Must have been a bad day in the office. Or they just completely forgot about me in the waiting room until almost closing. Not going back.

Dr. Wells is one of the most caring Dr.'s I have the pleasure meeting ...She is so attentive and so knowledgeable , I have been in the medical field for 15 years and she is by far the best Dr. I have come across in a very long time... You never feel rushed and she genially cares and listens...

My husband was in liver failure due to chemo in January. We were referred to Dr. Wells by our oncologist and not only did she save my husbands life but she genuinely cares. DR. Wells is the best she saved my life

I have been a patient of Dr, Wells for 10 months. She has been straight forward with me in our discussions and the staff at TxLI have been caring and nonjudgmental in all dealings. I am at a loss to understand why someone would give her and her staff a bad rating.

I went to see Dr Wells the first time last year. I felt that she was very kind and thorough. I notified her office about another diagnosis I had received unrelated to my liver, just wanted them to let her know. She personally called me later that day and spent a long while with me on the phone discussing my situation and offering advice. I was blown away by her caring and trying to help put my mind at ease! I’m sorry that Ms Kiser did not have a positive experience. Dr. Wells is an extraordinary physician. After my liver failure diagnosis, I had a poor quality of life to say the least. Dr. Wells enabled me to restore my quality of life. I did not engage Dr Wells to be my friend or comforter. I engaged her to extend my life long enough to receive a transplant and to make the time before my transplant bearable. She has exceeded all of my expectations time and again. She was honest and forthright with me regarding my expectations. She never told me what I wanted to hear but told me what I needed to hear. Excellent in every way. She's a great person and an excellent hepatologist.

I am going to keep this brief.Unfortunately,my husband and I have not received the best care from this doctor.She doesn't pay attention or care.I am furious at her condensending attitude.I would strongly urge against her care.She treats her employees with the same treatment.Ive been to many doctors and have always been treated with the utmost respect and care.Unfortunately,not by this doctor. Dr. Wells is amazing and will take excellent care if you! Too many Drs today have forgotten that patients are people. I got a full evaluation from her. As well, she helped me with concerns I had about a matter that was not related to my liver. She’s the best!
