Dr. Jeffrey L Morrill

*Ms. Giguere is unprofessional and untrusting. As Office Manager I was deeply disappointed with todays visit considering that our family has been coming here for years. It’s been two years since we last came to this Office because of covid. I remember the staff differently and previously had never had any issues. Any concerns, questions were always addressed professionally and in a friendly manner. At today’s visit when talking to Ms. Giguere she had mentioned she was the Office Manager who I had spoken earlier about booking an eye visit. I had not been to check my eyes in two years and have noticed that my vision has gotten worst and I had a floater in my right eye (which Ms. Giguere followed up by asking if I had flashing lights and then she said that this was not an emergency visit. Which I agreed. She then was able to book for the same day as they had a last minute cancellation and I was happy to grab it.) I do not know if the manager is new, I recall she was the optometrist in the Office but again it’s been two years and she said she was the manager in front of my Doctor. If the owners are reading this review, please talk to your manager. Manager is untrusting and unprofessional. The reason why our family will no longer be visiting your office is because of her. We have come to your office for years, we live in Franklin. She insisted that she had explained to me everything about todays appointment over the phone which she did not. She did not clarify what my appointment was for which was not for a yearly eye exam. But that is besides the point. It was her manners and customer service that upset me. She was wrong with not letting me know and understandably miscommunication happens. But there was no miscommunication because there was nothing on her part that mentioned anything. She did not explain the purpose of my appointment which I was able to get the same day I called! She said she told me things on the phone that she actually never said and I was surprised about this. As a customer we want to know the purpose of our visit if it’s not for a yearly routine check up. She had a dismissive manner of my concern and unprofessional response to me when she brushed off my comment with “well I guess the customer is always right.” Responses like that from management make the situation worst. Because as already stated you act in a dismissive manner, in a sarcastic manner. There was no miscommunication on my part when we spoke on the phone that morning. I know what was the purpose of my phone call was for. As a customer I feel like today was a big waste of time and you feel like it was purposely done so they can make a claim with insurance on something you did not agree to. When I brought this last part Office Manager actually said she would write off my visit for today. not sure how this is supposed to make it better when her customer service was still dismissive and not good? I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. I have always been pleased with all the optometrists I have had the pleasure to be serviced by. Today, I had my first appointment since the pandemic. Dr. Stetson was the Dr I saw. I could not have been more pleased with his thoroughness and he took the time to explain every part of the exam. His knowledge and expertise was very evident in every part of the exam. 5 star plus for you Dr Stetson. I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. I have been going to Dr. Morrill's office for 27 years! I usually see Dr. Pfeffer. He's fantastic, thorough, and super friendly. If you are in need of eye care I would strongly recommend them. The whole staff has always been amazing and professional. I enjoy their prompt service and knowledge of all things eye related!

great service & staff.

Never a long wait. The staff are so helpful & nice!

Have used them for years. They cover all the bases. They don't push getting new glasses. I have a slight change in my vision and said I could get new glasses or wait. The even let me see what my vision would be like with new glasses.

Everyone in this practiced is friendly and professional. I have been a patient for over thirty years and that should speak for itself ! Time is taken with each person and all questions are answered completely.

I had an appointment with Dr. Lily Huynh; Dr. Lily was friendly, professional and took her time to explain everything as we moved through the different 'tests, etc.'. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pfeffer did a detailed eye exam, described in detail what he observed, and gladly answered my questions. Suzette Giguere was very helpful in determining glasses lens selection.

My visit was with Dr. Andrade, he made me feel very comfortable and he took the time to answer any questions I had. I didn't feel at all rushed which tends to be the norm these days. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Very happy with my experience. I have never had such an extensive exam. The Dr. was polite, knowledgeable and had me at ease as soon as I walked into the exam room. Will definitely recommend Dr. Morrill and Assoc.

I have been going to Jeffrey L Morrill and Associates for years. Very friendly staff and the optometrists are very thorough. They have a great glass frame selection and staff to help you pick out the right frame for you face. Always pleased

Have been a patient of Dr. Pfeffer for years. I find him very knowledgeable, caring and personable. And his staff is the same. They always find a way to fit me in when I need help. They are courteous, responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

They are very warm and welcoming in this office to begin with. You feel comfortable immediately because the front desk staff is great. Dr. Huynh is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that I can understand. I always feel like she listens 100% and takes time to thoroughly look into any issue I may be having.

Both my husband and I had appointments back to back today. I found the office friendly and cortious. Dr. Morrill took his time and was very pleasant and thorough. Overall both of us had a great experience. Thank you!

Fantastic office staff. My wife and I have been going there for years having been seen by Dr. Morrill or Dr. Pfeffer. My first time eye exam with Dr. Lily Huynh today. She's was absolutely outstanding.

The eye doctor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But really hard to get in and around with my Dad's walker. Little step at the threshold where he almost tripped. If it was in a handicap accessible building it would get 5 stars.

Knowledgeable, caring, pleasant. Very rare to find these days.

I have been using this office for my eye Care exams and needs for years, along with my family members, and would highly recommend them. My most recent exam was helpful, thorough and not rushed. They have a wide selection of frames to choose as well, and accept my vision plan insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lily Huynh for the past three years. I feel she gives a very good exam. She is very kind and patient and is willing to answer any questions that I may have. She explains everything so that I am able to understand it. The office staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Useless, unhelpful and don't care if their patients walk around with no vision for months. put in an order for contacts as I was running low, instead of notifying me that I cannot order contacts since I haven't had an appointment for a few months Dr Morrill's office simply didn't place the order and I am now out of state with no contacts. They finally told me this when I called a week later to check on my order- I will not be going back. Very good experience all around

I had my first appointment with Dr. Pfeffer today, overall a great experience. All the office staff were so friendly and helpful. My appointment was right on time. The exam was comfortable and thorough. Dr. Pfeffer took time to listen to my questions & address my concerns, and the whole thing was quick and painless. Alicia helped me with frames; she was very pleasant and helpful. She gave me honest opinions on the frames that didn't work for me, and ended up picking out the perfect pair which I love!
