Staff is not friendly at all. If you have the first appointment for the day, expect at least a 30 minute wait. Once she (the doctor) is in the room: she's pleasant, takes time to listen to your concerns and answers all of your questions.

Dr. Kala is a breath of fresh air! She talks to you like a human being and is very thorough. She listens to your issues and doesn’t just read them off of a chart! She is a doctor that seems truly concerned for you and wants to help. I’d highly recommend her! Her staff is friendly as well!
Dr. Kala is an excellent listener. The treatment plan for dementia included a comprehensive review of many physical factors. She explained the reasons for the treatments she was recommending. My wife and I felt that she was including us in the decision process. She scheduled a follow-up appointment in a reasonable time span to evaluate the test results and treatments and to make any changes needed.
No rush. Took all the time necessary to properly treat my mother.
Dr Kala is a very caring Dr with her patients best interests in her mind at all times. When in her care you feel like you're the only patient she has. Very thorough and takes whatever time is needed to make sure you understand what she is telling you. I highly recommend her.
