Dr. Ladd and the wonderful therapist the referred us to her saved my son. He had some really tough years and turned it all around with exactly the right medication at the right time. It was a hard decision to medicate, but the best decision, by far, that we’ve ever made for my child. He is able to focus in school, make friends, and get a moment to make better decisions. His attitude is now positive, a complete 180 from the path he was on. I wish all children had access to this level of top notch care. Amazing Dr. He really cares

ive been seeing him for 10 years now and followed him to 3 different locations bc i refused to see anyone else. dr stephens saved my life and is always available if im having any issues and need to speak to him! i wish i could give him 100 stars

Dr. Stephens is my doctor and is the best doctor Iv ever had. He listens to understand what’s going on. And always finds a resolution to what might be troubling you. Or in this case me. Stephens and his whole staff are possibly the best in the entire upstate of not South Carolina itself.

Love dr Mary Ladd!! She’s so sweet and kind and answers any questions or concerns in a very timely manner.

My Dr for almost 10 years. I like him a lot. Very professional and cares about what’s going on in my life. A+

Very knowledgeable doctor, very easy to work with and has helped me through countless hardships! I have been seeing him for years and will happily continue to see him!

My son has been seeing Dr Stephens for years. and he seems to genuinely care about his patients and what is going on their lives. His calm, unruffled, non-judgmental demeanor is especially comforting for children with ADHD.

I saw Dr. Mary Ladd and could not recommend her more! She is very friendly and professional at her job and most importantly makes you feel like she truly cares. Fast email responses and quick followup to any concerns or prescription changes. Been a patient for just 4 months or so but the results from seeing her has changed my life for the better! The only note, is that their office is booked 4-5 weeks out the times I went so plan accordingly. I saw Dr. Mary Ladd and could not recommend her more! My daughter has been a patient for approximately 8 years. Our family loves Dr. Stephens. He has always listened to my concerns and treated her needs accordingly. Even when my daughter was a young child, he asked her about things that interest her and treated her like a person instead of talking around her like some doctors do. He helped us through some really rough times. He is very good at accommodating our needs by doing phone consults because we live about an hour away from his office. This doctor writes a letter for one of his patients to get out of a binding rental contract. I get this letter after the patient has moved out. When I call and leave a message, he does not return phone calls. I can bet he got paid. I think this extremely unprofessional to encourage a patient to be irresponsible on his payments. My Son has been a patient for 8 years and I absolutely love Dr. Stephens, Terri and Bridget! They have always been so helpful with our insurance and getting approvals. Thank you guys for all that you do!

This is the worst doctor in Greenville County he should have his medical license taken away from him I was taking for 2 milligram Xanax a day and then nothing was cut off out of the blue for no reason I paid all of my bills never felt a drug test they had no reason stop seeing me so in my opinion he needs his license taken

Absolutely one of the best!

Incredibly effective in helping from all angles (children, teens and adults). Absolutely First Class.

He has seen my kids for ADHD and ADD. He has seen me for me and is a VERY good listener. Asked questions at every visit. I am bi polar. Excellent excellent excellent Doctor. Very kind. Very helpful. Always returns phone calls. His staff is amazing!!! Absolutely amazing. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about him or his care but he does not take insurance. Totally worth it though. At times he is right on time. The most I've had to wIt is 10-15 minutes
