Had lower eye lid repaired. Dr Foster was down to earth and told me everything. that was being done. Eye looks great

I have gone to Dr Jill Foster for 3 years now For cosmetic reasons, Botox , Sculptra and results are amazing. Always kind an knowledgeable. Highly recommended her . Her staff is also wonderful .

I had a lower lid blepharoplasty, and the results are perfect! I only wish I had gotten them done earlier. Dr. Foster is friendly and explained the procedure to me in a way that I could understand. Personally, I don't mind a long wait for the best!

I have been to see Dr Foster twice now! Both times were great! My first visit was for removing a mole by my eye brow. She did a flawless job! My second visit I had my lips done with kiss and dysport on tiny lines! My lips did not even bruise a tiny bit. They look so natural. The dysport looks amazing too! I can not recommend her enough!

Had a lower lid blepharoplasty, and my results were amazing. She is very friendly, and doesn't rush through the appointment. She answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and feel comfortable. I will definitely go back for other cosmetic procedures, and recommend that others go as well.

Very Dissatisfied! I had a painful lazer procedure done last year. No results! Would never recommend!

Would give a zero if an option. Dr. Foster did a Blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift on me at which time she cut a nerve about my eyebrow. Years later I still have pain in my forehead, across my scalp and down the side of my face. It cause pain to shower! The result of the Blepharoplasty... you can not tell skin was removed. My eyelids sag as they did prior to the surgery. I realize this is probably not the usual outcome for most patients, but why take the chance she could do the same to you. Please choose another surgeon. I know there are many good ones out there as I have many friends who have had this procedure done and their eyes look beautiful.

I waited hours to be seen at every visit, and this was a common experience for everyone I talked to in the waiting room. Her explanation of my surgery was very rushed and I didn’t have time to ask questions. I WOKE UP in the middle of my tear duct replacement surgery and she never acknowledged it happened or apologized to me.

I’m not sure of the negative reviews. I got right in to see Dr. Foster and everything was great. Surgery positive. She was amazing! This was a few years ago.

I thought I was the only one who had to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen. As other's mentioned, I was taken to the back and waited two hours for a rushed visit of less than 5 minutes from Dr. Foster (who wasn't that friendly). I had to follow-up and call because they didn't send me the email information the office was supposed to send. It was a complete waste of time and consultation fee. Very disappointed! Dr Foster explained my procedure thoroughly on my first appointment. When I went in for my surgery, I had no wait and it took a short time for the actual numbing and surgery. Dr Foster talked to me through it, telling me exactly what she was doing. It was over before I could even worry about it. I highly recommend her.

Dr Foster took amazing care of my mother. Her follow up calls were compassionate and extremely helpful. I’d recommend her to other friends and family.

Dr. Foster did an EYELID lift on both eyes. The right one was drooping most. The surgery she performed, however, was to lift above both EYEBROWS. The surgery was a total failure. The droopy eyelid is now more droopy than ever.

Dr. Foster is a professional, caring doctor. My eye lid surgery was something I feared; she put my mind at ease and talked with me throughout the procedure. She never appears to be rushed with her time; all and any questions are answered clearly. I highly praise her office staff too, especially nurse Patty. I would highly recommend Dr. Foster.

Went to Dr Foster for eye lids (lift)and insurance approved it. Surgery was scheduled Dec 11 So the week before I called and asked if anyone from office called to get a release from cardiologist. They said no and office would call so I called Monday (2 days before surgery) Still never called cardiologist and they said to me: It should be okay your just bruise more from your aspirin. ???? Then I said to office staff you didn’t send any work orders for my EKG, or blood work to my family doctor to be released for surgery. She then said I’ll set up appointment her at surgery center right before your surgery. I CANCELED THE ENTIRE SURGERY. WAY TO SCARY FOR ME. I took my husband to 3 appointments here as he had to have a small skin tag near his eye removed. We would never go back here unless we were homeless and needed a place to spend several hours out of bad weather! It is very insulting that this practice has such disrespect for their patients’ time. They call you back immediately so you think things are really moving, but all they do is move you to a waiting room in the back where patients sit for two hours waiting to be seen by the doctor for three minutes. On one of our visits, a friend of mine was there waiting for her husband and she said they spend 2 and a half or 3 hours waiting every time they come. There is no excuse for such rudeness. Sat for over 2.5 hours prior to surgery. No excuse to have me come in and sit in the waiting room for so long.

My daughter had Ptosis (sagging eye muscle) and we saw Dr Jill Foster. The wait for the initial visit to find out what was wrong was LONG. Then day of surgery, we also waited about 45 m to go back. I could have gotten over that but it has been a year post surgery and her eye has gotten worse and the stiches Dr Foster did were done in a manner that folded the lash line in. Now her lashes on that eye are practically non existent because they are Tucked inside the lid or something. It is frustrating/self conscious for my daughter and frustrating for me as her momma. The nurses/assistants were friendly throughout the visits though. My daughter had Ptosis (sagging eye muscle) and we saw Dr Jill Foster. I had to see Dr. Foster for an emergency. She did an excellent job and was very comforting.

I had dermal filler dissolved from under my eyes. I had several consultations with many doctors for this procedure, and upon first visit with Dr. Foster it was performed. She has a great eye for the balance of facial features which I found lacking in many doctors. I would recommend her and I hope to go back again.
