I hate to see bad reviews for mental health professionals who do their best. Dr. Cullen was extremely helpful and kind in helping me. Went out of her way in fact! She may not have a magic wand but she cares and is very trained in her field

I tend to agree with the other former patient that she does not care about your feelings and will even Invalidate them. I went through the MClean OCD program (which I highly recommend) and these were my honest takeaways from having here as a behavioral therapist... She "teaches" self-compassion but while teaching gets visibly mad when no one volunteers in her class and comes across as inauthentic and in a subtle way condescending. This was across her group lessons as well as during my individual therapy sessions. I would not recommend her if you are looking for a therapist. My parents were not pleased with her either.

Great therapist who is kind, listens to you, and helps you develop the skills you need to overcome OCD.

She is good only if you want to try to rewire your brain out of OCD habits and nothing else. She will not see you as an individual person, will invalidate your feelings, and is not open to any type of criticism, believing she is infallible. She only cares about what triggers you to do certain behaviors and does not want to empathize or listen to how you feel. Save your money and the heartache of being completely misunderstood.
