Dr. Jeffrey Mehdi Shaari

I WAS HAVING BUZZING AND LOSS OF HEARING IN MY LEFT EAR. I HAD BEEN USING DEBROX TO TRY AND HELP IT BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. LOOKED UP EAR DOCTORS ON MY INSURANCE AND FOUND DR SHAARI. THE DR'S OFFICE HAD REASONABLE WAIT TIME. DR THOUROGHLY EXAMINED MY EARS AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK STEPS TO CLEAN OUT AND GET THE HEARING BACK IN MY LEFT EAR. HE WAS AS GENTLE AS POSSIBLE WHILE DOING THIS.

I'm having an ear concern and will likely see Dr. Shaari again in West N.Y near my home instead of going to NYU Langone in NYC. A couple of years ago I had my first attack of vertigo. I booked with Dr.Shaari because he was near me and I believed the condition was urgent. Within 10 minutes, the doctor diagnosed my condition and had me in a reclining chair where he carefully manipulated my head to one side. The condition cleared up completely. He explained about the crystals in the ear canal . . .etc. His composure, confidence, kindness and success impressed me then. I'll book with him again.

Everything great about this guy--upfront but compassionate, knowledgeable, fought hard on my behalf to secure an out-of-network specialist when the evil insurance company (Horizon) refused. Staff also very professional. Would give him six stars if I could.

Dr Shaari's the best! So knowledgeable. Been his patient over 10 yrs and he's always provided the best care. I had an extremely bad case of nasal polyps (needed surgery). He then put me on a regimen which I follow to this day. I always feel cared for as his demeanor & bedside manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible and personal. I believe he really cares about his patients as individuals. So rare to find a doctor with these attributes. I count myself very lucky to have found him.

Very positive, his bedside manners are what you would like most doctors to have, besides he is very cool, approachable and easy to talk to, the type of doctor you feel comfortable asking any questions, and most important he comes across as a competent doctor who knows what he is talking about

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Safari. When I was in such a confused state he made everything clear and understandable. I also was so comforted by his ability to provide the care I needed in a very dangerous situation. He has spoiled me for other doctors.
