Dr. Jerry A Lambert

I have been a patient of Dr. Lambert's for over 10 years and he is the most compassionate and thorough Healthcare provider I have ever encountered. He takes his time and truly listens and gives an evidence based opinion. I recommend him to anyone seeking a PCP.

Dr. Lambert is the best doctor that I have ever had. Doesn't rush the exam or visit. Listens well and explains treatment options. I love my doctor!

Great Doctor with awesome bedside manners! You might wait a little longer to see him, but he will spend the time you need. He is a good listener and makes point on diagnosis.

Dr Lambert has been my mom's physician for several years. He's skilled and compassionate.

Truly cares about a patients health. Dr. Lambert listens as if you are the only patient he has and genuinely desires to treat and help you manage your health so that you can live your best life.

Dr. Lambert is truly a caring and thoughtful doctor. He is extremely knowledgable and heavily emphasizes patient education. You will leave with a thorough understanding of what is going on and what he is plan is. He is very compassionate and emphatic and makes sure to treat mental and physical health. If you are someone who likes to get in and get out of a doctor's office, he may not be for you; on the contrary, if you want to feel listened to and throughly understood, he is great. This can often result in longer waiting times, but that is part of the trade off in healthcare (longer time with patients will inevitably result in longer waits, that's just how it works). I would recommend Dr. Lambert to anyone in Augusta/North Augusta because he is a thoughtful, intelligent, and great doctor.

Check up and was taken care of by office staff. They were friendly and efficient. Dr. Lambert's nurse, Andrew was genuinely interested in my health. Dr. Lambert is.the best doctor I have ever had! When he comes in your room, he concentrates soley on you actually listening and answering your questions. I would him 10 stars ( yes, I know it only goes to 5 stars).

Dr. Lambert takes a long time with you to cover all bases which inadvertently puts him behind schedule. I think it outweighs the wait time. Personal opinion.

Don’t plan anything on day of appointment. Have waited as long as three hours. Office appears not to be very busy but still extremely long wait times. Good doctor but terrible scheduling.

Although my family is happy with Dr. Lambert when we do see him, being seen 3 to 4 hours after a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I don't know if it is due to over-booking or poor time management but whenever you cannot be seen within a half hour of scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Otherwise I would have given him 5-stars. If this don't improve my family is considering switching doctors. I shy away from making appointments when I know I should due to the long wait time. I hope this is addressed soon.

After going through so many doctors and specialists, Dr. Lambert was a breath of fresh air. HE IS PHENOMENAL. The wait time is generally long, but that's because he spends as much time with you as you require. He is EXTREMELY thorough and has done SO much to help me with my mental and physical health (cardiovascular disease, anxiety/panic, IBS, uterine fibroids, sleeplessness, vertigo, etc). HE LISTENS!!!!! He is very gentle in his bedside manner and very kind. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Lambert is attentive to every concern, willing to relay knowledge and information to help his patients understand their particular situation or illness. Reaches out in more ways than one to assure his patients are cared for from the onset of symptoms. Follows up, returns calls, and honestly wants to help his patients obtain a healthier life, we are a TEAM. I could not imagine a better physician ANYWHERE!!!!! It took over 12 hours later for him to finally get back with me when I called for a prescription for sinus infection. Then when I did get the call he stated he needed to see me for a sinus infection? Never heard of no such thing and this is very poor customer service in my opinion.
