Danita answering the phone is the rudest individual I have ever come in contact with. I was try to make an appointment for my grandmother (not asking for PHI not trying provide PHI) just trying to make an appointment. She said she wasn’t going to make an appointment because of HIPAA. That is completely irrelevant, she was just too lazy to help. If this is how the staff treats patients and I don’t even want to know how the doctors do. I’m thinking those leaving Negative reviews haven’t actually been her patient. I take my elderly mother every 6 months to see Dr. Arnouville. She is so thorough and explain things. She doesn’t mind repeating or rephrasing to be sure that my mother understands what she’s saying. The Drs. demeanor is laid-back and so welcoming. I hope she’s still around when I am old.

I have been seeing Dr Arnouville for several years. She is extremely professional and always friendly and focused on me. While she runs a busy office, I have not experienced any long waits for her to see me. Her calendar is usually full (she is an excellent doctor!). She keeps up with current developments and takes time to talk during my sessions. Read some of the negative reviews and haven't experienced any of those conditions on my many visits. I would recommend her very highly.

Dr. Arnouville is the first doctor to actually try to get to know my mother as a person, not just a medical chart. She sits down and talks. She asks questions. She speaks gently and kindly. She is patient. She has provided superior care to my mother, who has chronic pain and other issues. Dr. Arnouville has been a blessing.

I've read some of the negative reviews of Dr Arnouville and quite frankly am amazed. I find her to be extremely competent , knowledgeable and caring. She is patient, unrushed, listens and communicates well.

Not happy with poor medical care. Notices and vocal discussions in an area were ignored. Inability to comprehend how past health issues create chronic illness over time and severe pain cause dysfunction. Lack of bedside manner, pushy attitude, unbecoming verbal language, insufficient respect to an elder, and when asked for assistance it was denied. If you need care and understanding seek a smaller facility because people's lives are full of complexities that cannot be reduced to one element.

if you are looking for bedside manner you won’t find it here. It seems like making an appointment should indicate a certain time that you should be seen. I have patience but after a hour of sitting, mine was running out. If you make a comment regarding a long wait time you will be asked to leave. I do not find bullying tactics necessary when I am there to help a loved one. I only mentioned it as conductive criticism in order to fix a broken system. People don’t like sitting with sickness around.

Stays right on top of her medical field. Always takes time to listen and ask questions. Great patient manner, staff is great also.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this doctor if your loved on has dementia or Alzheimer's. Her bedside manner is great but she does not listen to your concerns, she assumes that you know nothing because she specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's, so regardless if you are the primary caregiver and notice even the slightest change in behavior for your loved one, her answer is always "it's just part of the dementia." My grandmother has a history of strokes and we requested she refer us to a neurologist since her behavior changed literally overnight and antibiotics have not helped. She clearly does not have an infection. So instead of referring us, she gave us more antibiotics and scheduled an appointment 5 1/2 weeks out. Done with her. Doctor's are fantastic for the time and effort they put into their education, but listening is a very important part of being a good doctor and she has not figured that out in all of her years of experience.
