during the root canal. I laid back and listened to my music. Edgar was helpful and knowledgeable during the procedure and although the soreness after was surprising, they had given me a plan to treat my discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Krupp. There is nothing I would change. What a great team during the procedure and after. The entire office staff was kind and welcoming!!!

I was referred to Dr. Krupp by another dental office. I initially saw him for a consultation during which he and his staff were kind, friendly, and professional; simply phenomenal! Dr. Krupp and his assistant carried out all the necessary scans and checks, and explained in great detail the source of the problem, the procedure that needs to be performed, and the medication that I would need to take after the procedure. My dental matter was somewhat urgent and it was sensible for the procedure to be completed sooner. What I truly appreciate is that, despite the fact that Dr. Krupp was booked for an entire week ahead, he was able to fit my procedure appointment in his schedule for the next day! The procedure went well and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Last but not least, apart from Dr. Krupp's great professionalism and dedication to his work, he also has a great sense of humor. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Krupp and his team!

Having a root canal is not on the top of my list of fun activities. Dr. Krupp tried to make me as comfortable as possible by encouraging me to take the extra valium. I'm sure this helped ease the discomfort.

Amazing work and staff on top of resolving a urgent issue that was major. The best experience I've ever had and looking forward to referring to my friends if they ever have a urgent need! Thank you Jeff and your team!

Dr. Krupp is an excellent endodontist, the treatment is completely painless, and their office has state-of-the-art examination equipment that can help with the real source of the problem, such as CT scans...I'm very, very satisfied.

Been there for 4 or 5 root canals, Great staff, Great attention to d and your comfort, Great work and Painless as it can be for what he is doing. I might also add he has just a wonderful personality and chair side manner.

I had to have an emergency root canal, out of the 4 specialists my dentist uses, Dr. Krupp was the only one able to see me that very day.It was a known fact I needed a root canal, what was not known was what was causing it. X-rays couldn't find a source. He wanted to find out what was going on, the 'why' behind the 'need'. He did a 3-d x-ray and hidden deep was a pool of infection that had gone a good long while undetected. Normal x-rays never saw it. The process he used to clean it all out was amazing. I have had 2 other root canals and this was by far the best at addressing the whole area. If I even need another one, I will definitely use Dr. Krupp's services. Also his staff was awesome. Dr Krupp is by far the best Dr I have ever seen as a patent. I’ve had shoulder, knee, hand surgery 2x, seen multiple Dentists but he is different in many ways: 1-state of the art best equipment second to none. 2-his personality is so great he makes procedures effortless. 3-his staff is A+ always explains exactly what’s going to happen. 4-during procedures no one likes getting shots! Dr. Krupp did them with the least amount of pain using a numbness product first that worked immediately. 5-he used a unique machine to help bleach/clean out a major infection I had. 6-easily prescribed medications to help me . 7- followed up personally even on a weekend! No one does this ever! He also has a tremendous sense of humor to help a patient relax and smile! I also like the bridge product he used to keep mouth open less strain than other Dentists etc. I love Dr Krupp would highly recommend him for your Dentist needs! They looked suspicious to me , receptionist said , lots of things not covered yet in the insurance and have to be paid upfront. His work is ok , but don’t sound trust worthy. I don’t recommend. Had to pay 400-500$ from my pocket , they said they have no code for insurance for some things and rest covered in insurance. Just re root canal is done , filling and cap to be done by another hospital and another payment. Very very expensive treatment for half hour work. Do NOT go to this place for procedures unless you want to pay an extra 300$ out of pocket for unnecessary scans and wait for 2 hours in the office as dentists walk past you forgetting you. This office is extremely disorganized and minimal instruction is given for the procedures they offer. In addition, the receptionist is very unresponsive and does not answer the phone during business hours. I called 2 hours prior to an appointment for a root canal procedure, however they did not pick up my call until 30 minutes before and tried to charge a cancellation fee because I had not taken the medications prescribed at the proper time - the reason I called was to check what time I was to take medication as the only instruction given to me was a prescription and privacy practice notice. I would give 0 stars for this business . They made the whole experience terrible . I can’t trust the team to be responsive post procedure and be available for contact when they are this bad before. I was referred here by Hughes Dental Group for a root canal. I saw Dr. Nguyen for the consultation and Dr. Krupp for the root canal itself (just the way the scheduling worked out). I have had one previous root canal elsewhere, but this one was seamless. Absolutely no pain! Dr. Krupp told jokes the whole time and it helped put me at ease. Wonderful experience. Dr Krupp is fantastic. Ive had over 20 root canals in my life, this was my first with him. Hands down....the best. No pain, very gentle, cautious, seems to take his work very seriously, but has a great humorous personality. Office staff were very kind!

By far the best Endodontist I have been to. No pain, very knowledgeable, and fixed a bad root canal done by someone else.

Scheduling difficulties push your treatments further out meanwhile pain meds are strictly rationed. While dealing with a complex situation involving 2 teeth, Dr Krupp wanted me to wait weeks to see if we had the correct teeth and then weeks more to see if the bottom tooth in question would settle down. He promised to provide pain medication for me to manage the pain during this extended process. Instead during the 10 day diagnostic period and the 2 week post treatment period, I was only given scrips for 1 to 2 days of pain management at a time which required me to drive to his office and the pharmacy over and over again. My husband had a heart attack in the middle of this process and was scheduled for open heart surgery. I called the office the day before and asked for 4 days worth of pain meds, needed for Thursday afternoon/ evening, Friday of the surgery, the weekend when the office was closed and for part of Monday. The receptionist didn’t think Dr. Krupp would write 24 so I asked for 18 thinking I could stretch those until Monday but when I picked up the prescription, it was only for 12 and they told me to take more NSAIDS. This dentist and his office personnel have no compassion. Instead of having what I needed to manage dental pain while my husband was in surgery and afterwards, I relied more heavily on NSAIDS which gave me an inflamed esophagus & chemical burn. I had to go into the ER while my husband was still in the ICU due to the chest pain caused by the NSAIDS. If Dr. Krupp’s response to my request had been reasonable, then I wouldn’t have had to take so many NSAIDS and deal with fall out from that decision. Meanwhile the contrast from the CT caused a very painful reaction in my bladder. All of this misery and expense could have been avoided with another days worth of pain medication. Dr. V and Gabrielle made my root canal way more enjoyable than it probably should have. They made sure I was comfortable, went through the procedure in detail, and kept me laughing the whole time. 5 stars!

The best endodontist in Bay Area. I had unusual anatomical construction of root canal of the tooth under bridge. It was done professionally with modern equipment. No pain medication necessary.

I am a former Registered Dental Assistant with 10 years experience in the dental field. I have personally had 5 root canals. I was very impressed with Dr. Krupp’s professional expertise. He is an excellent clinician. I absolutely hate needles. When Dr. Krupp gave me a series of injections, I did not feel any pain. He is very gentle. He is very in tuned with his patient. At the beginning of the procedure, he was aware that I still felt some pain simply by watching my facial expression. He stopped and gave me a partial injection. It is common that a patient who has an abscess tooth has problems achieving profound anesthesia due to the infection. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Krupp explained what he was doing. When the procedure was complete, Dr. Krupp went through post-operative instructions. He told me that often people experience discomfort. I absolutely had no pain or swelling. Following previous root canals by other dentists, I experienced a lot of discomfort. Dr. Krupp is the best endodontist and I would highly recommend him.
