I would give her a zero if I could. I was in Sentra Hospital and she was to do a consult on me. I had CHF and Renal failure. She would even come in the room, claimed I had covid19. I tested negative for covid19 and as she was leaving, said from the door, Leave my donuts outside the door. Such pathetic example of a Doctor.

This was by far the worst experience i've ever had with a Doctor. She is RUDE, cuts you off when you're talking and tries to make you feel stupid. She did not explain anything she was going to do. To top it off she refused to talk to me after the surgery to explain anything she did. Never followed up with me or called in my post op script. I had to go to her admin and schedual a follow up with a different doctor at the practice just to get ansewers. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

I was a little bit worried after reading some really negative reviews but I found her to be one of the best knowledgeable, respectful, caring doctors I’ve ever been to. I’ll look forward to my next appointment and recommend her to all.

My experience with not only this uncaring Doctor, but with the practice was HORRIBLE. The Doctor didn't have a care in the world. I happen to be in medicine for the last 25 years and SOME Doctors get CALLUS to situations. If you want a BETTER DOCTOR, go to a single (SOLE) Provider. Not such a large group of Doctors. Private one on one tend to care more. DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE.....It is WASTED TIME

Professional, engaging, through, questioning, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, up to date, disarming, and a command of profession. As an older male, I wasn't sure about a female Urologist treating me. No, I wasn't questioning her knowledge, but rather my ability to speak about my medical issues in a non offensive manner. Dr. Miles-Thomas was courteous and explained, in detail, everything she said, suggested and executed. If you are looking for a doctor who will be respectful of your time, health and condition, she is the one. It is true that she treats the condition while putting you at ease as she is very thorough in her approach.

She's disrespectful of the elderly.Perform surgeries that so not work. Will tell you she doesn't have time to talk with her patient's. Will not return calls. Not personable at all.Terrible bedside manners. I wouldn't take my dog to see her. ...Just totally don't ......

I've had lots of doctors, some great and some awful. Dr Thomas was awful. She was rude with no bedside manner. I've been ill most of my life so I had my mom come with me because I can't remember everything from when I was little. When I needed help answering questions I looked to my mom for help. As my mom was trying to explain for me Dr Thomas put her hand up and silenced her. She treated me like I was stupid and was doing everything wrong when it came to my health. Everyone else was very kind.

Rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't perform a necessary surgery on me unless I was "in a long term sexual relationship"...what?

Had pelvic floor surgery performed by her March 31. Told my husband that she would not be there to see me the next day - another doctor would. After waiting until 1:30 p.m. the next day the nurse discharged me because the other doctor told her he was very late. I was in considerable pain but expected someone from the practice/hospital to call the next day or two, but NO ONE did. After several calls to the practice we learned she was out of town. Failed surgery after 10 days. HAVE NEW DR NOW!

Treated so rudely. Refused to acknowledge or offer viable treatment for my I.C. The struggle to find ANY doctor in Virginia capable of caring and helping has been nearly impossible. I really thought she would help. Instead when vesicare and mybetriq worsened symptoms, she was rude and dismissive. She shouldnt be an "I.C specialist." I knew I was dealing with ineptitude when she told me to suck on sugarfree candy for dry mouth. It is one of the worst pain triggers for IC.

Dr Miles -Thomas was nice but I question her expertise in prescribing the medication. Office staff needs to learn some people skills. I was approx 5 minutes late. The receptionist was dealing with another patient and on the phone for more than 6 minutes. She told me Because I was 10 minutes late I had to reschedule and not until March! She said she was totally booked. What happened to the remaining time on my appt. ? I was only 5 minutes late. Needless to say I am no longer a patient.

Dr Miles-Thomas treated me with respect and kindness when I went to her to ask about a procedure I needed to have done. She eased my concerns and took the time to explain my surgery in detail.

Dr. Miles-Thomas listens carefully and explains procedures and options fully until I can understand them. I am 90 years old and have problems with other physicians being patient with my questions before. Dr. Miles-Thomas explained things to me with clarity and listened to my concerns, explaining why she favored certain treatment options over other possibilities. Her follow-up was excellent because she was always well-prepared for my appointments. I highly recommend her.

I was in the Tidewater area for 15 months and needed a Urologist. Dr Miles-Thomas treated me during that time. She put me ar ease, answered any questions, listened to my concerns, and made sure she spent the necessary time with me to be sure I understood the procedure she was doing,
