Dr. Pichler has been my regular dentist since about 2007. She is not only the best dentist I have ever had, but the best healthcare professional to ever treat me. She takes her time to make sure I understand terminology and diagnoses. She is great at laying out my options and their benefits vs risks. She takes her time. She has done works of art with my dental procedures. She took the time to educate me on sleep apnea appliances and then followed through. I snore way less and sleep better! When I suffered a cracked tooth over a weekend, she answered my text message and called me back during her personal time to advise me and offered an appointment the next business day! This is my favorite dentist I've ever had in my life. I'm currently about to book appointment coming from the Kitsap Peninsula because I trust them so much. They really know what they're doing, and this is coming from a former dental assistant.

Great dental care. Excellent service. They really think about taking care of their patients to the point of sticking fun objects on the ceiling to look at while getting your teeth cleaned.

Dr. Pichler and Dr. Ward are both amazing. The doctors do excellent work and are make every effort to make procedures comfortable and pain free. Plus, they and the entire staff are super nice and friendly — I actually look forward to going in and catching up with everyone. They do beautiful work and I always feel confident that their treatment recommendations are honest. I had my first dental exam/cleaning since the onset of COVID 19, and I felt very comfortable with all of the precautions taken at Dr. Pichler’s office. Their consistently excellent care was augmented with well thought out safety procedures that made me feel quite comfortable during my visit. I have recommended this dental practice to friends before, and would do so again now, knowing that they have in place practices that are planned to provide for the optimal safety of their patients and staff! This is my first visit to this clinic and I went on recommendation from a co worker. My FAVORITE part of this clinic is their use of technology in the preappointment forms and reminders. I struggle to remember appointments and their reminder emails and texts kept me on time and ready! Then, of course there was the actual appointment. I felt like I was part of the appointment and not just an object being prodded and poked. I got to see my X-rays and Dr Pichler explained how I can achieve better dental outcomes with details on how my habits contribute to my dental health. Great visit with Dr. Ward. She does careful work and explains every step. I only have a couple of things to take care of and I have a treatment plan and everything is great!

I have super bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Most of my past experiences have been pretty brutal. I gave this place a try for the first time today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had as far as dental cleanings go. The doctor and her helpers were extremely patient, gentle and kind. Listen I'll be honest I never give google reviews.........HOWEVER the experience I've had at this office has made me end that streak. If I could summarize the experience I've had here in two words, it would be "genuine care". I felt 100% confident everything I was being told was in my and my teeth's best interest. We have had the best experience here. I have severe fear of the dentist and trauma from past dentists and they have gone above and beyond in helping me feel safe, in control and less afraid. Gentle empathetic people, great place.

Just finished my first official visit. (First visit was a meet and greet in which I got to understand their working philosophy and procedures. Also got some sense of potential future dental work both necessary and optional) Friendly, efficient and thorough. I love my new dentist and team.

Went in and was immediately welcomed and felt like I belonged there. Very nice feeling. Everyone that I interacted with was very polite and professional. Patricia was the assistant that worked on me. Beware of this office's sketchy billing practices. There are HUGE hidden fees, and you will be billed continuously for a year until, financially, you are bled dry. Best of all, Dr. Pichler is condescending when you ask questions about your care. Avoid this place unless you want to have never-ending dental bills.

At this time they are not taking new patients, unless of course you are able to pay up front for the services in cash without using insurance. If you do get the opportunity in the future to be a new patient, read the paperwork closely. They will make you sign an agreement that they can keep overpayments due to insurance coverage up to $200 without notifying you as credit on your account. Oh, and this credit will start to be charged a monthly administrative fee after 3 months if you don't use it. So the money you don't know about will be fined rather give you a refund. I'm giving 3 stars since my experience is limited to the receptionist and the new patients paperwork. I doubt they'd be this busy if the dentists themselves were not good... But darn if the first impression wasn't sketchy as hell. UPDATE: To reply to owner Yes, it is always admirable to take on patients in pain and sacrificing your lunches, weekends, or other forms of OT. However, I would like to point out that the exact terms in your contract are as follows- "If for any reason we over-collect on your patient portion, amounts under $200 will be kept on file for future dental treatment unless otherwise requested and we will advise you of the credit on your account at your next dental visit. If an amount over $200 is over-collected, we will contact you by phone. A service charge of 1% per month is assessed for any balance remaining after 90 days from the service date." Please note this is copied directly from your new patient forms. There is nothing to indicate that the service charge is for "balance due". It specifies "balance remaining". Having this clause follow the paragraph pertaining to credit implies that the charge is applied to the credit. Which I would like to point out again that the customer will not be guaranteed to even know exists before their next appointment. In addition, there is a separate bullet two lines down that mentions balance due for collections. This separation of terms further suggests that the credit is what would be deducted from. (Oh, and let's not forget that the contract does not mention you will contact the customer if they still owe anything, so all this additional fees and collection details seem even more concerning.) Considering that a patient may for some reason chose to not come back, maybe they move or even maybe they don't like your services for some reason, if they don't know they have credit from OVERPAYING, then they are by default out of luck. If this is not what your contract was meant to imply to the patients, I would recommend a revision that is more clear or a change of policy and actually offer refunds. BTW, from an accounting perspective you should seriously consider just refunding the overcharges. The liability of having that kind of credit balance in your accounts can cause some dangerous legal repercussions down the line depending on how high that number gets. Awesome people at an amazing office. Dr. Pichler and Dr. Ward have created a compassionate and professional team who do amazing work with everyone, especially kids. My family and I have been going to this office since 2015. We've seen both Dr. Pichler and Dr. Ward. We've been extremely happy with our dental care and our interaction with the admin people. The doctors are very good at explaining the options for any procedures they recommend. On a few occasions I've called for clarifications on the billing and they have patiently walked me through all 4 of our patient records so I could understand our bill. I just love going to Dr. Pitchler’s office. The staff are always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They are on time and are super aware of making sure I am comfortable. I have been going to this office since 2013 and I am really happy with the work they have done on my teeth. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years and I’m always well taken care of when I visit. I have the same hygienist when I get my teeth cleaned and she always asks how I’m doing and references previous conversations from the visit before, which is nice. Dr. Pichler’s practice is always the first place I recommend to people!!! ❤️

Dr. Pichler & her staff are AWESOME! A friend of mine referred me after I had a bad experience at a big dental chain. They were able to fit me in right away since I was concerned about my tooth. Dr. Pichler evaluated my tooth & realized she could do the root canal in her office. I was relieved. Like a lot of people, I don't have dental insurance so this helped keep the cost down. Her office also gave me a discount on since I was paying for everything. Most dental plans have limited coverage so you're going to have significant out of pocket for anything other than a cleaning. Before each visit she & her dental hygienist thoroughly explained the procedure (and risks.) They told me what to expect afterwards and answered all my questions. I want to go to a dental office that cares about their patients well-being like Dr. Pichlers. I never want to second guess if I need a procedure or wonder if the dentist has adequate experience. Really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Pichler and her staff. Very professional but caring. She was not rushed and took ample time to assess my current issues as well as establishing a good baseline.

Dr. Pichler was relaxed, professional, and remarkably flexible. I had decided on one course of treatment (involving a lab cost), but changed my mind to doing a plain filling. She was so supportive and encouraging, I felt like I was having work done by one of my girlfriends. What a great experience, I highly recommend!

This is an excellent dental office. I needed a new dentist and I'm so happy I found Dr. Jennifer Ward (at Pichler-Ward dentistry Carkeek Park). I had my first dental work with her yesterday and she did a wonderful job. She's very gentle and makes you feel at ease in the chair. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Due to an emergency at work. Had to call the day before to cancel my appointment. Was informed a $50 charge would be added to my account for not giving 48 hours notice. Great place!

We have been going to Dr. Pichler for about 10 years. She is great. Not only do we get good routine care, her office has worked us in due to emergencies several times.

We all know the dentist office is probably one of the last places you want to end up in but I have to say I absolutely enjoyed Jennifer and her staff! They went at my pace (had a cleaning)and really made me feel comfortable without rushing through the appointment. Thank you guys!

Dr. Pichler has a great bedside manner. She doesn't overcharge or try to oversell products. She's a very reasonable, practical, and super nice dentist.
