Awful front desk staff. Everytime they get off the phone with a patient they laugh and gossip about them, they have no concern for hipaa policies as i have heard at least 3 patients medical info and email. Also talking very loudly about how they used to smoke weed “by scraping the resin from the bowl”. Very professional

For three months stright have messed my sons medication/prescription up, on day two of the pharmacy and myself trying to resolve it. No answers always voicemail, get someone and its "I will call you back" . Might be better off finding another practice because I know I'll be looking around.

Never have I met a doctor with such a great personality (Nwokike). Friendly and patient front office staff, ample parking, spacious waiting area.

I absolutely really like the psychiatrist I have here at Frontier Medical. Dr. Primero is very thoughtful. And she is really the first doctor that I have had that actually asks me questions, and in detail. That way she is able to help me better. I can tell that she really cares about her patients. I NEVER write reviews but this place is terrible! No one should waste their time here. Find someone else. Get a different referral! I've been trying to make a follow up appointment with them for a month already! Everytime I call, no one answers and I leave messages yet no call back! That's neglect on thier patient! Great doctor !!! Dr Jerome has helped me cope with my illness. He is also available when I need to get in. The staff is great.

Dr. Nwokike has been the key to helping my adopted children being diagnosed with bipolar helping them to get into residential care when needed and if not for him I think I would have been put into a padded Room there are times where there were l ong waits it's gotten so much better

It’s not meant to be a lot of talk therapy, you would need a therapist for that. She’s very friendly and extremely smart. I even referred a friend to start seeing her. I've had to see Dr Jerome several times the last 10 years for my son and myself. Wait time is better than most Dr offices if its not your first appt. He is wonderful as is his P.A. and staff.

He changed my prescription without even telling me. He doesn't ask medical questions so no sleep for me. Shop around for better medical help.

Good for nothing, shows NO compassion! Keeps prescribing until you’re overdose and you become worst! Never to be recommended-seems like to collect fee from insurance and Medicaid. Longest wait for a mere 3 minute therapy (wait time of 1-2 hours)! Waste of time!

Surprised how many people had the same negative experience as me. Dr has no bedside manner, didnt listen to or ask about all of my symptoms, just sat and typed very loudly. I wont be taking what was prescribed because I dont trust him and he didnt even get the full scope of what I'm dealing with or my medical history.

The so called office manager told me well your wait could be up to an hour or longer. I asked her well shouldn’t you tell patients that before they schedule. She literally said “no not if they don’t ask” with the nastiest attitude. Then there was a young girl with red hair she asked me so are you gonna wait or what. I sighed she walked off well that means no. I told her I didn’t even give you an answer. These two ladies have the nastiest attitudes, no customer service skills. By the time I got in to see the doctor, he hardly made eye contact, refused to prescribe me a medication I've been on for years, and only gave me two refills on the one he did prescribe so I would be subjected to sit in his awful waiting room again in two months.. My wife is going crazy. He won't listen to her. He won't help her. She's out of her meds for 10 days now and she's going to scratch her eyes out soon. I'm not recommending this Dr to anyone or anything. My worst enemy won't hear about this place from me. Zero stars.

The doctor is unprofessional. He answered his phone in the middle of my "evaluation" and has a little conversation with his buddy or whoever it was on the other end of the line then tells me my symptoms are all in my head and does not prescribe me any rx. During the consultation he is inputting/researching info in his computer but types very slowly and has to look down at the keyboard to type and uses almost exclusively his index fingers. Dr. Jerome Nwokike is a brilliant doctor. When my son was undiagnosed we went to doctors in the State of Washington and in Canada out of desperation. It wasn't until we moved to Las Vegas and baffled the doctors here too that my son was referred to Dr. Nwokike who diagnosed him and prescribed medication that he still takes almost 8 years later. Yall crazy, he is way better than my last psyc dr, he understands and listens, and gives me the meds i need, yall complaining about YOUR insurance, that isn't their fault, i have never had an issue with him, and yall complain about waiting, like really, have patience. But yeah, he is the best....

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nwokike is very nice and spent as much time as we needed to get down to the problem. I really like him and recommend him .

Cannot even explain how bad this doctor is, especially if you have a adolescent. Even then, as an adult, you won't get prescriptions filled on time, they never answer the phone. The doctor barely says more than 10 words. Do not go to - mental health is too important.

All comment left by others are 100% true. My son has been w/ him almost 21/2yrs. Finding a news Dr. Even w/ an appt. You stand a good 90% chance of waiting 2hrs. or more. When you do see him only interaction he has w/ child is saying hello how are you and my child has autism and doesn't even try to encourage a response. When I try to have what is called an apporiate and professional conversation voicing my concerns, usual response is um um, write script,see you in 3mnths,& bill that insurance.$$

This has been an awful experience. Every 90 days i go in for med refills. Every 90 days the insurance company requests prior auth. The pharmacy sends requests to the office and i had to call no less than 15 times to get the office to say they would submit for prior auth. It is the office staff that ate terrible. The Dr is a jerk too. He just wants to write perscriptions and get you out of his face. Terrible rxperiences.

Went here for about 2 months. The employees are VERY unfriendly. They girls up front all give dirty looks and act like they don't hear you when you talk to them. They were the MAIN reason I left! I cant stand walking into a place and being treated like crap by "secretaries" that think their god...who do nothing but make appointments and enter patient information! Dr. Nwokike has been managing my son's medications for the last 2 years. The least amount of time you will have in the waiting room is 20 minutes and that is if you schedule right before lunch time or the end of the day! If you want someone to just write prescriptions, he is the guy for you. If you actually need help of any kind, find someone else. I do not know how he is licensed to practice? If I could give no stars, I would.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would! I willingly admitted myself to spring mountain treatment center for SEVERE anxiety and panic disorder. I was given a medication a few days before that Dr. Nwokike decided to keep me on. While I was there I had a reaction to this medication that made me burn up and feel like I was in a sauna for hours. When I told him this he just said, that's your anxiety, that's not a side effect of that medication, very unprofessional. Stay away from him.

Reason for visit was for 6 year old girl with emotional and possible physical abuse. His cellular phone rang at least 10 times with ringer on high volume. He answered his cellular phone when I was responding to him. He did not ever interview child. Admitted anxiety but did not care what was cause behind it. Falsified his reports to make it appear as though he interviewed child which he did not do. Do not see this doctor, he's a fraud! Staff horrible too.
