The receptionist at the front desk. Named Lynn. Is a nightmare. She is rude. Unfriendly and unprofessional. After Chung left the office she turned into a monster. All the korean patients left because of her! She single handedly made the lives of korean Americans difficult because we all had to leave. We are used to going to that office and she just murdered it. Lynn if you hate koreans then why did you take your personality when you worked for doctor Chung. I have his personal number I will give him a call and tell him about what you have done. And I will also call corporate office to let them know that they have a racist working at that office. I called to make an appointment and the lady who is supposed to be helpful was rude and disrespectful. I will report her and will be calling anyone and everyone I can to let them know she doesn't deserve to work for a doctors office I hope she gets fired tomorrow.

I've been bringing my family to see Dr Chung for the past 15 years.We love him and his staff very professional

Dr. Chung is the best around. I have been a patient of his for the past 26 years; since 1990. I will miss him when he retires. Diane, the lead nurse is awesome and has been there for years. And I must mention the receptionist, Lynn, she is just a darling. I hate to think of having to ever go to a different doctor. My children went to Dr. Chung from the time they were little, right through to adulthood. My sons went to him for their athletic physicals. They saw him for physicals for wrestling and for football. They liked Dr. Chung as much as me, and always thought he was good to them. They are all grown up now and live pretty far away in different cities. I do believe that they would still be seeing him if they lived close enough. Diane has since moved on, and I do miss her. She was always very nice and pleasant; an awesome nurse. She would spend extra time with you, cared for, and about, you; not only as a patient, but as a person. She was a great nurse and friend; I miss her. I just found out that Dr. Chung is retiring in a couple of months. I have begun my search for another doctor. I do not think I will stay because they are bringing in a Nurse Practitioner until Dr. Chung's replacement is found. Actually, Dr. Chung cannot be replaced, not after seeing him for 27 years. I will just move on to someone, and someplace else. Dr. Chung will be sorely missed! I am sure that I'm not the only person who feels that way. Dr. Chung is the best around. He is an excellent old-school type diagnostician, has been my Dr for a long time. I can always count on the highest level of service by him and his staff

Such a non-sensitive Dr. Who shows he dont care about his patients, just there for the money.

A great doctor and he cares about his patients ... Staff is wonderful . He is always available if u need to get in somewhere fast . A good small town doctor .

Terrible service. Online office hours shown here are highly inaccurate. I needed an urgent refill on an inhaler for my asthma. I called after they were already closed, so I called the after hours service. The lady told me that I would have to wait until Monday (3 days) and speak with Dr Chung. I mentioned it was urgent and it's for asthma. She told me to hold, got back on the line and said she would go ahead and send it through. Well, she never did. So I called back and then she proceeds to tell me that the on call doctor doesn't have access to my file, and again told me to wait until Monday. How is it that if I'm a patient there, the on call Doctor doesn't have access to my file? What's the point in having after hours services if there is no services involved? So for the next three days, I can't go anywhere or do anything incase I have to hurry to the ER for breathing treatments. All because I just need an inhaler. VERY POOR SERVICE.
