I only usually write great reviews BUT from hyperpigmentation (which I’m still dealing with)on my face in several spots to repeated inadequate treatments to reduce a couple scars … my results with this woman are very poor. I went to see Dr. Osder for a recurring skin infection. She didn't ask about my overall health, did not ask if I had a recent body scan, did not spend more than 3 minutes in the office. I messaged her through the portal two weeks later to ask if I should try another antibiotic and was CHARGED $150 for a telemedicine appointment. I called the office and was told to contact billing who then told me to contact the office. I sent multiple emails and follow ups through the portal and was dismissed. This office is a money scam and the doctors do not care. I went to see Dr. Charlotte Carlson the following months and the experience was night and day. She took the time to listen, asked if I needed a body scan, followed up with me the next week (and did not charge for it). I have never in my life experienced a doctor who charges for a questions through the portal. Once you leave Dr. Osder's office she is done with you and so if her office.

I have known this woman for 30 years. She is warm, compassionate and extremely competent! I literally trust her blindly and wish that I could clone her for all of the medical specialties! Simply off the charts awesome!

Dr. Osder is great, found her to be approachable and real. Can say, have had only positive experiences. No B.S. or pushy sales, either. Front desk people were efficient and helpful. I drive from Orange County to go here, so that speaks for itself.

Worst doctor/patient experience I have ever had. Same skin issues since February, 2018 with absolutely no improvement. Referred me to doctor I did not know. My sincere and honest advise is to STAY AWAY!!!
