Fantastic experience. From the initial phone call, scheduling appointment to the in-office experience, I can honestly say I have NEVER had such a smooth doctor visit. Because they were able able to identify the need for a scan before my visit, my time with the doctor was highly productive and we were able to identify a treatment plan the same day. I was highly impressed with my experience and am excited to move forward with the treatment. I will be sure to refer people here in the future.

Everyone here are excellent!! I had a consultation for nose breathing issues in their office. My diagnosis was clearly explained and the action plan was laid out well. They did an awesome job. Everything about my surgery was smooth. The nurse helped me feel at ease and answered all my questions. My recovery was quick and I am already feeling improvements. My entire experience with them has been amazing!

Dr. Hester was friendly and knowledgeable. I had recurring issues with my left ear over the last 6 months, and was constantly told it was an ear infection. He was very thorough and he was able to help me solve the problem. First time I've heard properly in months! The treatment plan went smoothly. His staff are accommodating and professional as well. The office staff are good communicators, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dr Hester devotes ample time to discuss procedure options, the benefits as well the particulars of the recovery. After having several procedures with him, I have found his detailed explanations and recovery timelines to be very accurate. He is passionate about his work and has a sense of humor.

The once inevitable sinus infections and misery that accompanied every cold disappeared after Dr Hester’a treatment. He used his patented SinusSys - quick and (almost) painless - pain because of my deviated septum. He never talked as if I were an idiot and answered any and all questions. I love the guy.

I was a patient of Dr Hester in the summer of 2019. I had tooth pain for which my dentist could find no cause, and he suspected a sinus issue. I had been a patient of Dr Hester many years earlier. Based on my favorable impression then, I sought him out. Dr Hester diagnosed a routine sinus infection. Far more important, he noted two correctable conditions that predisposed me to infections, and anatomical circumstances that related the infection to tooth pain. He presented me with treatment options from which I chose surgery. Both by examination and a CAT scan, Dr Hester diagnosed my condition. He carefully explained the findings and their consequences. Similarly with respect to treatment, he explained the pros and cons of the two treatments he offered. At any point in the discussion, I could ask questions and Dr Hester conscientiously and patiently responded to them. Now, more than three months after surgery, I have completely recovered. The after effects of surgery and the progression of recovery were almost exactly as Dr Hester described. I am experiencing the specific benefits Dr Hester promised from the procedure as well as the reduction of other apparently related symptoms. I am in my mid-70s. In my adult life, no doctor has been as generous as Dr Hester in his/her willingness to answer questions either in an appointment or after hours. He clearly likes his work and what he can do for his patients. His has excellent support staff. His patient assistant, Ms Cordon, was friendly, courteous, and efficient as were others I with whom I interacted. My medical insurance is Medicare. While Dr Hester himself does not accept Medicare, his team made certain that all other care providers involved in my procedure did. Was very well taken care of my Dr. Hester. I had to see him a few years ago for a terrible ear infection and he was kind, sympathetic and took very good care of me. I returned recently with an ear/balance issue. Dr. Hester really listened and did a thorough exam; he explained what was going on and how to expect the recovery to go. Although I just needed to let the virus run its course, I felt so much relief and within a week was substantially better like he said. Was very well taken care of my Dr. Hester. Dr. Hester was professional and performed the procedure quickly and efficiently. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, clinical benefits, and made himself available if I had questions down the road. More importantly, he set expectations on the procedure and post-op recovery.

My experience with Dr. Hester is similar to ones listed above. I have never had any doctor take as much time and explain everything in great detail as he did with me during my appointment. There was no rush and no dismissive attitude. It was clear to me that he is a very competent doctor with great communicative skills and compassion.

Dr. Hester takes the time to listen and to answer all questions. I so appreciate that his focus is on diagnosis and treatment and not expensive office visit after expensive office visit. I find his approach very ethical, humane, and patient-focused.

Dr. Hester did a fine job of diagnosing a fungal ear infection (one that had been misdiagnosed by another doctor). This was a big deal for me because the ear had become quite painful. The right medicine was prescribed and a few days later the problem was resolved. Rave reviews for both Dr. Hester and his staff. Easily recommended!

I had a very good experience with Dct. Hester. He was very professional and listened to what I had to say. He explained everything he was doing and why, and was also very friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I first met Dr Hester when he saw our daughter for a surgical follow up. His easy, pleasant manner and clear communication impresses me. He doesn't rush and takes the time to answer all our questions. His staff is excellent. My highest recommendation is that I am bringing another of my children to be seen for a consult and am now a patient myself.

Great experience with Dr. Hester. I'm a long time sufferer of sinus issues, and for the first time in a long time I've gone a full month without a crippling sinus headache. His Palo Alto office is super convenient too.
