Dr. Piontek is down to earth and straight to the point. I love him being my pcp.

I am very happy with Dr. PIONTEK AND HIS NURSE. in fact the whole office is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Piontek is a great doc who takes his time to actually check out your health and concerns. The SSM clinic staff are also great!

I realize that Dr. Piontek has left the practice, but I want to warn consumers about the terrible billing practices they have. I have sent notes on a bill at least 3 times, and never received a response. I did receive a phone call when the clinic wanted to make it easy for me to pay the bill, which should be covered under insurance. Do no go to the Lake Regional Clinic at Lake of the Ozarks, they overcharge!

Excellent experience with this Dr Piontek. Very pro-active , communicates well and great follow-up.

Horrible incompetent dr and staff....total waste of time

Absolutely horrible experience with this physician! He was rude and did not seem interested in what I had to say. At one point he simply told me he has no idea what problem my symptoms were describing. I found out later, through another physician, this was textbook panic attack with PTSD and that most anyone who attended medical school would clearly identify with minimal difficulty. The history taking was rushed and rude. The physical exam was unnecessarily humiliating, abrupt, rough and painful

I think he is Very thorough and actually cares and if you have a problem he actually helps I really like this doctor
