Dr. Gentry is friendly and listens to all of your concerns. He has helped me greatly with managing my chronic back and hip pain. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gentry is very caring and listens. He takes the time to explain the mechanics of the body and the procedures. My pain is under control for the first time in years.

Dr. Gentry is truly an amazing doctor. He actually listens to his patients and uses a variety of modalities geared towards the elimination of pain and improving your quality of life. After trying pain meds etc, he recommended & performed an injection - he definitely hit the exact area causing my pain and I have felt great since the injection! I waited a few weeks before giving my review to make sure I would continue pain free. I'm a nurse that worked in surgery - so I was very hesitant about having injections on myself and I am extremely happy with Dr. Gentry and his entire staff. While in preop, I heard him communicating with a new hire at the surgery center and being helpful to the new hire - you typically do not see that in busy doctors and I thought it was truly exceptional and shows his outstanding & caring character too. He's a great person and talented physician.

Dr. Gentry is not someone who I would recommend in the future . I left in tears . I paid $160 to see him because he was highly recommended , only to leave in tears . He made me feel so low . Almost like I was coming to him for prescription narcotics . I am 45 years old and I live in chronic pain. He is a pompous , arrogant man

Patient beware! Jerry is a fraud! He is an “interventional pain management physician” who inflicts pain. If you enjoy being alive DO NOT; I repeat DO NOT go see him; your life will be in danger! He is a threat to the general public!

I was initially apprehensive about going to another pain management doctor, since a previous injection did not help. Dr. Gentry was recommended to me by another doctor because I had continual pain in my back that was getting worse. He determined what was causing my pain. I agreed to have injections in my back. WOW!!! This changed my life!!! Most importantly Dr. Gentry is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. But, he is also very kind, funny, and down to earth. He is so caring and empathic and spends time explaining your situation. It is rare to find a doctor like this. He is a busy guy, because he is so good -- but he always makes you feel important.

In spite of the reviews being positive , I would not recommend Dr. Gentry to anyone . He made me feel like I was an addict looking for drugs . I live in chronic pain and thought I had found someone who would listen to me and help me.. why did he assume that I was coming to him for drugs ? I am looking for pain management . I left in tears and I would never ever go back . Total waste of my $160. He’s an arrogant , pompous man

Dr. Gentry, his office staff, his PA Xavier, and medical assistant Monica, are all very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I have rarely had to wait even 10 minutes before being called to the treatment area then less than 5 min. to see Dr. G. He is honest, very educational, thorough, and personalizes your treatment plan. Whenever I have had an outpatient procedure by him, he is extremely good hearted, encouraging, and reassuring. Thanks Dr. Gentry & staff! ??

He's a great doctor but don't call them no one answers just some stupid automated system if you leave a message you can forget about ever having someone call you back. even though the whole staff is extremely friendly no one knows how to answer the phone or return calls. If you miss your appointment you get charged if you miss a procedure you get overcharged but yet there's no way to cancel them because nobody can ever answer the stupid phones

Dr Gentry and his assistant was absolutely great. Spent all the time needed to make sure we had a plan for me. I have spent weeks looking for a new Dr and praise the Lord I have my life back! His office staff is extremely professional. And was great to see they don’t over book, even though it’s the day before thanksgiving I had 0 wait time. She took me back as soon as I was finished with my paperwork.

Dr. Gentry truly cares about his patients. He sits down and listen to your pain problems without hurry in and out or the room.He tells you what the plan will be to get to the root cause of your problem.Then the healing process begin.Dr. Gentry has very good bedside manners.I would highly recommend him to anyone.His office staff are a group of wonderful people.

Dr. Gentry and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! I was suffering with low back pain, so much so that a simple trip to the mall was miserable. I was determined not to take any pain medication. My chiropractor recommended that I meet with Dr. Gentry to discuss some options. I am now PAIN FREE! I feel like Dr. Gentry has given me my life back.

Dr. Gentry has been nothing short of professional during my treatment. The staff has always been attentive to my needs as well. This office is small, so everybody has a personal relationship which I thought was pretty cool. You dont see a lot of that these days.

Dr. Gentry is an amazing doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain. He and his staff are wonderful! I've never had any issues with him or anyone in his office. From someone who has Tricare insurance, we don't always get the best care when not living on or near a military installation. I can honestly say that Dr. Gentry is one of, if not the best physician that takes Tricare. I am so glad that I found him!!!

Very professional, with the best attitude possible. I was in and out within the hour which was unbelieveable. The staff was friendly & greeted me immediately. Id reccomened him to any friends and family. Will be returning again in 6 months!

Dr. Gentry is the most amazing doctor in the area for pain management. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to how you feel and takes into consideration what you as a patient wants or needs. His staff is also very caring and sophisticated. I plan to see him for the rest of my time that I’ll need to manage this unfortunate pain. He really is helping me Through it though and I couldn’t ask for a better physician. I would 100% recommend this doctor for anyone in the area.

Hard to believe this guy is a physician. Did no initial physical examination. Worst bedside manner I have seen in my 40 years of my now retired practice. Was more interested in selling home-made muscle builder protein powder in his waiting room than practice legitimate medicine. Hard to believe this guy has a license. His grasp of procedures, good or bad, that would pay him well.

I was driving into the parking lot three minutes past my appointment time when I received a phone call from his office asking if I’d like to reschedule my appointment. I told them I was there. They said they would see if he could still see me. I now wish he hadn’t. I was treated like a criminal/drug abuser. He ordered a load of tests. I received a bill for $2984.64 that my insurance paid all but $298.39. That’s my part just for the urine /blood work. Never used him for procedure. Iwent to D mann

Didn't even get to see the doctor. Missed the part of the email indicating the paperwork needed to be filled out prior to the appointment. Show up for my 1:30 appt about 10 min early and was met with attitude by the receptionist. I was told I needed to wait and get approval to see the doctor. Upon her return, I was told I possibly could see the doctor only if the other patient did not arrive. In other words, not today. I left without rescheduling. The staff is rude.

Dr. Gentry provides the utmost professionalism, knowledge and experience in medicine. But above and even beyond all this, Dr. Gentry genuinely cares about his patients. He never makes you feel rushed or insignificant. Dr. Gentry's willingness to explain things and consider all the best options, puts the patient at ease. I've experienced pain for years, Dr. Gentry listen to me. Gave me options, not once felt that I was not heard. I'm grateful for that. I once had a Dr. laugh at me and throw me out of his office because he didn't believe I was surfing. But Dr. Gentry is kind, listens and does his best to find a solution! I sincerely recommend giving Dr. Gentry a try.

I have used Dr. Gentry twice now and both times, he has been nothing short of excellent. I am about to have a couple of procedures done to my back and have grown to trust him over the last year. He goes out of his way to explain things and also understands scheduling issues on the patient side.

He's very professional, knowledgeable and a skillful surgeon. These qualities can be taught, and he excels at them. But it's his humanity that keeps me coming back. I never feel rushed or dismissed. Highly recommend Dr.Gentry to anyone with chronic pain - very professional, friendly and provides thorough exams - seeks to identify the root cause of the pain and eliminate rather than treat symptoms with expensive meds - caring and direct - hard to believe some of the negative comments about him by others - he has been the best pain doctor that treated me over the last 16 years and seeing 5 other doctors - he has been heaven sent and all doctors should be as thorough, complete & understanding
