Dr. Smitherman in one word is amazing! He is everything you are looking for in a doctor. He is compassionate, listens, examines and explains a plan of action.

I have been in severe neck pain and have constant headaches since an automobile accident April 2022. After going to two different pain management clinics and being treated poorly, a nurse friend recommended Dr. Jeremy Smitherman at Mississippi Sports Medicine. At the first consultation visit, I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff. Dr. Smitherman sat down and really listened to my concerns, and discussed the options for managing my pain. Even though surgery may be in my future, I am so grateful for finding Dr. Smitherman. He truly cares about managing my pain.

I very much like MS Sorts Medicine. Have used them for years. Dr Smitherman is excellent as a pain physician!

My doc was interested and helped me understand what my MRI results revealed. He took immediate action to help me resolve my issues, although it may be early to give me an epidural. I’m really not in great pain at this time.

Dr. Smitherman is great. Very kind and attentive to patients.

I have never had to wait long to see Dr. Smitherman. And he has a really great bedside manner. I look forward to my appointments except for the drive to the office. LOL I also see another doctor at Mississippi Sports Medicine. A from pain management to a hip replacement, and problems with back and knee problems. I haven't had any problems with anybody at Mississippi Sports Medicine. I have never had to wait long to see Dr. Smitherman. And he has a really great bedside manner. He is an excellent doctor and extremely nice person as well. I trust him to atick a needle through my neck to my nerve tht needed adjustments. He fixed the problem, took away the pain and gave me my life back. I had 3 other pain management dr.s that I would never trust half as much.

Dr Smitherman in the Pain Clinic treats my migraines. I have suffered daily from intractable chronic migraines. He is the first doctor to literally give me my life back. He is amazing!

I would recommend Dr. Jeremy Smitherman to anyone who's suffering from back pain. He is great! He is straight forward with you, your problem and what can and can't be done. Iam so thankful I didn't have to have back surgery. So very grateful for Mississippi Sports Medicine Doctors!????????

Dr. Smitherman listened & understood the pain I was in & that I'm still in. He referred me to a surgeon. My only concern was he didn't schedule ANY follow-up appointment once surgery is completed.

He listened to me and gave me several pain control options. Very professional and genuinely concerned about my pain issues.

Dr. Smitherman and the whole team at Sports Medicine has been wonderful. I would recommend them for any injuries because they are experts in their fields. Thank you, Dr. Smitherman for being so patient and loving during my time there with you.

Dr. Smitherman is GREAT at removing pain from my back & legs. I would not want to use any other doctor to give me my spinal injections. Very easy to talk with and he explained what we would start with and how it is supposed to work and if it didn't then there were other procedures but we would take it one at a time. The first one seems to be reacting like he told me and just hope it continues to do the job.

Dr. Smitherman and Dr.Johnson and other staff I can say I had a pleasant experience thought I need a hip replacement- turn out to be bursitis with a shot and lil medication ???? and a chart to stretch the affected area I believe I will be good' they also recommend physical therapy

I like Dr Smitherman but after the first visit I was ready to shoot him because I was in so much pain but the second set l was 80% better and the third set didn't work as well but I would still recommend him to anyone

Very professional, helped my back pain greatly. Would recommend him to anyone who needs pain relief.

Awesome experience, Doctor Smitherman was extremely professional & down to earth & accurately & thoroughly addressed my issues & concerns.

Saw the nurses very timely. Dr. Smitherman was very personable and provided information and responded to all my questions. Relieved some of my concerns.

My wife was made at ease to help her pain by Dr. Smitherman. He's awesome and his staff.

Dr. Smitherman, is a very caring and a friendly doctor. I felt safe and comfortable under his care. I would recommend Dr. Smitherman to anyone.

Dr. Smitherman is awesome! He was so kind and took time to explain the procedure and what to expect in follow-up. He answered all my questions in terms I understood. Highly recommend Dr. Smitherman to anyone needing pain management.

Dr. Smitherman and his nurse practitioner were wonderful. He explained everything fully and the nurse practitioner was so helpful. The wait time to be called back was less than 10 minutes, and only about 5 minutes before the doctor came in. I highly recommend him.
