Dr. Jeremy Boyce Matthews

Horribly ran office! It's obvious that the manager of the office has absolutely no idea what she's doing. The front desk girls are the best but the office is a complete mess! Dr. Matthews needs to take more pride in the reputation of his business and be less concerned about all the money that's going in his pockets.

Dr. Matthews is one of the most knowledgable Dentists I've ever met. The complaints on here confuse me, maybe it's because I have normal insurance, but I would recommend him to everyone! I had an issue with a crown, and he's the first dentist to find the actual problem. I'm feeling great now. Go see him!

Three people in my family have been going to Matthews dental for over 2 yrs. Each of us asked Matthews if the xrays were covered with our insurance. All 3 of us were assured that they had checked with our insurance and they said the xrays were definitely covered. They were NOT covered. We tried for 2 1/2 months to work this bill out with them. We called them on the phone and asked questions and they were supposed to call us back, but they NEVER did. They would not even work with us on the bill at all. We finally went in to see if they could take off the late payment fees...they said they could not even do that! They don't care about their patients and they do not give good care! We found another dentist and on my first visit he found a crown that needed to be replaced with much decay under it. He said it was hard to find & it doesn't show up on xrays. He found it on my first visit and took care of it. We will NOT recommend Matthews dental and we won't be going back!

Avoid at all costs, or expect to pay for needless X-Rays! Granted, I should have known that I am only eligible for one Panoramic X-Ray every two years, but they pushed me into getting one, and then when I ask them why they would suggest it when it was not covered by insurance? They told me that they do their best to make sure that my insurance will cover all procedures. Apparently, their best is "NOT DOING ANYTHING". Dishonest crooks.

We have been with Dr. Matthews for 10 years. When we missed an appointment they charged us twice the amount they should. Reason was because the procedure will take longer. What an excuse.

There staff is the most disorganized group I have ever had to deal with. Billing was an absolute nightmare! I asked for my wife and I to be on separate accounts since we have different insurance and they screwed that up. There billing to the insurance is sloppy and they left out crucial information that led to insurance denying a root canal and crown. I had an infection and needed to see someone immediately, it was a Friday morning and i was flying out of town on Monday. They got me in quickly, Dr Matthews was thorough and very helpful, being conservative, but giving me all options. I have now signed him up as my primary dentist
