My preoperative visit, surgery, and postoperative visit to Dr. Lonner. We’re all exceptional. He is an outstanding clinician and explains everything in great detail. I never felt that he was rushing through the visit. He reviewed all options with me and we both came to a mutual decision. I am very pleased with my outcome, and it has only been five weeks. I almost have my full range of motion back and my scar is virtually nonexistent. I highly recommend him and all of the ancillary staff.

Dr Lonner and his staff demonstrated excellent attention and service to my medical needs. I had a robotic TKR on 2/01/23. Communication with staff commenced throughout the scheduling process and post-op. It was seamless with Dr Lonner completely discussing my needs and then completing the surgery and following up with post-op. I am returning to work at 5.5 weeks post-op. Finally, being so pleased the second knee is scheduled for replacement in several months.

I would not go to anyone else. Dr. Lonner is “the knee man”. I had a robotic assisted tkr and could walk the next day without a Walker.

Dr Jess Lonner is hands down the best knee surgeon in the tri-state region and beyond. I have consulted numerous surgeons over the past 30 years regarding a Total Knee Replacement and there was no doubt I was going with Dr Lonner. My knee was injured participating in sports at Drexel University. Dr. Lonner first treated me not long after that and I followed him over the years but wasn’t ready to take the plunge until now. Every single aspect of Dr. Lonner’s knee replacement process was top notch. 1) His initial surgical consult; 2) his PA Meghan and her incredible knowledge, caring attitude, followup and attention to detail 3) his scheduler Shavon getting it scheduled; and 4) his surgical expertise, all TOP notch. It’s rare when a surgeon genuinely takes the time to hear your concerns and addresses them seamlessly and without compromise. I highly recommend Dr Lonner and his staff for anyone requiring a knee replacement. Dr Lonner gave me my life back with minimal pain and discomfort.

Dr. Lonner completed my right knee replacement surgery August 23rd and my left knee replacement surgery on December 6th. I highly recommend him and the Physician's surgical hospital in Limerick. Surgery went well and Dr. Lonner was wonderful ~ answered all my questions and was very reassuring. I couldn't be happier that I finally had this surgery.

Dr. Lonner and his staff are most professional. He replaced my left knee one year ago and I have had an excellent result. Would recommend him to anyone in need of knee replacement surgery. He doesn’t rush through your appointment and answers all questions.

I just had my one year check-up with Dr. Jess Lonner who did my right-knee replacement surgery last June. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Five out of five stars! My x-rays were great and I am feeling wonderful with my new knee and it is all due to Dr. Lonner.

Dr Lonner is super smart, caring and a great surgeon.

I gave Dr. Jess Lonner, a five-star rating because you only gave me five stars to choose from. In my opinion, he has proven to me that he deserves no less than 10 star's.

Dr Lonner took time to discuss the results of the X-ray and MRI of my left knee. He answered my questions about my injury and treatment options. We agreed on a treatment plan and a follow up plan should the initial treatment not provide relief to my knee injury.

I was very happy with the results from my knee surgery and the care given by Dr. Lonner and his staff. The care in the hospital was also outstanding.

Dr. Lonner did my bilateral knee replacement in 2007, right knee revision in 2014 and yesterday he diagnosed and advised me re knee, spine and hip pain. An international expert in his field, I found him brilliant, thorough, compassionate and caring. I have recommended him widely and would return if ever I might need him. He is an exceptional surgeon and person and I recommend him as highly as possible.

Dr. Lonner did both my knee replacements in the last three years (the 2nd one was done three months ago). The results are outstanding! I am now pain-free and able to walk and climb stairs without limping. I chose Dr. Lonner because he does only knees (the only Rothman doc that specializes only in knees). I waited a long time before my 1st replacement and lived with chronic pain. I did not hesitate when my other knee also required replacement. Dr. Lonner’s experience, expertise, and telling what to expect post-op and through recovery worked extremely well for me. Don’t hesitate if you have knee pain — schedule a consult with Dr. Lonner.

I saw Dr Lonner for knee pain. I had my knee X-rayed, examination of knee as well as physical movement. After review of X-ray Dr Lonner felt it was due to osteoarthritis and connected to my severe back issues. Dr Lonner gave me a cortisone shot to help relieve pain. He is an excellent doctor that my husband used for a double knee replacement six years ago also. We highly recommend Dr Lonner!

One of the greatest Dr experiences I have had in the last 20 years. Appoinment was right on time, no waiting as I have done in other Dr offices. After prompt intake paperwork was complete was taken straight back for xrays. Then spent less than 5 minutes, waiting for Dr Lonner. XRays clearly showed the cause of my knee pain. There was no beating around the bush. Full knee replacement was recommended. Surgury was performed at the MUVE Health Center in West Chester. The staff at both Dr Lonner's office and MUVE were very helpful and informative. It's only been 6 weeks but I am walking without any assistive devices, navigating steps both up and down and in better condition than I had been the previous 2 years. I am in virtually no pain. Still a little stiffness but pain free, drug free, and in such a better mental state because of this knee replacement. I had zero complications. MY wife did research and said Dr Lonner was the best for knee issues. I 100% agree. 10 stars in my book.

Dr Lonner replaced my knee one year ago and now I am able to walk without being in pain. I can enjoy being with my grandchildren.

I am very happy to have researched and found Rothman Orthopaedics and Dr Lonner. I was presented with only 1 option for my problem by the local Orthopaedic Dr I was seeing, which was injections and then eventually a total knee replacement. I sought a second opinion with Dr Lonner who X-rayed my knee again and found only the medial aspect was in need of repair and I could have less serious surgery that he was able to provide. This was an option that my local Dr was unable to provide. This was a great option for me as a busy RN. I found the care and concern excellent from beginning to end. He took a lot of time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions and I never felt like I was being rushed through my appointments. He was personable, humble and very accommodating. As someone who has worked in hospitals for 40 years and the OR for 34, I found the care I received to be top notch. I am now 7 weeks later, well on the road to recovery and I have a very minimal scar that is going to look much better than I ever anticipated. I have been remiss in not providing a review earlier but I would like to let others know how Dr. Lonner has changed my life. I had knee pain for at least 5 years before I sought medical attention. The pain was pretty awful causing me to limp and take multiple doses of ibuprofen every day. I knew that my knee had to be bone on bone which was confirmed by xray. It wasn’t until another 2 years before I felt ready for knee replacement surgery. A close family member had recommended him. Once I put my knee in his hands everything in my life changed. I expected to have terrible pain after the surgery but I didn’t. The recovery was much easier than I expected. Dr. Lonner and his staff were easily accessible for any questions I had. When I returned to work people were astounded. I no longer walked with the limp that I had walked with every day for 7 years. Excellent. Unlike any appointment I’ve ever experienced. Very prompt, professional and patient. From start to finish everyone was great. Dr Lonner and his staff are in a class of there own. Very efficient.

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Lonner as a second opinion appointment prior to having knee surgery. It was the best thing I have ever done in terms of planning for elective surgery. Dr. Lonner was professional, patient with my questions, knowledgeable and a delight to speak with. He ordered additional imaging in order to answer my questions accurately and to help me make the best decision for my knee. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lonner. It is so refreshing when a surgeon takes the time with a patient and cares about your outcome post surgery.

Dr. Lonner performed my total left knee replacement. He is at the top of his specialty and was recommended by several physicians, including my PCP. I am so pleased with my progress and his willingness to explain each step of the process. My recovery is going so much better than I expected. I wish I could give him more stars!!!!

Dr. Lonner did my first knee replacement as well as several of my friends. I cannot say enough good things about him. My replacement was actually easy and I returned to work in 3 weeks. I had a partial knee replacement three years ago and was back to work in no time! I had recently fallen and was concerned after some pain in my knee. Dr. Lonner and his staff did not hesitate to bring me in for a follow up, listened to my concerns, imaged my knee and put me at ease explaining that everything still looked great. I always trust Rothman for my Orthopedic needs.

I have had great experiences at Rothman at KOP. They are very organized, which I appreciate. The Doctors are top notch. The care is thorough. I have never felt rushed or hurried in any of my appointments. Dr. Rhine did back surgery on me for a ruptured disc in 2016 and I haven’t had any problems since. I have found the hospital care at the facilities they use excellent as well. I recently visited Dr. Jess Lonner for an issue with my left knee and his opinion on my right knee, for which total replacement had been recommended by other Ortho’s. He took his time to explain things, did not pressure for surgery at all and ordered an MRI for my other knee. He was also personable which is always a plus. Plus, he allowed my wife to listen in on the phone since she could not be with me due to Covid protocols. I highly recommend Rothman and these two Dr.’s in particular.

Hi all I'm six weeks out from a total knee replacement on my left knee. From Dr Lonners office staff, Sophia and Dr Lonner hisself,I have nothing but thanks and praise. I was never in Bryn Mawr hospital before and again I was treated VERY well. I have nothing but high marks for my whole experience so far. My right knee is a candidate for replacement soon. And without any worry or concerns I will have Dr Lonner perform the procedure again without hesitation. Top notch all the way around. Excellent surgeon excellent care. All the staff are caring and attentive. Dr. Lonner answers all of my questions which gives me a clearer view in layman terms. Dr. Lonner follows up every month after surgery on surveys of my progress and degree of pain. I have been given the utmost care during and after both knee replacements. Do yourself a favor and have Dr. Lonner treat you. He’s the “complete package”...highly skilled and with a personality. Being an O.R. Nurse for 40 years ...that it NOT the typical case when it comes to orthopedists . He is a rare and ...refreshing find....and a great surgeon!! All of his staff are polite, efficient and accommodating. Sofia Chacko his N.P. responds quickly to all calls or emails in addition to being pleasant as well. Being 7 weeks post op TKR , I can say that is was a very good experience. I did NOT say it was easy or without pain or ...great effort on my part. You get out...what you put in. Being an O. R. Nurse I was a bit skeptical of the “privately owned facility”. The care was excellent...from front door to discharge. Having 2 previous knee surgeries I was really dreading the pain associated w/ TKR. His multimodal pain management regimen works!! Not all surgeons use this regimen to control pain. You definitely want benefit of this regimen.

Dr. Lonner is the one surgery that I was suggest to anyone who is tired of dealing with knee complications that require surgery!

Dr Lonner is excellence in regard to my TRKR as none of our local Lehigh Valley surgeons felt they could help. I was complicated as far as my medical history, but not for Dr. Lonner whom 3 local surgeons recommended. I will be back for my left one.
