I went to visit this man. He did not have any staff at all or even a photocopy machine. He took my insurance card and wrote the number down wrong. Then he had collection people going after me saying that I somehow made a fake insurance card, because they couldn't bill it. They insisted not just on the insurance rate, but on very inflated rates. I contacted him and he told me I was a fake and a liar and that I never had insurance. Incidentally, as a podiatrist, he was horrible he wanted to do unnecessary surgery on me. Save yourself the headache, just light a match to your money, it will be better than seeing this fool.
