Dr. Jill is very knowledgeable in her branch and hits the nail on the head.. her staff is professional and gets the job done.

Dr. Byers and her team are wonderful! She takes the time to listen and works with her patients for optimal outcomes. She is very professional and dedicated with her patients! I really appreciate everything she has done for me! It has been life-changing! Thanks Dr. Byers and team!

Wish that I had read these reviews before choosing to see Dr. Byers. Sadly I chose her office for its convenience. Same experience, 45 min. wait with no apology. Even as a new patient, she was unfriendly and uninterested. No bedside manner, and rough treatment. Complete visit lasted less than 10 minutes and on to the next patient. My husband was referred to Dr. Byers recently for kidney stones he had been experiencing again. 10 years ago she treated him. I called in the morning for an appointment. Office answered phone, not sure of her name but she was rude, took my husband's name, ins. Information, told me she was busy and would try to call back late afternoon. I took my husband to urgent care. From there he was rushed to ER for emergency surgery. Glad I didn't wait for her vll back! Dr Byers is a fabulous Dr. I have had surgery with her. Dr Byers took all the fear away. I had a mini sling and everything is fabulous. I also do Femtouch once a year. It was life changing for me. Dr. Byers definitely not a warm person it’s all about business. first appointment she barely said anything except to come back for an ultrasound,I back again and her receptionist very rude cancel many times my appointments and rescheduled for me and said if I don’t show up I will have to pay the visit anyway I never come back for my results and will never come back to this Dr.byers and neither recommend her with anyone. Excellent surgeon

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Beyers answers all questions and explains in detail all of her findings and follow-up needed.

WOW. I could not even get to an appointment - the office staff harrassed and bullied me about paying a deductible ( before she would even give me an appointment) I have a PPO with a $20 deductible and I am in the Hoag system . This was after she answered the phone as if she wanted to be anywhere but at work . I don't understand how the patient's care and scheduling an appointment in a professional manner could be so hard. Dr. Byers does not have a warm and fuzzy bedside manner. We waited for 45 minutes to see her with an appointment. Once in the room it was all business, no comfort. The nurses and dr. Byers both entered and exited the room without ever knocking even though they had asked for me to be undressed from the waist down (yes, I had a paper gown on). I’ve been a patient of Dr. Byers for the past few years, and she and her staff have been professional and courteous every single visit. Dr. Byers always takes the time to listen to and address any concerns or questions I might have.

I would not call her a doctor. I felt like she was in a hirry to get out of the room and she basically could not answer any of my questions! I cane back and gave her plenty of chances but it just got worse with condesending comments from her. She always seems rushed, angry, and upset at her staff. This whole office seems unprofessional. I would NOT recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Byers for over 12 years and I have been very pleased with the attention and care she and her staff have given me. When Dr. Byer’s is seeing me, I never feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. Her procedures go very well and recovery is quick. Over the 12 years I have been a patient, there was only one time I needed to speak to her after hours. I called her service and she called me back within 15 minutes. I highly recommend her.

My wife sees two other women doctors who I regard highly. Dr. Byers is the third women doctor we have encountered and I (husband) assess her as having questionable analytical skills, thus not inspiring confidence. We left her after three appointments.

Spends as much time as needed to make sure all of my questions and concerns have been answered- clearly and with sincerity. Procedures are explained thoroughly, and carried out with precision and expertise.

Dr. Byers made time in her schedule to an enable an earlier time for a very important surgery. She explained the process and the risks thoroughly. Her caring and professionalism was exemplary. I recommend her highly . She is a terrific Doctor.

Dr. Byer's cared of my husband, Angelo, over the past twenty months has been very thorough & caring. Each of her office staff has been outstanding in the dignified way they treat Angelo on each visit. We are so greatful to them all. Barbara Martignoni

Dr.Byers' staff was very accommodating and were able to give me an appointment within a few days as a new patient. Dr.Byers was great and she fixed my problem when no other doctor could! I would recommend her to everyone!

She was very unprofessional and didn't have any answers to my health conditions. She seemed very angry and the procedure she performed on me she didn't seem to care that it was hurting me. I will never go back to her or recommend anyone to see her!!!!
