The most wonderful eye care provider. The office staff however, needs a little brushing up.

Dr.Scruggs is the best. Extremely kind and caring including a outstanding Surgeon. She did eyelid surgery on me,was able to keep my eye lashes from turning in to my eye causing irritation. I had little if any pain after the surgery. I highly recommend her. Excellent staff too.

Dr Scruggs corrected a botched eyelid surgery from another doctor she was to professional and compassionate to make my eyes look as even as possible. I am so grateful

I have been a patient of Dr. Scruggs now for 3+ years. She did Tear duct surgery on one of my eyes. She is kind, sincere and cares. She will address your questions and concerns and will review your options with you. I have never had to wait very long to see her. Her team is always friendly as well. I feel very confident in her care.

Dr. Scruggs is the best! She did an outstanding job on my droopy eyelids. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing this type of surgery.

I injured my eye which ripped apart my lower eyelid and was referred to her by my local Ophthalmologist. He consulted with Dr. Scruggs over the phone, and she agreed to see me that afternoon and examine my situation. She and her staff waited for me on a late Friday afternoon to get there, examined my injury, and immediately sent me to the Hospital to prep for surgery. By 4:30 I was being wheeled into the OR so she could sew the parts of my jigsaw eyelid back together, and did a remarkable job. Dr. Jennifer, her staff, along with the nurses from the hospital were all very courteous and professional. She was willing to put her life on hold, and do all this for me, when I didn't even have an appointment before that afternoon. Not only that, she followed up the next day with a phone call to see how I was doing! Dr. Scruggs put a great ending to one of my worst days.

Dr Scruggs did upper eyelid surgery on me. I was really nervous, but she really made me feel more comfortable about the surgery. I would recommend her highly.

The experience that I had was absolutely amazing!! The staff were wonderful!! The doctor was wonderful!! They were all so caring and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I was referred to Dr. Scrubs because my lower lids dropping away from my eyes. I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner, her office worked with my insurance provider to get the surgery approved. Surgery was done and 2 weeks out, i am please with the results. Dr. Scruggs and her staff are very kind and caring, which seems to be rare these days. I highly recommend her!

Very good at what she does! I had an eye injury and i was seen within 48 hours of her office getting the referral. Great bedside manner and even better at explaining the surgery, etc. Four stars because i wasn't given enough recovery time off from work due to the trauma i had. I did take the time i needed to heal but without my short term benefits. I would recommend & use her again if i needed to.

Dr. Scruggs performed a blepharoplasty on both eyes (I am a 76-year old male and had vision problems due to excess skin on my upper eyelids which made reading, watching tv and --sometimes-- driving difficult). I am extremely pleased with Dr. Scruggs' professionalism and the results of the surgery, performed three months ago. Dr. Scruggs is a consummate professional. I'm extremely glad I made the right decision by having her as my surgeon.

Dr Scruggs did an amazing job reconstructing the area that had been cut away due to skin cancer.

Very good experience. No problems. Very caring and professional staff.

I would recommend Dr. Scruggs to anyone! She takes time with her patients and answers any questions or concerns you might have. She done a great job on the reconstruction of my lower eyelid. Her office staff were also very kind and helpful. I thank God we were able to have her for my care. She even called twice checking on me. She's the best! ??
