Dr. Jeffrey Taber is a very caring & kind man. His treatment of patients is outstanding. He answers questions, makes recommendations, & LISTENS to you. He doesn’t rush you & spends as much time with you as you need. I would recommend him to everyone that needs a first class expert urologist!!!

Got an appointment within a week. Waiting time in and out 35-40 minutes. Glad they’re only allowing the patients into the waiting area.

Dr. Tabor has been my Dad's doctor for two years. During this time he has been extremely difficult to reach and has not shown any interest in personally speaking to my parents to discuss care and follow-up. His office staff is also difficult to reach and not reliable when it comes to returning calls. I've recently been lucky to have Brian return two of my calls; he has been the only only within a small window to make an effort. It's been extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. My Dad is a senior, has recently been diagnosed with early dementia, and the lack of care and attention that they have received has and continues to be unacceptable.

Dr. Taber and the entire staff at Rio Grande Urology are completely professional, helpful and kind. If looking for a Urologist in the El Paso area, this is the place to go. I will also mention that the medical facility practices all the safety measures you would expect during these challenging times of COVID-19.

Dr. Tabor was awesome, I never thought getting a vasectomy would be an amusing experience but he made it so. Quick and painless. (As possibly could be expected.)

Doctor Taber is amazing and MOST of the staff are great, except Cynthia who works in the front. Very unprofessional and rude, especially knowing why most of the patients are there. Has no respect whatsoever.

My husband and my father have Dr. Bagg as their Urologist. When you go into the office the staff and the Dr. are very professional and courteous. You will always be seen by the Dr. and not a Nurse Practitioner as it tends to happen in a lot of Dr’s office. Highly recommend.

Very nice nurses and Dr Baggage was great.

I went in unsure an apprehensive. He answered questions and explained what was going to happen in a clear way without talking above me. I was thankful because my head was already full of thoughts running around in there.

Thank GOD for Dr. Taber. He took me in quick after being referred by another urologist and performed surgery. He is very caring and attentive with excellent bedside manner. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Taber! best urologist in El Paso.

He was very rude didnt care walked in and out of room he called me to go look at his computet to see al of the list were my son had visited the Dr amd E R then he said does youre kid suffer or had psychological isues or problems maybe its he dont like school. My doctor is Michael Bagg and I am very happy with him - 5 stars. I’ve gone to him 3-4 years. The staff is the challenge - you need to be very clear and assertive with them as far as what you want. You may need to remind them to check your vitals if they get sidetracked and tell them your insurance will/won’t pay for a certain lab. I had issues getting my prescriptions refilled. Dates need to be posted with reviews. 2012-2017: I read the 2 other reviews & I'm not certain they saw the same Dr. Tabor I go to on the east side as my Dr. Tabor is not like they wrote at all. He's very concerned about my condition. He operated on me for cancer & I'm very well pleased with that and his pre & post visits with me.

I've been a patient of his for nearly 20 years. Having surgery back then and annual followups. He and his staff have been nothing but professional and helpful over the times I have been in his office. I have never experienced any of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews. This doctor's office is a joke. You get better service from bill collectors. These guys never answer their phones, are terrible at calling back, have phone wait times of almost an hour before automatic hang ups, and have people wait hours during scheduled appointments. Don't even bother trying them out. His dad was a much better doctor before retiring. I am looming for somebody else now.

This is money sucking Doctor that has no feelings for Human Life. He is so money thirsty that he belittles everyone he comes in contact with with a sence he is god. Never gives correct diagnosis, his staff is lazy and rude. Would Never recomend Rio Grande Urology to anyone!!!

I have been trying to make an appointment since Thursday today is Monday. They take forever to answer the phone. They told me they would call me back on Friday to let me know my appointment they never did I had to call them and I still couldn't make the appoiment because they need all the insurance information before the appoiment is made.
