After a sudden onset of Avascular Necrosis, I was looking for a surgeon, who could get me back to my former active life. I heard great things about his surgical skills and decided to choose him as my surgeon. Dr. Peretz explained everything carefully to me, letting me know what to expect with the anterior approach for hip replacement. I felt confident that I made the right choice. He operated on both my left and right hip, within the last 2.5 months. I feel like a new person. This surgery was like a miracle, to get rid of all the pain, and be able to resume my life. Within 2-3 weeks, I was active again, I highly recommend Dr Peretz !

I had an appointment with Dr. Peretz regarding an injury that I received due to a loose dog knocking me onto a cement curb. Initially, I thought I broke my hip and was concerned that the treatment that I received in an emergency room was not adequate. I had additional x-rays done at Resurgens and Dr. Peretz assured me that I did not have any fractures and prescribed a course of treatment so that I could return to the gym and playing pickle ball. I am continually impressed with Resurgens, because they truly care and take care of their patients.

Dr. Peretz Replaced my hip a few years ago and now back for knee help. A wonderful doctor who explains and helps with a great friendly personality.

My Rheumatologist recommended Dr. Peretz, saying he knew all of the top physicians for hip and knee replacements, and there was only one man he would ever recommend for excellence above the others, Dr. Jeffrey Peretz. Upon our first meeting, I knew I was in very good hands. Now, after two knees and one hip replaced in the same year, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that my experience was far superior to that of my friends who saw other “top doctors.” Nurses at the hospital loved him and have told me that Emory brought Peretz in to take care of the problems other doctors created. He is THAT good! And I agree! My husband has just had his hip replaced (his first ever medical problem), and Dr. Peretz put him at total ease. Wonderful experience. He takes his time, puts the patient’s needs first, doesn’t overbook, has a history of wonderful outcomes, and can even customize knees - not just using “off the shelf” implants. Truly outstanding doctor. No doubt!

Based on my experiences, Dr. Peretz is a highly competent and caring surgeon. Everyone's experience is different, but my was positive. He listens, he educates, and he provides options to manage the presenting issue, fairly balancing risks and benefits. My two total hip replacements were without issues. I attribute that to this skilled surgeon and his care support team. Most importantly, the care team offers educational opportunities on the procedure, which supports positive outcomes. I recommend Dr. Peretz and his care team without any reservations!

Dr Peretz did a total hip replacement for me yesterday. Three years ago he did my other hip and two years ago did a partial knee replacement. All of these have worked perfectly. Dr Peretz is an incredibly competent surgeon who takes all the time necessary to explain the procedures. He is a caring and compassionate man. I have recommended him to several friends and at least three have had him do joint replacement surgery

Dr Peretz and his entire staff provide excellent patient care.

What I love about Dr. Peretz is his ability to make you feel comfortable and he really listens to you. I’ve gone to others orthopedic surgeon and their first thought is to operate. Dr. Peretz reviews ALL options.

Dr. Peretz did a hip replacement A year ago. I feel like a new woman. This hip is so much better than the other hip I had replaced in 2007. I realize a lot of changes have been made, and procedures. I can honestly say they were for the better.
