Since seeing DrRapaport was not an option - the wait was 3months for an appointment we saw N.P-C Corinne Carmona. My daughter's visit lasted no more than 5m, she didnt even do a full examination and her diagnosis was nothing less than "petechiae" accompanied by blood work, I was in shock asked her to confirm what she just said but she vanished from the room. Someone came back and they withdraw blood in a hallway. See you in 3 weeks the receptionist said. The next day I called the office to confirm what happened the telephone lady said they didnt have one of the tubes so they had to withdraw blood from my daughter again, any mother knows how traumatic these experiences are for a young kid. After requesting to have Carmona on the phone because these phone ladies didnt have the answers that I needed, Carmona said: "...it happens all the time, we dont have to let you know in advance if we can perform all the necessary tests and if you dont like you can go somewhere else".

Dr. Rappaport was straight forward with the treatment plan. The PRP Hair restoration worked and was reasonably priced, I am no longer in my mirror looking at thinning hair.

After going through a handful of doctors, Dr. Rapaport was able to resolve my skin and hair issues. He has done an excellent job with my skin.

I am a patient who from a young age had PCOS and Insulin Resistance. I had Acne since the age of 12. It was cured with PDT treatment by the age of 25. I was left with acne scarring and visited laser cosmetic specialists, but still had acne scarring at the age of 38. I found Dr. Rappaport through Real Self. I was scared to have a surgical treatment. However, the results were far from the disappointing the deep indentations in my skin were gone after one treatment. The nurse who assisted in the procedure was excellent in managing stress and anxiety throughout. I am very thankful to have her assistance there with the rest of his staff. I am confident to return for my last procedure after a great result.

Positive Experience

Had subcision, CO2 laser with PRP and my face looks really good is been a week and half and I am very happy with the result and with the doctor who recommended these treatments for my deep acne scars.

Dr. Rapaport explains every step of the PRP process and there are no surprises. I have noticed a significant improvement in the volume of my hair and have had lots of new growth.

Very cold and quick. He didn't seem to express any care about my situation and just prescribed medications and treatments without explaining what or why to me. I had to pry answers out of him which should not happen.

Let’s start with the wait time: although it’s not uncommon to have a grace period for patients, don’t expect them abide the same rule. • Prepare to wait for awhile (over 1hr) if you’re planning to see this doctor. • NONE of employees appear to be happy. They are abrupt and unsympathetic. • Don’t expect much from Dr Jeffry Rapaport either. Horrible bedside manner. Idk how he got to New York Best Doctors list ??????? • The doctor also suffers from skin conditions on his hands. • Office culture is transactional base and robotic. Don’t expect any human care nor sympathy. Good luck! I hope you will have better experiences than I did the past few visits.

I understand that everyone is understaffed and trying to remain safe because of COVID but honestly I have never had a worse experience with a doctors office in my life. They are highly unorganized and scheduling an appointment was absolutely a mess. Then after going to my appointment on the 11th it is currently the 24th and I still have not recieved correct refill on my medication as there was a mixup and they said the doctor still didn’t refill it which was the whole point of going. What makes it worse is the lady that answers the phone in the old bridge office is so rude and nasty saying things like I’m not gonna argue with you when I simply ask a question and i don’t know what you want me to do. Absolutely rude.

I just had the worse experience with doctor in my life. He just simple don’t care about patience. He treated me like no one and nothing. And had no intention to help and to even bother to look closer at my allergy. He walks into the room like it’s a hell room for him and creates horrible atmosphere.
